I had just moved from out of state and the insurance information on file with CVS needed to be updated. Then they told me my insurance wasn't active when they typed it in wrong. Finally lied that they did not have one of my prescriptions on file when my insurance would not cover it. it was $30 without insurance but I had to push them to admit they had the prescription. I can not imagine the harm if I were a polypharacuetical patient who didn't know exactly what I was perscribed or had access to the CVS app which told me they were lying. When I spoke to the manager she shrugged and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I've lived in 3 states and have been to many pharmacies and this one has been by far the worst to deal with.

He also has excellent rapport with his patients. He is always friendly to me, and nearly every time I come to pick up a refill, I see him chatting with a regular. Yet there is very rarely a line, and when there is, it's only one person. I have been able to reach a helpful human being on the phone every time I can remember calling. My only complaint is that Safeway's iOS app has very poor support for ordering refills compared to, say, Walgreens' iOS app.

The staff is very friendly and always helps me get a lower price on my prescriptions if they can. One time I needed a refill on my medication and didn't have the Rx number which was required to do it over the phone so I just went in and asked them if they could refill it and they were able to no problem. They also do COVID vaccines here which is super convenient. Also next door there is a lab if you need testing or blood work done.

That's smart policy and probably their stocks will move upwards again. Walgreens has quite a lot of locations in the DC area Here you'll find a clean and organized store. Very nice pharmacy. Employees are polite and do a good job keeping up with check out. Sometimes the parking lot is a challenge, but that's typical of northern Virginia. If you're in the area, they usually are cheaper than CVS. That alone helps.
