We've been frequenting this CVS Pharmacy for years now. Service and quality used to be really…read morehorrible. It has slightly improved over the years but is still not a pharmacy I would personally choose to fill prescriptions at if it wasn't due the limitations of our insurance. The drive-thru window is consistently not attended to and the service button to call someone is really useless as the employees take their sweet time coming to answer it. Parking and going inside is a shot in the dark because regardless of time or day, the pick-up line could be 10 people deep or empty. The employees are less rude than they used to be, at least the ones I've recently encountered, but they still don't go above and beyond to make your trip/experience there pleasant. I do also want to gripe about the mobile pick-up counter. Apparently, even if you order, checkout and pay in advance online, you can't use this counter and must stand in the regular line. What is the point of this counter and sign then? Do better, CVS Pharmacy.

Employees forget to update prices, and leave them labeled cheaper than they actually are. This target forgets to update that items are either out of stock or in stock. You cannot depend on the Target App. Check out lane workers can be very rude, and not welcoming. Workers never prioritize people waiting for locked items. I have waited a long time. This target does not prioritize customer service. I don't recommend this place at all. 0/5 stars.

I called the to ask about some medical gear I would need during my recovery (sock threader, reacher/grabber, toilet seat riser, that kind of stuff). Margaret stayed on the phone with me, and located everything they had in the store. they didn't have the riser I needed, but said she'd order one from their supplier. Side note: She apologetically told me the price, but it was only about half what a big chain pharmacy was charging for an inferior product. I told her my wife would come by to pick everything up when the seat came in. They insisted on delivering it to my home at no extra charge and their delivery guy offered to pull in our garbage cans (which were still at the curb) when he dropped everything off! Oh and when I called back to pay, they told me they started an account for me and we could settle up later. I'll say it again, I wish I could give them more than five stars. This is why you should support your local businesses. They genuinely care about their customers.

It is definitely a bit difficult to find…read more It is literally tucked upstairs in this Sutter Health building up the hill from the Serramonte Shopping Center. My GPS led me to the next building which happens to be a school so do be patient when driving here. There was a sign at the door when I arrived and requested my friend's prescription. After paying for it, the cashier asked me to wait for the pharmacist for instructions for the medication. She was on the phone so I waited around three minutes before she slowly explained the steps before, while, and after taking the meds. All in all, a solid experience was had on my visit. It was a bit difficult to find especially if this is not your primary medical center. Just follow the above directions if you get lost.
