I had to buy a couple of things for a sick friend so I went to CVS about 7:30 pm. I was in a rush but it took fire st because the one cashier was talking and talking and would not shut up. I do however want to say that I had left my debit card in the store and she brought it to me in the parking lot. While I hated her constant babbling, she should be recognized for going out of her way to bring me my card I think her name was Linda but not sure. read more

This store is conveniently located at the intersection of Morriss and Cross Timbers. The store is very well-laid out and always clean. If one can not locate what they are looking for, there are always helpful, knowledgeable employees nearby. And their easy-to-use self checkouts make it a cinch to get in and out quickly. Declining location - avoid this CVS at all cost. The pharmacy lead is beyond rude. I get that they're busy but the staff needs to remember they're in the customer service business. I have to rate this store as a 1. The general staff is great but my experience with one of the pharmacy technicians has been absolutely horrible. She is very rude, and doesn't give me an opportunity to finish speaking ever. I've dealt with refilling my prescription through her for a year now, and today I went to refill my prescription and I had my last straw. She cut me off was extremely short with me and just overall does not provide good customer service. Customer service is at its lowest when it comes to this pharmacy. I get having a bad day, but multiple bad days, and consistency of being rude, she doesn't need to be in the industry. read more

I can honestly say without a doubt this is the nastiest CVS that I've been unlucky enough to have been to. If all goes well I will NEVER see the inside of this store again in my lifetime even though it is right around the corner from my house. I feel horrible for those poor souls who are stuck working here or any poor soul who happens to be unlucky enough to have a sudden case of the runs and no other options. The men's restroom was particularly "ripe" today as I could smell what seemed to be the odor of something dead brewing in it through the closed bathroom door!! I totally understand that when working with the general public you never know what's going to be thrown at you. There's NO excuse for anywhere to be this nasty especially when you consider this is a pharmacy and they sell food and infant products too. Make no mistakes this was not a they didn't have time to clean the potties today kinda nasty it's more like they didn't find a reason to clean the damn bathrooms for months kinda funk. My theory is if the VISIBLE areas of this store is so disgusting just imagine what new species could be waiting for you. I don't understand how the employees and management are able to neglect areas of the store without consequences from higher up the chain getting involved. Good selection of everyday items, decent prices on prescriptions, attentive employees. They always seem to have some great value sales like buy one get one free for gum and snacks, love that! Have had to wait quite a bit to consult a pharmacist a few times and they seem inconvenienced when I ask them questions. They aren't 24 hour, and this has made me use Walgreens and Wal-Mart instead on many occasions, I seem to only need pharmacy items after 10pm! Convenient location. read more

Sometimes you just catch people at a bad time but mistreating customers is never ok. No matter what time of night it is. I witnessed a very strange interaction with a customer and two employees. I was appalled by how unprofessional the employees behaved. That poor woman. She was simply asking for help and the night manager and employee jumped down her throat. The tension was immense. I'm unsure if I'll revisit this location if that's how you treat your customers. There's no excuse. We must do better. read more

I went to this CVS pharmacy to get the new Covid vaccine. Being a senior, I feel vaccines are important for my health. Apparently CVS does not. When I inquired at the counter I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. The tech, with an eye-roll and smirk, replied that they were too busy to administer the vaccine. I pointed out that I was the ONLY customer in the store. I also pointed out that there were NO cars in the drive-thru. Again with the eye-roll and smirk, they refused to administer the vaccine. There were six employees behind the counter, one was the pharmacy manager. She witnessed the entire encounter and merely turned away. Had the pharmacy been busy I could understand their position, but like I stated, I was the ONLY customer in the store and NO cars in the drive-thru. Evidently CVS does not believe in vaccines; CVS does not believe in senior's health; CVS does not care about customer service; CVS does not care about its reputation. They never answer phone in under 20 minutes wait!! The drive thru line is nearly an hour always! They allow people to sit in window to wait till prescription is ready. That's not supposed to happen according to big sign on wall! They tend to run out of stock A LOT! Diabetes, thyroid, kidney, blood pressure and pain meds have to be ordered and should be received within 3 business days, BUT they don't keep up with prescriptions waiting for stock and wait for Customer to call back in to do anything. This is not how it's done!! This includes new orders being called in. I miss Walgreens.... read more

