I go to this place almost every week, it's very convenient to where I live (a mile away). The store is always very clean and organized, and the staff is really friendly and always are sure to greet you when you walk in. The only "negative" review I have about this place is that they never seem to have enough workers working the cashier, so the line always seems to be quite long and the cashier doesn't seem to be working at a sufficient enough pace. However, early the next morning I was notified they would resolve the issue for me. I am extremely disappointed with this CVS! I came in to purchase a blood pressure monitor for my father since he was exhibiting possible hbp symptoms. I came home set it up to find out the screen was broken. I rushed back to the store and they had just closed. The store clerk still had a couple of people in the store. I asked the clerk to exchange the monitor and she was willing but the night manager (Crystal) refused! My husband and I asked to speak with her to plead our case since we had just purchased it and wanted to avoid visiting the emergency room if we did not need to go. The night manager refused to even speak with us and directed us to a 24hr CVS. I am extremely upset and disappointed! We're sitting in the ER right now! read more

Honestly they have very horrible customer service . I ordered some photos online and for some reason the app kept freezing and wasn't letting me upload the minimum of pics needed for the sale. It was letting me in small amounts . So I thought I could just show them when I picked them up . Since I tried calling by phone and nobody answered . I get there and they took forever to just give me the pictures and I get to the register and the cashier couldn't help me . So I think she asked the manager and all he said is you agreed to the price so that's what you have to pay. Telling me they have nothing to do with online prices they are separate ! Which is dumb cause I was still going to pay for them at their location & 2 they printed them out there . So I was like I'm not going to pay he said it's fine we'll just throw them away . When I was there most of the customers there looked annoyed and frustrated because something kept happening to everybody in line. I usually print my photos out at Walgreens but hey 9 cents a print why not ? Totally regret it. Waste of time driving there. Stick to Walgreens they have no problem honoring online pricing . read more

worst cvs iv'e been to EVER "Jacquelyn" helped( didn't really help) me today as I was purchasing a one vanilla prepaid visa card and did not activate it at register although my receipt said it was activated. i even double-checked by asking her before I left and she said that "it was" when it wasn't. i contacted visa customer support and they confirmed that my card was NOT activated and i have to wait 3 business days for my ticket to get even looked at while its currently Friday and Monday is memorial day.. this is a major inconvenience to me and now i will most likely have to wait over a week for my problem to get resolved. I realized that the same cashier (Jacquelyn) that i would run into when making purchases is bad luck because i remember a few of my friends and peers having trouble when they make purchases while she's at the register as well. this all wouldn't of happened if everything was fine and dandy like how it is at Walgreen's. i don't know if i'm just having bad luck or CVS is cursed because this wouldn't of happened if everything is in top shape. *UPDATE* i just emailed the address where i need to activate my card and guess what? "email address not found" and do you know what that means? it means i cant get my card activated, which also means that I lost all the money that i put on the card.. get your employees to open their eyes while doing they're job.. people who cant do a simple task as operating a cash register don't belong in a store, it's common sense, you might as well to replace everyone in your store with chimps because i bet even they can do something as pressing a button after double checking it. ignorance scours this society and it's never going to go away until people tighten the screws in they're heads... Had an appointment in the minute clinic at 3:30pm, was here 3 minutes late. Tried signing in for my appointment as I already showed as the next person in line, however, I was never given a registration code and was unable to sign in under the set appointment. Signed in as non registered but they took the other person in line that did not have an appointment. When the medical person came I told them of the situation and not being given a registration code, she argued with me that I didn't need one, asked if I had an appointment, told her yes I did, at 3:30pm. She continued to take the next person in line, ignored me and just shut the door. So I guess it doesn't pay to make an appointment when they take other people in line and they will take you 45 minutes after your appointment. If I were not getting a reading of my tb test, I would leave and never come back. After this, I will not be back but try Walgreens clinic the next time I'm in a rush. read more

