She recommended a new product from Covergirl and even took the time to help me find the perfect shade. She also shared a few helpful makeup tips, which I really appreciated. The alarm for photo counter has gone off for the last 10 minutes and at least 2 other staff have walked into the back a few area. Pharmacy techs probably aren't trained but still, you can at least bring to attention that there's a line building to someone who can help. Then again, it's easier to stare at your phone and just walk past us too. Now, one of the staff left the register, looked at the queue, and noped to go somewhere else. I've never regretted messing up my pickup location more than right now. Oh great. Staff came and told me I'm in the wrong line when "online pickup" is LITERALLY hanging over the photo counter. Awful.

The parking lot always seems bustling. There is self checkout in the front and I use this 99% of the time and have no issues. Don't forget to sign up for a CVS account and add coupons/deals. I find the 40% off one regular price item to be quite useful. The staff here seem a little grumpy/tired whenever I had to interact with them but I very rarely need to.

Particularity the techs, I have interacted with the same young woman multiple times about my child's medication and every time she cannot look up the medication and will need to ask her coworker. I have even called before for medication and was told it was ready, only to be told when I am in person that it's not available. Furthermore the automated telephone system for refills states my RX will be ready by the following day. yet when I go two days later I am told the medication is not ready and in fact not even in stock. It's a lot of wasted time. Walgreens please train your workers and also fix the telephone refill system.

They fill my meds without me having to call and harass them to do so. So it was never an "insurance issue" it was a Walgreens issue. This place is nice, the pharmacists are compassionate and well educated. I always feel very taken care of here. Plus, there's rarely a line. If you're reading this and you're not happy with your current Pharmacy, I would highly recommend this place. They also do walk-in appointments if they have doses on hand. The staff was polite and organized, glad I have the booster on board even if it meant I had to drive out of the city near the airport. It's inside of a down-at-the-heels Target in the very back of the Tanforan Mall, away from all the other stores.

We've been frequenting this CVS Pharmacy for years now. Service and quality used to be really…read morehorrible. It has slightly improved over the years but is still not a pharmacy I would personally choose to fill prescriptions at if it wasn't due the limitations of our insurance. The drive-thru window is consistently not attended to and the service button to call someone is really useless as the employees take their sweet time coming to answer it. Parking and going inside is a shot in the dark because regardless of time or day, the pick-up line could be 10 people deep or empty. The employees are less rude than they used to be, at least the ones I've recently encountered, but they still don't go above and beyond to make your trip/experience there pleasant. I do also want to gripe about the mobile pick-up counter. Apparently, even if you order, checkout and pay in advance online, you can't use this counter and must stand in the regular line. What is the point of this counter and sign then? Do better, CVS Pharmacy.
