I have been going to this CVS for many years. I am a member of extra care plus. I always a good experience shopping at this location. I save a lot of money. I use your manufacturer's coupons. I use my own, but they are very few since the pandemic. The staffing is very good. They check availability of items for me. They are great. I want to thank Anne, Steve, and Jackson for being great. Filthy! The carpets by the pharmacy are so filthy with crushed chips sprayed all over, used cotton buds on the floor by the flu station, scraps of dirt here and there. So many pharmacist trainees I think, behind the counter chatting away. The entire place reeked of unhealthiness. I don't feel safe using this pharmacy going forward. read more

How do you have a photo center without any photo paper? Second time this happened without them even caring to give me a call after my order is not only placed- but an email is sent that it is ready to be picked up... probably the worst cvs pharmacy I've ever been to, they are extremely rude. the first time I've there they lost my medication and I went back various times and they claimed it was in delivery, it never came. This time I was next in line, I was waiting 20 minutes and they claimed they were closed and shut the gate in my face. The pharmacy manager silvia kim is extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive of all patients that walk in that store. I have seen her berate people simply asking for medicine refills and have even had my own dr fight w her personally over a medication refill that she would not authorize until the dr argued w her for 10 min. Avoid this cvs . The pharmacy wait times (the least of the problems) are also horrendous. To top it off, the pharmacy manager accused my father of using my medicine when he was picking it up! Absolutely insane and this store manager needs to take appropriate action against this rude and terrible employee. I now go to walgreens because they actually know how to treat customers. read more

There's a reason this store is always so busy. Going away to stay with relatives in Canada, so Of Course my insurance company changes all their rules. I haven't left the country since 2019 for obvious reasons. Too late to get a 90 day supply,which are their new rules, so I have to pay for it. Find out I have to go inside as well. I wish I had thought to get the man's name that helped me. He had previously told me on the phone to get a discount card and actually gave me given me the name GoodRX. When I tell you he worked so hard to get me the best prices, I'm not kidding. It's a wonder his hair wasn't on fire from all the key taping and work he did. I interacted with at least 2 other staff and they were all very nice and sorry I had to wait. I mean the place was packed, even though there were 2 other stores well, within driving distance. I've been to both of those other stores, the one on 112 and Woodside, and they threw out my prescriptions from my Dr. 3 times. So I had to switch to another CVS. I'm glad I did, thank you for making a stressful situation, a little less hard on me. I'm disabled and there were chairs to sit on and it was a really positive experience. read more

As a customer of Cvs of Farmingville NY I am highly pleased with the service. Using Cvs for all prescriptions I am highly pleased with the ExtraCare put into the dedication and commitment received by this team. One of the last times picking up my prescription I stopped in following my dr. Appointment Dennis was very professional polite and informative he told me go around the building once so I can help these two people behind you and by then your order will be ready. Wearing gloves and masks 3 minutes set and ready to go. He connected me as a new ExtraCare card member being able to save on each visit. Taking all information. The store throughout is run on great dignity and respect the managers and people in charge do an exceptional job training these employee's the staff is very engaged and helpful. Alright...I returned...and the two staffmembers I dealt with were unwilling to help, dismissive, and refused to even read the Rewards receipt I tried to redeem, let alone make a simple phone call to corporate. read more

Called on Wednesday to refill a prescription. Made it ready for Thursday at 6:00pm. I go there at 8:00pm and guess what? It's not filled. "Do you want to wait 15 minutes while we fill it now?" This place is a JOKE! Last month I came in for my prescription they said they ran out come back tomorrow. I went back and they said they didn't get it and were not sure when they would. I asked what should I do? They said I don't know seems like you are out of luck. I asked if they could call another CVS to see who has it and they said we don't do that. Today I go in for a prescription that was called in by my Dr. four days ago. They didn't see it and sent me over to the pickup counter. Went there and they said let's see what's going on, turns out they never made it. So after a 20 minute wait they say to me come back in 20 minutes. I asked if I could skip the pickup counter and just get my prescription at the drop off counter (which by the way they send you to 1/2 the time anyway for pickups) and the guy says no you'll just have to wait on the other line again! Real nice customer service. Too bad they don't send out questionnaires, cause this places CSI would be in the basement. read more

I am only giving stars because they actually had my medications after 2 didn't. I have to echo the sentiments of other reviewers about awful service. I went to the pharmacy during a very slow period, no lines etc and I swear this guy (kid young man whatever) didn't look up once and I didn't even get a hello!!! I was a bit taken aback by the lack of any greeting. Whatever I won't be back because the CVS on 112 is far superior, I've never been treated so poorly there. read more

I went into this CVS on this past Thursday to print out a few pictures at their kiosk machines. I was very disturbed when all three of their photo machines were broke. A young woman who works there tried tirelessly to help get the photo machine up and running but it was useless. The stores WiFi was also not working. This is not the first time that I have gone into this location to print pictures only to discover that their equipment wasn't working. Terrible service. read more

When I first decided to become a customer a had left stop and shop pharmacy. In the beginning it was great. The manager was wonderful and always so helpful. Then the manger changed to assistant manager and they brought in a new manager. Everything has gone downhill. It takes forever to get your prescriptions. The staff is so nasty. The girls that answer the phones think they are working at the White House. Nobody there thinks about the patient. I spend a lot of money there and because I have epilepsy I am on a lot of seizure medication. They make so many mistakes and then make you wait all over again. I don't understand that. I want to switch but this pharmacy is so convenient for me. I actually got so fed and called the corporate office and was told somebody from the district office would call me. That was never done. Due to there inabilities to do things they have messed up the billing of one of my medications that it is all messed up that it is throwing off the refill date, now I am going to have to pay out of pocket because I am sick of every month dealing with all the phone calls and back and forth. My doctor understands and just wrote two scripts for me so it would be less of a cost for me. It stinks that when your sick and you have to go to these pharmacies and be treated poorly, then they mess things up. read more

In the past the pharmacists WOULD'NT EVEN TALK TO YOU. I'd go up with a prescription and they would just look at you. NO HELLO, NO HOW MAY I HELP YOU, NOTHING. Just take your Rx and walk away. As rude as I ever saw any business be. Didn't go back for a long time. Now it's better so I gave two stars instead of zero stars. But they have a ways to go before I forget all the bad experiences of the past and give a better review. read more

Every single time I have had to encounter an employee at this store, it was a negative experience. Thank God this is NY and not a small town where it is the only store around. Nothing like spending my hard earned money at a store that can't even say "Hello" "Thank you" "Please" or "Have a nice day". I have also needed to call to inquire availability of a product and before I can even tell them what I need, I am told "hold on let me check". What the heck was he checking for, I haven't told him what I needed. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. The management team and associates need to be evaluated, apparently.