Just visited the CVS pharmacy in EASTVALE and had the WORST experience. I'm not the type of person who even writes reviews but this customer service from this person named VICTORIA was so rude I had to comment. I came to pick up my prescription and she asked for my prescription card. Unfortunately I only had my insurance card but you are able to call for pharmacy benefits. My husband said he was able to do that at Target Pharmacy. You could tell she didn't want to do it as she kept saying it wasn't a pharmacy card. I was well aware of that but kept mentioning that another pharmacy was able to call and get my prescription benefits. She walked away and was NODDING/SHAKING her head as if it was a hassle and I was asking for the moon. My brother in law who was a pharmacy tech mentioned this is PART OF THEIR JOB. Isn't that what good customer service is?!! She then called and told me that I didn't have any benefits. Duh you used my insurance number. Use some common sense lady and look it up by my name and date of birth. She didn't even ask me for any more information. Low and behold when I called, I had benefits!! By that time she was already helping someone else so another guy (who was pleasant) helped me. That is the RUDEST experience I've ever had. Talk about a LAZY worker. Had to find out my own benefits and have my insurance call them. read more

Not sure if they are rude or just lazy, either way I would not recommend going to this location for your pharmacy needs. I will never come back to this CVS again. The pharmacy lead "Faun" (I think that's her name, has absolutely 0 compassion for her patients or should I say "Customers" I was sent back to my wife's OBGYN twice in the same day due to a logistical/accounting issue between the doctors and the pharmacy over a stupid piece of paper. My wife had just been released from the hospital with a cesarean with our 3rd daughter and needed a heavy narcotic for the pain. I went and got the script from my wife's doctors office (this part is the doctors fault obviously) and my wife's date of birth was wrong on the script and the date the script was written was not on there either. I was told by one of the pharmacy people that Faun said that the script wasn't signed when I clearly pointed out her signature and the tech said oh well I guess it's because she didn't date it and we need the right date of birth. Fine I said I went all the way back to my wife's OB office (45min round trip) this is now the second time I was sent back there in the first place. All well my wife sits at home with our newborn in pain on the scale from 1-10 she was a 9 and all alone since I was running back and forth. After arriving back to the pharmacy with the corrections they still would not accept it because of a accounting issue/paperwork issue that could have been easily fixed the next day (at this time it was roughly 4:30) I couldn't make it back to my wife's OB office in time before they even closed to even attempt to get a whole new script. And instead of having compassion and knowing she was in pain and that she WAS written a script for pain medication all the pharmacy was worried about was covering their own rear ends!!! That is morally wrong for a service that is supposed to be in place to help people(a needed service), we are not doctors we are patients with needs for these things, and to not have compassion for your patients to say "no problem we will take care of her with this and fix the accounting part tomorrow with the doctor." Instead the doctors were only able to call in medications that was substandard for her situation being a new breastfeeding mother. So instead of taking any medication in fear of harming our new baby girl my wife decided to fight through level 9 pain for 18hrs to stay breastfeeding our new bundle of joy. I am sick to my stomach that people do not have compassion to help people anymore. Instead they just worry about the POSSIBILITY of getting in trouble. Never coming here again. Most of the pharmacy women in there wanted to help so bad I think some of them would of even tried to give us only a couple to get her through the night of they could of but that main pharmacist was completely rude and I feel her moral rights as a service provider should be evaluated immediately. I hope no women in that pharmacy EVER have to go through what my wife had to go through for 18 hours because of a stupid piece of paper!!! read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. Call wait time is 15 min or longer. Then the tecnitions continue to pick the phone up and ask if they can help you, so you explain it again and again. So once your so frustrated you go down there because, maybe, they can understand face to face! Nope! My medications were time sensitive, and I was very specific. I can not take the generic brand. So what did they do? They gave me the generic brand, and didnt even tell us they had switched them. I caught it a few days later. Then I went to do my injections, you guessed it, no ingestion needles! At 9 pm I had to go down there and try and get the tecnitions to understand I needed injection needles! They had the doctors order, not sure what the issue was. It took an hour to find injection needles in there small little store. So I've had 4 prescription filled and everyone of them have had a major blunder. Never again! read more
