Big time call out to the associate who went out of her way to assist. My wife was in need of a particular wound-care product. Had visited two Walgreens before coming into this CVS. The pharmacist at the second Walgreens, without checking their inventory, told me that, if I could not locate it on a particular wall, they did not carry it. Needless to say, I could not locate the item and went up the road to CVS. The VERY kind CVS associate a) verified that their CVS did not carry the product and then b) pulled up the Walgreens website and found that the W store that I had just departed DID have the item in stock. Sheesh. She placed a call to the W in question and asked if they would kindly hold the item at the front register for my return. Wish I knew the lady's name. A Samaritan!! read more

They say the grass isn't always greener on the other side, but every so often I come across a situation where it actually is! In this instance CVS turned out to be that greener grass. For years I had been going to the Walgreens up the road and, for the most part, found it to be acceptable if only marginally at times. Eventually though, a deterioration service got to the point where negative experiences were the norm. That's when I finally decided that it was time to take a chance on the other side of the fence. As far as pharmacies go, my needs are minimal. I just want to fill/refill prescriptions easily, pick them up without incident and be on my way. And, that's exactly what I am able to do here. This location also gets bonus points for having a MinuteClinic inside, which makes it a one-stop-shop to get treated for minor illnesses or receive routine care and get the needed prescriptions filled at the same time. read more

I don't know where these "rude" review references come from. Simply sounds like someone has an axe to grind. Honestly, I have always found the pharmacy staff to be delightful, quick and knowledgeable. The pickup window is extremely well organized. Only issue is the CVS Caremark website doesn't always work, but the app on my phone works flawlessly, therefore the 5 star review. I've been to other CVS's over the years in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area and this one is wonderful. read more

It's your average drugstore. They've got the little things you need. They are frequently out of the brand of medicine I like when I've got a cold, but it is cold and flu season. I wish the hours were better for late night stops. My reasons for the rating: the pharmacist was exceptionally rude when we were picking up prescriptions. Even to the point that he was demeaning and spiteful towards us. The cashier on another visit was rude as well, because I misspoke and called it Walgreens - which was insulting because they're "so different" - HA. Great location but really awful staff. read more

As mentioned before it is a typical CVS Pharmacy with everything you come to expect from one of their locations. I found it almost impossible to find their fax number in order for my doctor's office to even fax them an RX to have filled. It's frustrating to go to a company's website and even do internet searches (think bing, google, etc.) trying to locate information that should be posted on their website or even in the yellowpages. This specific pharmacy is packed full of an AMAZING staff. Every. Single. Employee Is outstanding at customer service! They will learn your name, know your needs, then go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It's become a place I enjoy going. Jan, one of the pharmacist, is my favorite though. She really takes the time to help you, even when she is slammed. If for some odd reason she doesn't have the answer you're looking for, she WILL get it. And her whole staff as well. The dedication and teamwork is unparalle. Verses places that treat you like a number. I'm telling you, there are a lot of options for pharmacies in our area and, some may have a lower price at times but, the customer service here is so above and beyond, it's worth the couple extra bucks now and then to have competent, reliable and caring people helping you through tough times. And they aren't always more expensive. I'm just saying. For me, if it came down to saving $10 or trusting my pharmacy to really inform me, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about my health and well being..... This team is worth it 10 times over. Don't waste your time anywhere else... Jan and her team, (shout out to Michael), are superior to any pharmacy in town. Some lady was in there today who lost her mind because the team was attempting to get her questions answered and, for some reason, that pissed her off. Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe her dog died or her husband left her.....that's not my concern. But the way she belittled this team of exemplary workers was enough to make me need blood pressure medicine. She was rude, disrespectful, and had I personally been on the other end of that counter I'd NEVER had been able to be as calm, understanding and informative as they were. She was acting really ugly... Instead, they pulled together as a team and diligently worked to find an answer/help with her ins paperwork. They stayed the course , cool, calm and collected. And 100% sweet, caring and professional. Guess they are better people than me. That is what motivated me to write this review. They did NOT deserve to be treated so badly when all they did was politely work hard to help her and she was just RUDE. Like, no patience - calling names- making accusations that were untrue, and just throwing a grown woman tantrum. Then she asked for different team members first/last names. I took that as she was going to post something on here or, worse. I'm a busy gal, but it means THAT much to me for people to know how great this team is. Last weekend---I witnessed an employee carting out the last of the paper towels to a car they opened with a key from their pocket.. when I say "carting" I mean a full cart of paper towels-- when asked inside if they had more paper towels coming in they actually said they didn't anticipate any shipments-- HOARDERS!! read more

I've been using this pharmacy exclusively except for a compound pharmacy I obtain hormones from, for many years. I enjoy seeing the same faces who are not rushed and do not seem over-tired or overwhelmed, overworked like an old pharmacy I had to use a long time ago by an insurance company. The pharmacists are exceptional and friendly, always willing to help go the extra mile for me. They give my dog's treats, which I find out one pharmacy tech pays for out of her own pocket. They are very nice treats not cheap. I really appreciate the consistency, ease or ordering, customer care discount coupons, so many online refil and paying in advance and app options for privacy or what not. They have a texting system which works excellent for me and my communication preferences. When coupons have been avaialable or a particular medication recently may be less, they have mentioned that. I feel grateful that means everyone is going the extra mile for my needs. Which of course, makes me feel taken care of. And when issues have come up such has being out of state when my dad passed or was ill, and prescriptions had to be filled, or certain ordering was not quite approaching, the pharmacist communicate well. They have even offered to call other CVS locations or call me personally ASAP when a med comes in. They have lanes for drop off and other, so wait is not long for drive through, and pricing inside has many discounts. Just little extras and always seeming to have a good attitude and being friendly. Providing receipts, helping as much as possible professionally, personally, and consistently. I appreciate them very much. The coupons are relevant and add up as well based on what you spend at the pharmacy or in the store. read more

Good store. Close to home. Good selection. The problem I have is this, the last time I shopped here, which was yesterday, I purchased 4 items. The receipt for the 4 items was over a yard long! It's a good thing the store wasn't crowded. Customers would have spent a long time in line waiting for everyone's yard long receipts to print! I realize the vast majority of the receipt is coupons, but can't you just "go green" & print your website on the receipt and let customers print out their own coupons or pull them up on their smartphones? I would have given you 5 stars if I didn't have to stand at the register waiting for the receipt to print! P.S. Please make sure someone at the home office is aware of this! read more

The store checkout clerk could have provided better customer service. She was unfriendly and caused problems when asked for help with printing photos. She was eager to bring in the manager and complained about me. The manager is a 20y old who cares less about customers. On the bright side, the store is always empty. read more
