The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and acted as if answering simple questions was an inconvenience. I waited far longer than expected, and nobody provided any updates or explanations. The pharmacy staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic communication skills. When I asked for assistance, I felt ignored and rushed. It was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. The store itself appeared disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. A pharmacy is a place where people often come for important medications and health-related needs, so professionalism and courtesy should be expected. Unfortunately, this location failed to meet even basic standards of customer service. I would not recommend this CVS Pharmacy to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. Management should seriously review staff training and customer service practices because the current level of service is unacceptable.

Today, my entire entire left Breast is sore today from the Safeway cart slamming into my breasts!! I am fed up with Safeway!!locking up the carts at the exit door is a asinine way of controlling crime. My cart went through the register and i was not stealing anything!!! Years ago in my neighborhood we had a grocery store that had "Conveyer" belts. The "baggers" at the registers would put your Groceries in a crate and give you a ticket to get your groceries from the crate when you pull up to the belt. If Safeway is going to lock your carts at the exit door and in the parking lot far away from your vehicle, then they need a system to get your groceries to you vehicle and STOP having the shopping cart ATTACK YOU AT THE DOOR AND Causing YOU INJURY! I stopped shopping at the Safeway store on Dublin West side for this reason. I got tired of my cart suddenly stopping in the parking lot leaving me stuck sometimes in the rain in the middle of the parking lot with groceries I had to carry by hand to my car! Now Safeway at east side at Tassajara is doing the same. I am done with shopping at Safeway Stores. I may have to run to the store to get something that i can carry in my hand but my money will not be spent at Safeway when I can get the same groceries at other stores that are friendly and customer service is not causing the customers harm at the expense of saving the store money. I am 71 years old and having to carry groceries from the exit door or stuck in the parking lot far away from my vehicle is NOT what i am going to do!SAFEWAY HAS NEVER BEEN TOO BRIGHT WITH its CUSTOMERS SERVICES (other bad experience with Safeway Stores) AND THE STAFF IS VERY UNHAPPY TOO! I am much happier shopping and NEVER had any problems with shopping at the other local stores -Lucky's, Sprouts and Best -COSTCO Stores.

If you ever need to call, you are placed on hold for a long time. That or they will get back on the phone after claiming that they were researching something that they do not have that medication. On the retail side, the shelves are literally half empty, and have been for almost a year. And last week I had my doc send a prescription there, only to find out after driving over, that they did not have it in stock. Poor communication. Between the Front of house and back of house failures, this location, and possibly the entire corporation, will not survive. I suggest mark Cuban's Cost Plus drugs, which will literally save you 50% - 90% on most prescriptions.

As someone with allergies to foods(peanuts and seafood), the system obviously gave a general warning due to that. She did not know whether there was something wrong, which is fair, and let us know honestly to reschedule. The second appointment went well, nothing to say there. Overall, you can do worse than Pleasanton's Walgreens. Very fast, kind, and informative. If you need a vaccine or something requiring the pharmacy here, don't be scared. Maybe my customer service is rare for this location, but they're very smooth and stress-free. The only reason I won't be scheduling any more appointments is simply because I don't live there. I'll miss this Walgreens and Pleasanton as a whole though!

I needed some prints of images I had on my phone and I was stopped having lunch in Dublin nearby, so I figured I'd have my pictures printed while I have lunch. Basically, all you have to do is upload your images from either your computer or phone to the Walmart store location site, select the size you need. They even print stuff up to 8 x 10, but all I wanted were the standard 4 X 5 size. Those prints were just 16 cents each, that's a deal these days! Plus, the prints are ready to pick up in just 1 hour! I never used this service before so I was curious as to how well it would work out. I went into the store after lunch and wandered my way back to the photo and electronics section. There just happen to be an employee at the station. I've read other reviews, that had trouble even finding just someone there to help out. I guess I was lucky! They found my order and just handed them to me in a blue Walmart photo envelope. You pay online when you place your order. I opened the envelope and looked at the pictures. Wow, perfect prints on matte paper. Color balance and brightness were exact match to my digital pics. I just needed some prints to give to a friend that has no way to view digital pictures. Yeah, they're car pics! I really like this photo service, I'd use it again!

This Walmart like all the others had the same issues that never seemed to be resolved no matter how many years have passed. A smelly and filthy parking lot that always reeked of sewage and trash. Poor customer service from employees which is not a shocker as that is a common trend at Walmart. Always messy and dirty aisles that are clobbered with trash and products out of place. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

My review is solely on the drive up pickup experience as the same thing has happened 3 times now, always with the same pickup associate. Not sure if her name but she has glasses and curly hair. 3 times now, have we experienced a poor pickup experience. First time-- the employee just walked up to our car with no greeting and just stared at us. Assuming she wanted the 4 digit pick up code. So we showed it to her and asked that she put it in our trunk. One of the items was a door hanging mirror. She literally placed it in the trunk, yelled "it doesn't fit" and walked away. Uhhh what!? -- the mirror fit, literally just had to push it into the trunk. (We have an SUV btw). Second time-- she walks up to our window again and stares at us. No greeting. We show the code and ask her to put it in the trunk-- she literally tosses the bags in the trunk and walks away. No usual target friendly greeting or goodbye. No broken goods thankfully were bought but the goods were all over our trunk when we got home (we live very close by). Third time-- same awkward non-greeting. We show the code-- she tosses the bag into our passenger rear window and walks away. -___- Not sure how target assesses employee customer service but please, train your employees more.