CVS is my go to pharmacy and this is the location that I visit most frequently. Its a nice store that is clean and well laid out and always in good stock. The pharmacy is fast and the staff in nice. They usually have all my prescriptions in stock. Good prices on prescriptions and other items in store. Ample selection of beauty products, personal hygenine, vitamins, over the counter drugs, miscellaneous grocery, candy, some pet supplies, medical equipment, and more. On site photo center. Pharmacy has a drive thru that gets in and out in a hurry, which is a big plus for me. read more

A-OK. I've been to this location several times over several years. It's clean and well stocked. I've always had good service. The restroom was clean and stocked. Because of where I live, all of the closest CVS stores to me are brand new and still have their "New Car Scent" and shine, and this location has been here a while so I can't say I would call it my favorite CVS but that's just being snobby... The only thing wrong with this location is it's parking lot. To get in going north on Morriss, you have to do a U turn and then if you want to continue north on Morriss you can only turn right (South) and the intersection us a "NO U TURN" one so it requires some inconvenience but only a couple of minutes. read more

Tony from the management team was awful. I had problems at the self check out area and asked him for assistance. I told him one of the items I was purchasing had 50% off but it wasn't coming up, he laughed at me and asked another staff member if she knew about that "discount" making me feel like I was making it up. When I asked him why was he laughing, he said because some brands on make up hardly have discount and was surprised that that item even had one. He should be more familiar with the deals before showing that arrogant attitude. I told him he should be more familiar of the sales because I'm not lying about the discount, and he said he was very familiar with everything except make up??? He left without apologizing and sent a staff member to check on it. Another staff ended up helping me and confirming I was right, but no apologies from Tony. Poor customer service read more

I usually refill all my prescriptions at this cvs and almost every time there is something that doesn't go smoothly. I had gone through their drive through & they never ran my insurance for me to pay the proper fee, so when I got there and waited 20 mins behind 4 cars & they weren't ready after sending me a text that they were done. They made me drive around the store 3 times waiting behind more cars every time because they weren't ready after all. My wait was over 30 mins. It was a nightmare because they said they still couldn't get through to the insurance so I just paid the large amount for the meds just to get out of there. I paid 50.00 for meds that I usually pay 12.00 for. And the young lady at the window had major attitude issues. Not a good experience at all read more

