One customer is picking up an order of some sort, one lady needs change, one person doesn't want to use the kiosk and then more people come over. Apparently the store runs on one cashier and a floor person on a busy Saturday. People walking in and out, and not an employee in sight, not a great idea for inventory control. Employees were nice when they came over but I saw no manager and there were too few employees to adequately help customers and run the store. I wish I could say it was a great experience....

Not all transactions are self serve and some people need help using the kiosk and that scenario of an unattended front end is not even remotely helpful for maintaining inventory. No one on the floor to help either, unless you hunt for someone . Walgreens in contrast, you are greeted, directed to aisles for product and I was even given a coupon. Pharmacy is great too. It never ceases to amaze me how much better Walgreens seems to be in the state of Florida than CVS, and in SC and Arizona, the reverse is true. Literally only shop in CVS when I have to .

I told him the automated phone said 10:15. He said, "I know but we're slammed. There's only 2 of us." There was no one in the drive through and the other person was helping the only other client. Lies. So, since I had nothing better to do for 15 min I'm using a little of it to call BS and write a 1 star review.

I came in to have a flat tired repaired, covered under the roadside hazard I always purchase off my…read morewalmart tires. It was around 6pm at night. I was informed the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but that it qualified for free replacement under warranty because of my millage. I was then told I had to prove i had an alignment recently or that warranty was void. I informed the gentlemen that the place that does my garage work was already closed for the day and I had no way of getting them proof right there on the spot. I'm a competition archer and had a very important meet that weekend, I couldn't wait to get this done so they voided the warranty out. They then told me that they only had two tires that would fit my car. Both tires were listed on the screen he showed me, under my vehicles make and model. A $100 tire and a $170 tire. I chose the cheaper one. As soon as i picked the cheaper tire, another tech stepped in and said, 'No, bad rating.' and I was explained to that the cheaper tire "Wasn't rated for your car and would cause an accident, we can't put that on." So i came in for a free flat repair, which turned into a warranty, which got voided, which became a $100 tire that showed on their computer as working for my car and was offered by there tech, but suddenly became a $170 tire when they knew i had no choice and they had me over a barrel. Now for the REAL problem. Clearly someone was either unhappy or just completely careless. They dropped my doughnut tire into the trunk with force. It bent the floor covering, damaged the 'spare tire' well and tore a chunk of the internal trunk facet off. I'm a disabled vet on a limited income. The $200 for a tire that should have been covered was bad by itself, but now there is actual physical damage to my vehicle, lowering its value and making it more difficult to store things in the trunk, including the spare. That is not just carelessness and casual disregard for someone else's property, but to do this on a job for a client shows a complete lack of respect for the people who choose to do business with you. This place is a god send and we were able to get flavored meds, holistic care and nutrition that made my cat's last three weeks comfortable and gave me precious time with him. After spending over 30 minutes stuck dealing with their awful automated phone system just trying to reach an actual person, the pharmacy finally answered and immediately hung up before we could even speak. That is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where people are relying on staff to fill important medications. To make it worse, the prescription still hasn't been processed after several days. If the pharmacy staff cannot handle answering a phone call or providing basic customer service, they should not be responsible for something as important as people's medications. After this experience, I'm not surprised at all that this location has a 1.9-star rating. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic respect for customers is ridiculous.
