It was a very mediocre experience. No greeting or Thank you from the clerk. Store was fairly clean and stocked. They did have an Amazon locker. Don't see that in most stores. Always use your 7-11 app for good deals folks. Definitely not one of the better 7-Eleven stores out there. Doubtful that I'll ever drop by this specific location again. There are too many other convenience stores in the area to choose from.

All the employees are friendly, they know my schedule, they remember me and my GF, they are cool. The pricing is not always the greatest, but it's better than a lot of liquor stores I've been to. Their Beer collection rotates approximately every month, with the most popular brews sticking around. They are also cool about ordering requested beers!!! The liquor prices are on par with most liquor stores, but they do occasionally have some deals. The Coffee, might I add, is quite good! better than AM/PM for sure, even though there aren't as many options. If you're in the area, stop by!

Even though I have to tell them to apply the coupon first before actually picking up, I was in the pick up line because I feel bad not waiting in line like everyone else. But when I got to the front, the pharmacist Regina assured me it was okay to wait at the drop off counter so I don't waste my time. I really appreciate that because it was never clear to me where I was supposed to be waiting when I have to tell them to process it again. Unfortunately there's no way for them to process it with the coupon the first time around, so they are really working hard having to always do my prescription twice. I got my medication and I bought a makeup item as well. The cashier was also friendly, backing up the lone cashier that was getting bit of a line. And thanks to the great rewards program I only paid two dollars for my lip oil! I will definitely be coming back here, not just because I have to but also because I want to.

I waited in line like every other customer. My daughter's friend was ahead of me, but when the cashier skipped him, he stepped aside and came with me instead. The woman working the register began using two cashiers at once, claiming the line was long, when it actually wasn't. During my transaction, I was not finished ordering, yet she assumed I was done and called the next person in line. I calmly told her I wasn't finished, and instead of apologizing, she responded with a very rude attitude, saying she "didn't have time for this" and that I should "order everything at once" -- which I already had. Her assumption was not my fault. When I addressed her behavior and explained that she was being disrespectful and unprofessional, she cursed at me and continued speaking to me in a hostile manner. She then accused me of holding up the line, even though I had waited my turn just like everyone else. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. As a business owner myself, this is not acceptable customer service. Customers deserve respect, patience, and professionalism. This experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I will be reporting this incident. Will definitely lose a customer

Simple: there's a Chevron on the way back to work, I'm sure they sell those travel sized lotions--probably $8. I'll take the bullet. I asked Heidi where those were in the store and before I could even proceed to look for them, she offered that she has a moisturizer. Before I can even say, "Sure". She had the bottle pointed down asking me when it's enough. You can't plan for these not did I imagine that Heidi planned this to happen. Be careful about relying on this location as a 24-hour store. At first they were just, recently,…read moreclosing from 1:30-2 a.m. due to being short staffed during staff breaks. But now they will just straight-up close at a certain point for the rest of the night and not reopen till 5:30 or 6 a.m. Sometimes there is a sign on the door saying the pharmacy drive-thru is still open. But this new thing of unpredictably closing when they feel like it is problematic for the surrounding community. We have so few late-night options besides 7-Eleven. And the overnight closure also means customers are no longer able to pick up BOPIS orders. No more getting items delivered via UberEats, Instacart & other couriers, either. We need a reliably 24-hour store in this community. Unfortunately, Walgreens at Brookhurst and Orangethorpe no longer seems to be it. I hope it's temporary.
