The WORST service ever this morning @ 6:20am at the photo kiosk. I went to pick up my order I placed online the previous day. The worker named Joe looked through the bin briefly, didn't find my order, so he just told me to "reprint" using their station. When I asked to look more because the email notice clearly stated it had been printed, he said, "But I don't see it, so no, use the computer and reprint." No apologies for inconvenience, and he didn't bother to look through the stash of new prints on the desk next to their printer behind the counter. When I saw my photos on it (of course...!), I alerted him, told him they were mine, and told him to get them for me. I might have said, "Omg I can't believe this...!" But never swore. But that got him into this anger outburst, telling me "Don't you talk to me like that. You don't talk to me like that. What do you want? What do you want?", as though he was expecting an apology! He refused to process the transaction and instead demanded me to apologize to him for demanding my photos! He then abruptly left, saying "Someone else will deal with you." I was appalled by this individual's unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors. Another staff soon came to help me, apologizing for this Joe dude's behavior. This CVS always had subpar customer service with a looong line, but this basically cemented my impression about them. They need to do a better job at hiring someone decent. read more

It's convenient that this CVS is open 24 hrs. but the workers there have really bad attitudes and half the time don't even seem like they know what they were doing. Went there this morning to grab a few things and forgot my CVS card. Usually you can just give them your phone number and it'll work. But he tried and it didn't go through. I gave him another number and it didn't work. He asks me Do you know your own number ? Like I'm stupid. His co-worker reboots the computer system and it finally works but he gives me attitude about next time bring your CVS card or write down your phone number(s). I know my own phone number J4CK455 !! Plus this CVS always overcharges me on items listed on Sale. I bought some Chicken broth cuz it said $0.50 cents but I was charged $1.19. I did not bother to go back to argue with this ass. I have a prescription I've filled every month there for something like 9 months, and EVERY TIME I go there's something wrong. They can't find it, they didn't receive the fax, they didn't get approval from the doctor, blah blah blah. I've stopped listening to them since, without fail, it's their fault and after a half-dozen phone calls they finally agree to give me the Rx without an apology. Their staff is very slow, and you only have a 1-in-5 chance of getting someone who looks and thinks like they didn't just wake up from a nap. Sure, they probably get a lot of abuse. But it doesn't justify yelling at the old lady with hearing aids "I'M ON THE PHONE I CANT HELP YOU!!" I bumped it up to two stars since, after giving me the incorrect number of blister packs in my latest prescription, they didn't give me too much trouble about getting an extra one for free (excepting of course having to wait for the muttering staff member who couldn't find it when I came in, saying "I wasn't told about this..." the whole time) Seriously, if you're not cut out for customer service, you're not cut out for it. Is there a -10 rate?? So let me share with you all my horrible expirienc with this location . i bought. Some razors for my husband last week and to my surprise this week they had a great deal. I took my chances on returning the item to re-purchased it again. I wasn't sure about the policy on refunds, i ask one employee if i could returned the item to but it again and. Get the deal. (I was honest about what i was planing to do) after i paid the razors i continue shopping and did 2 more transactions. On the last transaction Mr. Harry ( manager or shift leader) approach me in a very rude and upset tone " Ms. we won't be allowing you to make refunds. In this store. We don't. Do those transactions here, i have your card # and next time we won't. Allow you here as a customer" wile I'm. Trying. To let him know that i ask. Before doing that transaction he just turn around saying. " I'm. Warning you" what??? Since i have manners and I'm. A straight foward person i did not hesitate to aproach him. I explain the whole situation to him and told him i would understand if his employee would. Just say that my transaction was not allowed. And end of story. He still. Had the guts to say. Worse place to shop. It's a sh@thole . Worst customer service . I was wearing my mask . The nose part was a little low because I have a breathing problem I pass out if my air is covered too long . Some big guy as@hole was Following me around every aisle stalking me told me to close my nose . Absolutely the worst pharmacy. There are always problems with my pick ups. They send you texts claiming your order is ready, but when you arrive, you find out it actually is not. You have to pull into the parking lot so they can help the other cars in line at the drive through. I specifically chose this as my pharmacy to avoid the waiting I thought came with drive through service. The employee had the nerve to tell me, "if you don't want to wait for your medication to be filled, you can park and come in and buy over the counter vitamin d instead." Excellent reviews for all the staff here. Clearly more than one CVS store is understaffed, as evidenced by the long lines, but the cashiers handle it with grace and aplomb. They give their customers good, individual attention. The only complaint I have is with the pharmacy. More than once the pharmacists have had an issue filling some simple medications, or kept me coming back three times over for a certain med that was supposed to be filled a lot earlier. This is the in-store pharmacy only...they have the option of drive-thru, but I have not tried this yet. Parking is very easy here, as they have a sizeable parking lot. And the A/C is heavenly at this store in hot weather. read more

