Dear leadership I visited your store today at 49581 Highway 27 Davenport, Fl and I was very disappointed with the service I received from your cashier Tristan. She didn't even acknowledge me as a person but more like a machine. There was no welcoming or goodbye, including she cut me off when I wanted to ask a question. Her body language and energy was so revolting it felt like she was bothered by the clients. I also observed her treatment with the client in front of me which seem he had diabetes and she was also bothered by him as he was asking for smaller needles. As I took my receipt I wished her a better day, and she proceeded to laugh at me as I walked away. When you work with sick people, you should be giving caring service. The last CVS I used never took more than a few hours to fill a prescription. This location never takes LESS then a few DAYS to fill it, if they manage to fill them at all. Usually I have to call them to find out why it's been "In Process" for days on end, which is mostly useless too since I've never been on hold for less than 15 minutes when calling. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. My insurance company forces me to use cvs, which is very disappointing because I have never interacted with a more incompetent company. They take weeks to process any refills you need. When you call them to beg to get them in time they do not make any effort to actually get the medicine in on time. Even when they fill your requested prescription, it is never the correct dosage or the complete prescription. Save yourself a lot of time, energy, and side effects of not being able to take your medicine and go to Walgreens instead. I cannot stress how unhelpful the entire staff is. read more

Everyone in the store needs to be fired! I have never been to a pharmacy where they don't answer the phone and if they do they place you on hold forever the drive-through line barely is working and when it does, you're in line for literally over an hour or two. I don't know what happened to the one in Clermont on Highway 27 and 474 that one had the best customer service in the area. I've shopped in this location on a couple of occasions as they are close to our home but it is not my usual place. They are a nice clean store and the employees are very friendly but their prices are too much for me. On this latest occasion we were there so my youngest could get there first dose of the vaccine. There was apparently a problem with the online check-in but they took care of it right away at the counter. It was only a short wait for the injection and then the standard 15 minute wait to make sure everything was okay afterwards. The people working the vaccine were very friendly and everyone wore a mask and gloves were appropriate. While my child was the waiting I wander through the whole store checking out some of what they had and looking to see if there's anything I wanted while we were there. We go back another couple weeks so they can get their other dose. read more

I wait at the drop off window for about 6 minutes, the girl there is on the phone, never acknowledges me, so I have prescriptions to pick up & I move to the pick up window, wait in line behind four people (another 12 minutes) pick up my scripts, & ask the girl if I can just drop off a prescription bottle for refill for my husband, she says NO you must go down to the drop off window, so I go there & same girl still on the phone, never acknowledge me again after about five minutes, another girl who has walked past the window at least 4 times, looks at me so disgusted & ask if I have a prescription to drop off! Worst place ever!!! I went to get my asthma pump at 6:10 pm and they couldn't do it because they close at 8?! It was my asthma pump I need it asap and the very rude person at the front told me no with a big attitude!! The place was empty they will probably busy but they need to get their priority straight. The pharmacy staff are nice and I think are really trying their best. That said, they are over worked and understaffed. There always is a delay in getting my prescriptions. They are always "in process" and when questioned, they always seem to be working on it "Right now". Every call lands me on hold for 20 minutes or longer. When you show up, they try to make you a priority, but then most everyone in line is in the same boat. They just need more staff and perhaps organizational workflow reviews to streamline things better maybe. After several years of this and calls to regional management related to this, I will finally be throwing in the towel and finding somewhere else. I have never had a positive experience from this location but yesterday was the last straw. We had a prescription that was ready. My wife called to inquire about it. She was on hold for 25 minutes and finally hung up. She called back to the store but this time she chose the option to speak with someone in the front of the store. When they picked up she's asked them to call the pharmacy and tell them to answer the phone. The clerk did, then transferred the call. In talking to the pharmacy, they confirmed the prescription and said it was $24.99. I went to pick it up in the drive through. There was one car in front of me. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes before I got to the window. I waited and finally was able to give them my information. They then said the pharmacist needed to speak to me. He asked me if my wife was on this medication or another one on record. Duh! It's the one that the script is for! Then when they was ringing it up they said the price was $74.00! They charged me for three months. When I told them that I only wanted one month they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. I unloaded on the guy and all he said was I'm sorry, we are understaffed. I went and ran one errand while I was waiting. When I came back I went inside because the drive through line was backed up. When I went inside there was a huge line there as well that I had to go to the back of. Several people in the line was having the same experience as me. This is just the last of many similar experiences that I have had at this location. My advice. Pick another pharmacy. I should have took it as a sign two years ago on my first visit when the sliding door was broken and they had a regular door from a house installed and there was a dead rat in the front walkway. read more

I have been trying to get my MEDICATION for 4 days... this is not just an angry customer needing non essential items, we're talking about delay of care here for essential medication. When searching for a pharmacy with better reviews I could not find any close to me. CVS needs to get their act together, this is ridiculous. If staffing is an issue then maybe management should look at all the poor reviews from these pharmacy's and actually take some action. This is the worst pharmacy ever they are rude. They made me wait an hour pay cash for my son's perception, an hour, mind to this was out 3rd time trying to get it. First went to the drive through waited 20 min only to be told I have to come in to pick up my sons meds because I had new insurance. Did not have time so I left and went back another day. This time I went in and waited in the pickup line for 40 min to be told... if I can read I need to go to the drop off. 1st off no where anywhere dose it say if you have new insurance you need to go to the drop off. Why would I want to drop off when I'm picking up. Then I said I want to pay cash it got worst from there. Once again I ran out of time and have to leave ( I want there over an hour). Then there is today well I went in to pay cash for the meds only to wait an hour to switch it to cash and not insurance. Don't ever EVER go there. It's not worth it read more

What an experience! I visited this CVS location while on my first "Couponing" adventure with my twin cousins. We were armed with a plethora of coupons filed in plastic expandables, the weekly store ad, calculators, scissors, and extra care bucks of course-- 'twas quite the scene. The store is newer, clean, and well organized. There were two store clerks on duty at the time of our visit (unfortunately, I failed to get names but there was a black male and a Hispanic female) and they were both great and extremely helpful. The Hispanic clerk even went out of her way to make conversation acknowledging that my cousins were couponers (hard to miss as our buggy was swimming in coupons), told them that the store is "couponer friendly", and even tipped us to when the next weekly ad sales would take effect. She was truly great! All of the items we wanted were in stock and I made out like a bandit! On a transaction that originally totaled $30, I spent a whopping $8! This is the worst experience I have EVER had at ANY pharmacy! I was told they were backed up with orders but shouldn't be too long. So, 3 hours later I asked how much longer and was told only 15 minutes . Another 45 minutes later I was told they could not fill it because the pharmacist was a temporary and my doctor was from St.Petersburg, Florida!! I have filled the same presccription every month for 6 months!!! My son then took me right across the street to Publix and they not only filled it in 20 minutes but it was also $40.00 cheaper!!! I will NEVER go to this CVS again and hope all of Davenport customers go to Publix as well!! No customer should EVER be treated like this. I'll be honest I hardly ever go here, if I need something I either check out Publix or Walgreens because of how close they are to work and home. After going to Target and seeing they didn't have my hair mousse or face cream, I decided to stop here. I really don't love how quiet this store is or how CVS always angles their aisles but that's not the store's fault. I will say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier and she made a point to say goodbye to everyone as they walked out as well. I've been in here a few times to pick up pictures or random drug store products and everyone is always very nice and the store is really clean!