Jan, the pharmacist, is absolutely amazing. Really, the whole staff is. They have gone above and beyond to help me get the best price for my prescriptions. I ended up transferring all of them here, even when they weren't the lowest price. But guess what? They spent an hour looking for coupons etc for me until they BEAT the other pharmacys price. The customer service here far surpasses any other store/pharmacy. They actually care about you and your health. The young lady with long blonde hair and the gentleman with the glasses always remember me by name ( I'm sorry I couldn't do the same here) and the drive up window lady with very short hair is always as friendly and professional as ever. Seriously Lewisville & Flower Mound - THIS is where you need to bring your prescriptions. You won't find better people or prices. Thank you for everything CVS team! SLOW PHARMACY. After sitting in a very slow line of cars to drop off a prescription, I asked how soon I could pick it up (I usually wait 15-30 mins in the parking lot at other CVS locations until they text me when it's ready). The lady at the window looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears and told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. It was around 6pm so I asked what time they closed thinking maybe that location closed soon. She told me 9pm but they were too busy to fill it. About that time, the pharmacist/person in charge chimed in saying she had 20 prescriptions to fill and it'd be ready tomorrow, like how dare me for asking. I don't know how long it takes to fill 20 prescriptions or if that's a lot to fill so who am I to argue? Maybe really sick people live by this particular CVS. I told them no problem. They both seemed surprised I was ok with this and thanked me for being understanding. Today, I sat in the same slow, long line. I gave the guy at the window my Good RX coupon info. Aaaaand I got the look again like lobsters were crawling out of my ears. I was starting to get a complex but then he told me I'd have to wait in line again bc "it was a whole new prescription" so it'd take awhile. What? The flustered lady in charge popped up again saying it'd take around 30 mins, but they did offer me a more inconvenient option by waiting in the line inside the store. Nah, I'll make another snail trail lap around the building while y'all do some next level register button pressing for 30 mins. So with all of this time in my hands, I thought I'd Yelp about it. I use Good RX often at other CVS locations and they just adjust the price, I pay, I go. A transaction that takes no more than a few minutes. No wonder the line is so long. I was at the store today (July 10 2016) around 10:30 CT ... I had a clarification request for the use of CVS app. While one of the representatives at the store appeared to ignore the presence of a customer, he eventually call his supervisor (I think) to assist me. The 'supervisor' did not look / appear comfortable to assist, and sounded quite 'evasive'. Today being Sunday, I was hoping the store would have the 'current' sales ads available in the rack, where I found ONLY the ones that had expired / ended yesterday. As for the tags (sale prices), they did not appear to have been put in place, based on which I found the item price to be confusing. When I indicated the same to the 'Supervisor', he indicated that they are the 'Regular price without the card' (Being a card holder / member, how am I supposed to know the current / correct price for the card members???). I had stepped a few feet away after suggesting that the tags would be helpful, I did hear some grumbling from the 'supervisor' !!! Now, I am at the check-out register with the items I intended to buy, provided the representative with my physical membership card to scan ... He did scan the card, and the items, only to find that the system did not appear to recognize / consider the CVS app' offer. Again, the representative called for help, when the same 'supervisor' came by ... On my smart phone, I did show him that the offer has been 'sent to card' ... The said screen also showed 'Sequence No.' ... According to the 'Supervisor', the 'Sequence No.' represents my Car Membership Number (To my understanding, this Sequence No. would be the Product SKU) !!! After all the hassle, I just requested him to shut down the transaction and walked out. Very unpleasant experience !!! The personnel at this specific store location need to be trained on customer service and educated on their own systems !!! Hopefully, CVS management reads this feedback (and many more negative ones about this store location) and addresses them responsibly within a reasonable time. read more

I switched to CVS from Walgreens when CVS took the position of not selling tobacco...truly commendable for a health product provider and certainly a huge financial hit. Having made that change on my part, I was really disappointed when I went to the pharmacy desk at Flower Mound today to switch my records from San Antonio CVS (just moved to Flower Mound) and I was told that there were no more refills on the presriptions and I would have to contact my previous CVS to have them contact the doctor for an update. I asked that they make those arrangements and was summarily informed that was my responsibility. I guess my next response will be to rejoin team Walgreens!! read more

So very disappointed in the decline of customer service in the past two years. Been going to this store exclusively for all family RXs for almost 20 years. I will put up with low stock of commonly (monthly) filled prescriptions for a few months, but after multiple months of refills having to be filled days later and later due to stock issues. . . it is frustrating and unprofessional. The pharmacist hasn't asked if I have any questions about my prescriptions in over a year. Nothing critical, but it was nice to have that little personal touch all those years. Lately, I take my RXs in to be filled by a specific time, only to be told when I get there that either 1) they are out of that pill and had to order, so it'll be ready the next day or 2) they are just now getting to it, so if I'd wait for 20 minutes or so they'll fill it right then. None of these things happened in the 18 years or so previously. I was always so proud of our neighborhood store and told everyone to go there. No longer. I will be taking all prescriptions in the future to Walgreens. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. They were rude and extremely unhelpful over the phone. My doctors office could not even get help from them.

Since moving back to Texas three years ago, I've used six different CVS pharmacies. Except for this one in Flower Mound, all the rest of them are awful and cannot possibly get a prescription filled correctly or on time. (Walgreens was no better.) When I moved to this area, I expected the same lack of service and care, so I was pleasantly surprised when (a) my order was ready at the time I requested, (b) all of my bottles had non-safety caps as specified in my on-liine profile, and (c) my prescription manufacturer discount cards for limited co-pays (also noted on-line) were applied without me having to ask for them at check-out. I'm sure the pharmacy assistant was shocked at my tearing open the bags to check the caps and make sure the prescriptions were, in fact, in MY name), and I thought, "Okay, this is a fluke and they just happened to get it right." But after picking up prescriptions several times at this store, they have gotten it right 100% of the time. I sure hope I'm not jinxing myself by writing this review! read more