After my review I received an email from the district manager asking if we could discuss my experience. I called her back the next morning at 9am saying I was happy to speak to her. She never returned my phone call. I'm writing this follow up because this is not just a question of bad customer service, it's a question of inaccurate medical care. If the wrong medicine is given out or if a medication is delayed that could result in extreme physical harm or even death. This is a serious matter and after reading all the negative reviews of this pharmacy, CVS should be very concerned and not take this lightly. If you contact a customer and want to hear about their experience then follow through. Someone needs to look at the record of this pharmacy and investigate the mistakes that are being made. I had the best service here. Five star to George. I went there last Saturday night 2am, I had to get allergy med., I paid to George, he was very nice and polite. Then walking out I saw a stranger standing right front of the door next to my car. I went back and asked George if they have a security, he said not at this time. He asked me what happen, I told him. He was so nice, he told me that he will walk me out, he walked me out waited there until I got in my car and took off. I really appreciate what he did for me. For many times I observed Ms. Stella handling her job with excellence, providing outstanding customer service in a very professional way. I am impressed by her own way of treating all her customers with fairness and respect. She is committed and dedicated to the highest quality job. Once I watched how patiently Stella was dealing with an angry customer, and how graciously she thanked the patient for shopping in CVS, after helping the customer, and he left the store happily. She is very talented and well-mannered, she is honest with great interpersonal skills, and a proud American citizen of Armenian descend. . Not only she helps her customers with item selection but also she takes time to give some information about the products, about the skin care, nutrition, and how effectively they impact on the human body. In addition, she promised to find out information why it had to be discontinued and relay the information to me later. It's a little thing that makes a big difference. She made me very happy. This review is for the pharmacy part of the store. I went here to pick up one Rx and drop off another. It was my first time at this particular location but have filled Rx's at other CVS's in the past so expected things to be smooth...unfortunately not the case. First off, the drive-thru was useless. The increasingly unhelpful pharmacist either could not hear my name/DOB clearly or entered it into the computer wrong so she could not find any record of my Rx for pick-up. Rather than coming to the window to be sure she had the information correct, she told me to call the CVS I transferred the Rx from because I clearly was at the wrong location. I ended up going into the store after about 5 minutes of back and forth got me nowhere. As you can probably guess, the cashier found it in 2 seconds. Then I had to drop off another Rx. I just had surgery and it was for a narcotic pain med. My surgery and doctor are out of state (where I went to school), so my Rx was as well. The pharmacist refused to fill it because of this, first stating that it was "federally sanctioned" that out of state Rx's cannot be filled. When I told her I'd had Rx's, including this one, filled out of state in the past, she claimed it was actually a California law and, unless the law had changed (sarcastically), she would not fill it. It was pretty obvious to me that she was just making this all up and when I later looked up CA Rx laws, there is no such law. Now, I understand that I was filling a narcotic pain med and could have appeared suspicious with an out of state Rx, but I'm pretty sure my full-arm cast would rule out that I was just a drug-seeker looking for a fix. I will not be back to this CVS anytime soon, especially considering the manager I spoke to later on was just as useless. I just dropped it at Rite Aid, where they filled it with no problem. I will be transferring future prescriptions from CVS there, as well. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are close to my house and have a drive-through Rx pickup, but convenience is not enough anymore. Last month they gave me the wrong Rx. My name was on the label as well as the correct name of the drug. However the capsules were the wrong color with the wrong code number and the doctor's name was also incorrect. The pharmacist didn't seem particularly alarmed or contrite when I brought it back. Over and over I have gone to pick up my regular Rx days after it had been called in and it wasn't ready. The clerk always said that the doctor hadn't called it in. The last straw was that I went in 3 days ago to pick up something that the doctor had called in and it wasn't ready. Same claim by the clerk. I called the doctor's office in front of her. Now, 3 days later, I called to make sure that it was ready and it is not!!!!! Same excuse!!!!! I am going to change immediately to a small neighborhood pharmacy where I will get more personalized service. I highly recommend that you do not use this place because the level of incompetence is astounding. It reaches all the way from the pharmacists down to the clerks. read more

