But I feel compelled to post this review because my last several experiences have been fantastic, both in terms of the efficiency with which my scripts have been filled and with respect to the excellent customer service I've received. My experiences here started to improve right around the time Chloe Lee joined the pharmacy staff as Rx Manager; she has been dependable, professional, efficient, and--most importantly--compassionate in communicating with me, proving that she is a true healthcare provider who can thrive in a busy pharmacy and treat her patients with respect at the same time. I hope Chloe is rewarded and acknowledged for the great work she's doing; she brings me peace of mind and is the main reason I keep coming back to this CVS, instead of switching to one of the many other retail pharmacies that are located much closer to my home and workplace. Alright, time for an update!…read more Costco still remains a daunting, unfriendly and very troubling place for me. It's American mass consumerism at its prime and worst. I need to go when the fewest people are there, otherwise it feels like a horror movie... all those people running around with multiple carts overfilled with stuff, some actually frantic. Besides who really needs six jars of super sized mayonnaise unless you have a family of twelve or more? However, there are some redeeming factors to shopping here, and possibly getting a good deal. This still remains the ONLY Costco in the area I'll visit for otherwise being run over by a crazed shopper with a full pallet of merchandise. So. Some great finds- We got two new good quality camping chairs for the outdoor concerts we attend at a rock bottom price! Woo hoo! Then I found a large container, yet still manageable, of my favorite snack treat, Aussie Bites, at a great price. Please don't buy them out!!! The maple syrup is good quality and less expensive than anywhere. The paper goods can also be a very good deal. Just have a big storage space for a gazillion rolls of toilet paper. They were unfortunately out, or no longer carrying, two other favorites, the top sirloin hamburgers and the Korean dumplings (an easy and quick, delicious treat). I recommend perusing the aisles as one never knows what really interesting product or bargain is lurking in the depths of this monster store. Oh, and if you want a ginormous TV that will never fit anywhere or a casket, just in case, they have those too. Plus, it's fun to count how many giant SUVs are parked in compact parking spaces to be as close to the front door as possible! After all, there's enough walking inside! You do need a membership to enter.

They say Costco on them but they run through Electrify America, and they are F-A-S-T. I got up to 230 miles (80% ish for me) in 10 minutes from nearly dead quickly after I shopped. The crowd has usually been lighter than other Costco locations, which makes getting in and out easier. I think part of that is the location. Sierra College Boulevard does not have a huge commercial strip or much dense housing beyond the two nearby shopping centers and small neighborhoods, so the store feels calmer than the bigger warehouses. If you like Costco but not the chaos, this location has been the one I keep coming back to.

They consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. Recently, I had a situation where I was short on money and had to use some $2 bills that I had been saving for over 40 years. The receptionist, Dawn, noticed how much those bills meant to me, and thoughtfully set them aside. After I was able to pay another way, she returned them to me. It was an incredibly kind gesture that I will never forget. In today's world, it's rare to find people who care enough to do something so thoughtful. The entire staff has always treated me with kindness and respect, and this experience reinforced why I continue to trust them with my pharmacy needs. You can get a 10, 8, or 6 inch cake. I ordered a 6 inch because it was for a small party. The price was only $15! You can choose the flavor (chocolate or white) for the 2 layers. You can add a filling (strawberry or Bavarian Cream). You can choose the color of the icing. There were 15 color options available for the buttercream, and 11 available for the whipped cream. You can add a top and/or bottom border, then choose the design (beads or shells) and color (15 options available). For the decorations, they had the option for balloons (4 color combinations), flowers (7 options) with 15 colors to choose from, or toppings (4 types). Last, but not least, you can add a message (50 character max) with 15 color options available. You then choose the store and a pickup time. I ordered and picked up my cake within 48 hours. The cake came out so well! It looked just how it should. It tasted great. I have no complaints!

As I left the rotten meat & egg plant in the pot on my stove. She said again, she needs the product to do a return. I drive Back to my apartment, grab the smelly pot with the food I started to cook and rushed back to Walmart. I found Theresa and she told me she should have told me to bring it in a bag verses the pot I brought it back in. I was also told if it spills pouring this into the plastic bag I brought the cellophane in, if it spills I WILL be cleaning it up!! I was shocked again and even more upset! Not only did I drive home so she wouldn't return "airlift," but she also made me wait after I saw her l, and decided to help a few other customers leaving me waiting. I approached Theresa, saying I was here first before these other customers starting their self check out. She noted, I will be with you and that SHE'S Coming!!! I was told she can only give me a gift certificate or come back again in the morning when the customer service center was open!!!! This was Unbelievable and quite shocking! Please, if you ever need to return groceries, expect very poor customer service. No cash back either after the customer service center has closed. Even if your return was $7.19! This is where I play the fun game of "let's see if anyone answers the phone in the amount of time it takes me to drive there." And sure enough, CVS ALSO FAILED THIS.
