The pharmacist is excellent; most of the techs are very helpful. The CVS app is sometimes good, other times not so much. This pharmacy is always super-busy and I know they are doing their best, with one exception. The middle-aged male tech with the horn rimmed glasses is rude condescending and needs training or a major attitude change desperately. If he's working the drive-in window, I purposely park my car, just so I don't have to deal with him. He may very well be the primary reason for the bad reviews. He seems to dislike customers. read more

Literally the worst time getting ahold of anyone in the pharmacy. You'd probably have better luck trying to find lost baggage at an airline. Stayed on hold while I ran errands and couldn't take anymore. I drove past and no one was in line. So, decided to go to the drive through to have my issue resolved. Waited for 5 minutes and had to ring the button twice. The gal at the desk said it's only her and the pharmacist. Still, absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have to get my rx from this pharmacy, I'd be at Walgreen's in a second. read more

These guys are the best. My experience has been that they are always personable and willing to help. As consumers we need to remember that they can only do what they are authorized to do by our insurance or doctor. I can't imagine that you would possibly get better service anywhere else. read more

The male tech Chris is always extremely rude to customers. I watch it every time. I've had a problem not receiving my medication three times now after my doctor called it in and he says "my story doesn't check out and I should consider that my doctor isn't telling the truth" I told him she left a voicemail and to check the voicemail and he said there was nothing on the voicemail. (I called back and the pharmacist and female tech said they do have record of my doctor calling and they do have a voicemail from her.) He refused to help me and said I need to go find another pharmacy and hung up on me. read more

Pharmacy people are 98% of the time not helpful. Just be honest and helpful about problems getting ADHD medications; simple customer service skills would be great but that's gone. I switched to Kroger. read more

The pharmacy s the only reason to visit this store and it should be given a rating of 2/10. I just tried to redeem Extra Bucks Rewards...given for loyalty...but found out that they had expired. if you was to be your own cashier, wait in line to pick-up prescriptions or find empty shelves where advertised items should be, please choose this store. I actually hate to give a low rating to this CVS pharmacy (the clerks are great) because there are also some great people in the pharmacy and I've gone in for years. However the male pharmacist, that has been there now for a couple of years or so now, has always been smug but was blatantly rude to me recently. I went to say thank you to him after the transaction was complete and he basically berated me for not hearing him (he had asked a question at the same time as I was talking...which I obviously did not hear). Ironic that I was thanking him while this occurred. So time for you to leave younger, male pharmacist! You are obviously not happy there and that behavior is unacceptable. read more

In general, the staff here are short and condescending. It seems as if it is a general problem and Misty is the most egregious. It's so simple to be kind. Even if you are stressed because you're behind and prescriptions are not ready on time you can be kind to the customer. I'll be going to Walgreens from now on. read more

There is a major attitude problem among the pharmacy staff. I have interacted with numerous pharmacy employees at this location over the past several months. Sadly, most of them are quite rude and act as if they are doing you a favor. I have plenty of choices of pharmacies and will be transferring all of my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens. Unless you like to feel belittled and regularly experience very long wait times, I suggest others do the same. read more

I love this CVS. The people are very friendly and and always greet you with a smile. The store seems to be ALWAYS empty. That's most likely because it's kind hard to get into if you are coming from the wrong direction. It just looks confusing but once you figure it out your golden. This place will be the last store raided by the bargain hunters that come with coupons and try to take gross advantage of the extra bucks and everything the store has to offer. read more

Used to really like this store but in recent visit, associates were not very helpful. And the register was unmanned for some minutes even though I saw at least a couple of associates talking. It wasn't that long but couple that with them not being helpful when I requested assistance, it is offputting. It is pretty organized and shelves are stocked. read more

I work nearby, and frequent the store. I also get my prescriptions here. The majority of the staff is great. They're a bit overzealous at times, but always helpful. This should be a 4-5 star, if not for one douche of a human in the pharmacy. Every time I check out at the pharmacy, the old guy with the lazy eye always has some smarmy comment about any food items (drinks,snacks) I may be checking out at the same time. Most times, I buy them for coworkers when there is an Extra-buck offer that I need to hit a certain dollar amount to get the benefit. But dong-breath seems to thinks it's his responsibility to critique my purchase options. He's done this just about every single time I checkout at the pharmacy, which is frequent in the springtime, as I find the only thing that can prevent sinus infections is Pseudofedrine, which can only be released by the actual pharmacist, not the assistants. If they'd ditch Mr Burns, the place would be happier I'm sure. read more

The lack of concern for their customers at this CVS is truly astounding. They take multiple days to fill a prescription and will only actual fill it if you come into the store and wait (behind all the others waiting)- regardless of how many days they have had the request. I won't be returning to the store or the Pharmacy - especially if my health depends on it! read more

I love this cvs! It's by far the best one in the Nashville area. They always have the hard to find prescriptions which I have 3 diff ones that are always a pain to find elsewhere so I just come here now. The pharmacy team is very friendly and helpful. Also the cashiers up front are very cool and super nice. I really enjoy coming to this cvs everytime i have to go to the pharmacy. Haley is extremely helpful and always has a really welcoming smile on her face which can put you in a better mood if your day is not going the best. read more