I use this location out of convenience but I will be switching soon. This is the second time in a row that they claim to not have received my prescription from my doctor. After angrily calling my doctor's office they informed me that they did in fact send it, that they could prove that they sent it, and that the always run into issues with CVS pharmacies. After about 6 phone calls and long wait times on the phone my prescription will finally be available 3 days after it was originally sent. I've shopped here many times before and this is for sure the last time. This happened today around 12:20pm. I've literally never had a bad experience here until today. Usually I just get ignored and that's has been that bad, but today. How Many cashiers does it take to help you? 1,2,3? And if so what's the point of rushing you. I got to the register with some feminine products, I don't know if that's what made these guys so nervous, but it certainly made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I was just waiting in line and this manager who is counting out a register asks me if I'm paying cash, I said sure, so he asks me to go to the self check out which I really don't like, so I said no worries I'll wait. Then the second man who was walking towards him says "I'll help you" I again said I'll wait, but he rushed behind the register so I follow him. He asks me for my cvs card, scans the item and then finds out his computer is locked out. So he's calling over to the guy next to him, all this in such a rush I wanted to just leave I felt I was in their way or something. The guy who I noticed his name because he was my least favorite (Aaron) answers him that he will fix it in a minute, as he's finishing up with another customer. Mind you I had no problem waiting in the first place, so when Aaron is done I just go to his register instead. Aaron starts handing his key to the other guy while he tries to figure out how to unlock it, at this point i should of just gone to the self check out, is everyone just training? I don't get it? But anyways finally Aaron realized he should just ring me up, so he does, at this point I'm annoyed and he can tell. He asked me if I wanted my receipt I said no thanks, and here's the reason why I will NEVER come back to this store again, even though it's 2blocks away from home. He says "Try and have a better day" LOL seriously? First you provide me with a bad experience, then you leave me with a nice snobby remark to leave a sour taste in my mouth. Really bad costumer service. I needed to take a picture of my baby for his passport and I have taken pictures at this location before. So it was my first choice. When I went there and did not see anyone at the photo counter, I decided to patiently wait. After about 5 mins of me waiting and no one showed up or even bothered to look at me. I walked to one of the girls at the entrance and asked her, for which she did not respond well and rudely said to ask the other girl. There were 2 girls working around the register and when I approached the other girl, she did not even wait till I got to her and said in a wretched way that there service was out of order. I did not see any note or nothing like that. Then they both looked at each other and had a mean grin... They were just stupid and lazy. read more

I was helped by a tall guy in his 20s I think his name was Ryan, that printed my pics from my iPhone in less than 5 minutes! 5 stars for Maria and Melody in Pharmacy! Maria always remains very professional and patient. Even when customers get rude and impatient she still stays calm and polite. Melody also provides amazing customer service. She went "over and above" to make sure we got our son's seizure medicine. It was out of stock at this CVS and it was urgent that my son had it soon. This store gets one star - really half a star - because the associates were nice and attentive. It doesn't get any more stars because nice and attentive does not equal intelligience or helpful. I feel like they just wasted an hour and a half of my life and just said sorry - no accommodations for wasting my time. Now I know to never go to cvs unless I am buying something simple only. Neither the manager nor the photo attendant know how to use the photo printer. I mean they literally said, I don't know. My question is, who is training cvs employees? Because they did a terrible job at this location. I can tell the people are new but at least the manager should know. I am furious and nearly ready to mark cvs off of my list as a store to shop at ever again. They had me redo my order - which took a long time because I was uploading facebook pictures - and then when they found out some of my pictures were not compatible they wanted me to do the process all over again. This is probably the worst CVS I have ever been to. I'm so bummed out because it's literally a block away from my house so I basically have no choice so I have to come here when I'm desperate. Been coming here since they opened, over the years it's just gotten worse and worse. I don't understand why there's always a line when I'm trying to pay. It's a ridiculous wait too, there is not one time I come here and I don't wait less than 10 minutes in a line it's ridiculous. They need to hire more FAST people. I only like this place because the girl who works here regularly (I don't remember her name but she knows me and my sister, she's the one with the extremely bright highlight on her face) she's really nice to us and always gives us fast great service when she's able. Other than that this place is a joke. One time I went to the Kodak printer to print some pictures and had to reprint doubles of pictures because they came out horrible (was bleeding ink) - so I threw them away. The manager has the nerve to tell me "Next time don't do this because you're wasting paper". I'm not clairvoyant -How was I supposed to know the pictures were going to be bad and bad quality? Why would I pay for them if I threw them away? What an idiot. Anyway - they need to get better faster employees, they have 5 registers and 3 self-service, all of them should be open especially at this busy place. No one has time to wait in a 10+ minute line for 1 item, get with the program. read more
