Service was ok, a little confusing as I got one notice saying they were delivered, but they actually weren't. Then a second notice saying it was hand delivered, what the email didn't say was that it was hand delivered to a neighbor. They left a voice mail message with the recipient phone, but I would have also liked a notification of the change, as the sender, instead of chasing it down 3 times. At least have an option in the email notification whether they were left elsewhere. If you are looking for a more unique design or upscale aesthetic, I would go elsewhere, but if you're looking for a place to get a nice arrangement, this is a good place to go, and as always it's nice to support a local business.

I had never actually purchased so many flower arrangements before, and they helped me every step of the way. I only needed to give them some input about what I thought my brother and his new wife would enjoy and they handled the rest. The flowers arrived early on the day of the wedding, and right when they promised. There were no hidden fees or surcharges, and the cost for the flowers and delivery was all inclusive. Everyone including the delivery person who set-up the arrangements was so great to work with.
