Checked in today to process an important return and was very impressed by the quality work Ethic of Vanessa the Cashier! Vanessa did an excellent job enthusiastically greeting every guest who walked in the door and was a clear and effective Communicator throughout the whole return process. She carefully guided me through entering my Carepass number, knew how to locate and scan the Barcodes to help me get my card and cash refunds, and kept an impressive pace going with strong and organized focus to optimize the Energy Flow of the store. I did not know you cannot see a doctor, PA, or RN in Irvine, and lives outside of Eastvale but cannot pick up the medication in Eastvale, because the pharmacist does not feel comfortable. I first was intrigued by his question why I went to see a doctor in OC, but picking up my med in Eastvale. Then I suspected that he thinks I am going to abuse the medication. I confronted him with the suspicion, and he said "oh, I have never said that". Then I asked what is the issue? He would not tell, then said I am going to call your doctor for confirmation. I even reasoned with him that, I shop at Target, Kohls, and Best Buy all within the vicinity and it is easier for me to do a one-stop shop. He clearly did not understand. He believes I must pick up my meds that is near my residence. Rude and unreasonable. Where did CVS hire clowns like this one? read more

If I could give a zero I would. And I never leave bad reviews, I usually just let it go. Went to this cvs because my home location was out of prescription and ended up going to wrong eastvale location to pick up my prescription because I'm unfamiliar with the area. The lady (don't know her name because she wouldn't come out in front when I wanted to see her name tag, she had glasses and blue scrubs) transferred my prescription after I specifically told her that it's fine that I'd just drive over to the other location since it's already ready and I drove over from two cities down. The pharmacist was a male and I told him I'd never asked for it to be transferred. He then got smart with me and then started whispering with the lady in the back of the counter, and dismissed me when I told him he and her had horrible customer service. Overall, terrible experience. Terrible customer service and should be held accountable for it. The lady in front was Hispanic with glasses and the pharmacist was an Asian male. read more

Got a text at 1:15 saying my meds were ready. Got there at 1:25. Got in line to wait, was not acknowledged. They then closed the shutters in my face without even explaining why. Absolutely ridiculous considering I had to work the rest of the day and was unable to pick up my medication on the last day it was available. (I was unable to come pick it up prior to the last day due to being out of town.) Now I have no idea how on earth to get my medication reissued. The blatant disrespect is insane. read more

CVS In Eastvale (Target). I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription, and they said it would be ready by 5 p.m. I confirmed this twice with the pharmacist to ensure I did not run out of my meds; the pharmacist confirmed. Five minutes later, I got a call saying that my script would not be ready for pick-up three days later. I called back and told them that I would run out, but they said it was policy that I could not pick up the script anytime before the new pick-up time. The person I spoke with was condescending and unpleasant. This place needs to have a better understanding of compassion and customer service. CVS just lost a 20-year-long customer. read more

Yes they pretty much suck over here. These big chain pharmacies, in my experience are run very poorly. I have been without my blood pressuer medicine for over 3 weeks now. I phoned in the ordered and was told it would be ready in a couple of days. A couple days go by and I go to the pharmacy located in Target. The heavy set Asian girl with tattoos tells me the medicine wont be there until the following day. The following day my wife goes there, late in the afternoon, and the same girl tells my wife that the didnt make it on the shipment and will be ready in a couple days. a few days later I go again and am given the runaround again. Today was the last straw, I went there to get my medicine by a older lady that the medicine is on back order. People over there are not doing their job and giving the wrong information. They lost our entire family over this. Shame on you CVS! read more

Walked into the store today to watch an older female employee with long grey hair call out across the store to a man leaving, "Are you just gonna walk out without paying for that?" Everyone, about 10 other customers, turned to look and she went up to him and he told her that those products belonged to him. It was a ryobi drill in one hand and a dewalt carying bag in another. They were both clearly used and not in any store packaging/ box etc. (Does cvs even sell drills?) She let him go and turns to an employee at the other end of the store who was watching and hollers across the store "he probably just stole those from home depot". What a crazy speculation to state so publicly just because she's embarrassed that she was wrong. The guy probably works construction and was in a rush and just popped in to see if they have a drill bit or battery or something and instead was publicly embarrassed and then trash talked the moment he left the store, what because he looked a little gruff or that he works construction? Makes me worried to run in on a frumpy day for fear that I'll be accused of something untrue by Karen at the front. She was doing her job and I understand that but there's much more tactful ways to go about the scenario than publicly embarrassing a customer in front of 10 other customers. Management ought to have a talk with public facing employees on how to best conduct themselves. Shameful. read more

First time visited this location and Experience extremely poor customer service. RUDE and discourteous pharmacist and employee JOHNY! First they told me someone pick up my medicine from LA PALMA city and told me to back in line and reach counter again to just get info where and who picked up my prescription medicine from other city where I never been. Pharmacist was whispering from back which I can't even understand what she referring or either talking to me or just frustrated. Employees need more training and control their anger especially when it's medical field. read more

The absolute worst location. Not once have I had a simple transaction to pick up my prescriptions here. They never answer their phones. When you go in store to check on a prescription they always say something is wrong and they need more information and they are waiting on a call back and this and that. Most recently, this has happened twice with my diabetes that can't sit around and wait. I need insulin. Friday I am hounded to start my insulin and to pick it up at the pharmacy. They give me a round about answer on why it's not ready and to wait for a text message. I hear nothing from them besides a generic "we're placing a special order for you, we'll let you know when it's ready" text and I've received this message 3 times with no confirmation it's ready. When I finally go there to check on it again I'm being told "yeah we're out of stock".... Okay well what's your solution for me?! There's no sense of caring or customer service with them. Then she tells me we'll have it tomorrow after 3 you can come by anytime then. At this point it's been 3 days. I tell her is there anywhere I can go pick it up from because I haven't been able to take it since prescribed (I'm also pregnant). She looks at me with a condescending tone asks "you're completely out??". I haven't even been able to start... she just says well you can come tomorrow after 3, we'll have it. We come back at 7pm the next day and now we're told they won't have it until 5pm the next day. Ridiculous. Never giving them business again nor recommending this place. read more

I don't even know where to start...literally in tears over a 2 minute conversation. I called this location twice. Once around 530 and then again at 6 o'clock. 25 minute wait each time and the employee I spoke to was extremely rude. I was trying to transfer a prescription to another CVS that's open later and had to call in instead of completing the transfer online since I didn't have the RX number. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She huffed and puffed through the whole conversation and was extremely snappy. What really upset me is this prescription is for my child....she has absolutely no idea what the customers calling that pharmacy might potentially be going through medically and her lack of kindness or just at bare minimum being polite could really bring down an already bad day. Being busy is not an excuse. The 25 minute wait each time was not a problem. Because of this employee I'm going to change the pharmacy I go to. read more

Would not recommend developing or printing photos here I went there to use the photo booth that they have to develop pictures and I was just developing one picture this inconsiderate 400 pound woman took her time I was waiting there 40 minutes I was walking around the store came back she still using it so I just stand there and she starts mumbling obscenities under her breath to me I had my three year old son with me and then she said it louder trying to get me to interact with her get into an altercation I'm not about to fight inside a store or especially in front of my son.I was just developing one picture the managers and employees did nothing about it.Dip shittery at its best read more

My husband needed his prescription filled for a heart medication and I tried to explain them the urgency of it being that the hospital forgot to send that in and I was very concerned about the delay. I understand that they can be very busy at times but i was informed, very rudely, that it would not be possible to prioritize him and that he would have to wait! Well, I hope they stay healthy and don't need to experience the same customer service when their time comes to depend on such service. read more
