If I could give a 0 I would. This is the most incompetent drug store. I have been given the wrong meds. Missing pills from bottle. Have meds on auto refill and never happen. NOW you try to call and you are not even allowed to talk to anyone to see if they have a prescription ready meds in stock etc. The only reason I go here is because BCBS said I have to use them. I wish they would hurry up and close this one down so maybe I could go elsewhere. They are also very rude. With as many meds as my family has to take I would think we would at least rank being able to talk and not have to wait for a call back. Being a pharmacy you think it could be an emergency like taking someone home from the hospital and not wanting to wait for a call back that has never come! If possible find another pharmacy run as fast as possible from this one. read more

Since my weekly face cream supply was running low and an Amazon order delivery time frame was unknown at this point, I called CVS to find out if I could order a couple items over the phone and then pick them up through the pharmacy drive thru window. This location said yes. They said they just needed about an hour to get the small order ready because the pharmacy line was running long these days. I understood and appreciated their willingness to help and honesty about the situation. I made the order over the phone then crossed off a couple things from my Sunday to do list before heading out to pick up the order. When it was time to head out, I put my gloves on. I pulled up to the drive thru window and told someone my name to get the order. Then she got it and put it in the drive thru window drawer for me to take. I put my credit card in there for her to use for payment. A seamless transaction. Once home, I saw that nothing was missing from my order before sterilizing each box with a wipe. It's good to know one can still have a neighborhood store type experience. read more

We stopped at this Pharmacy honestly just to get some cash because we were running late to go somewhere. We were going to make one quick little purchase get some cash back and be out the door. I needed to use the restroom. We had to find an employer to ask where they were located - no sign! They did have an individual restroom which I prefer. The store was completely empty but the bathroom was trashed. There was no soap available to wash hands either. We ended up walking around the store grabbing a couple items to purchase. When we got to the register the gentleman that was working had his headphones in and was completely ignoring us. We finally got his attention and asked if we could get cashback with our purchase he said yes, and just stood there. Out of nowhere he proceeds to tell us how our tattoos are so effing badass and that is some sick shit artwork. Here is the thing yes we have lovely tattoos lots of them and they are very cool and very pretty. Under no circumstances do I think it is okay for a teenage boy to cuss and say the things he was saying in regards to our artwork. If we had a child with us I would have been mortified. So on top of a dirty store, a filthy bathroom, and a foul mouth worker- the entrance/ exits miserable!!! I'm only giving it one star and I will never be back. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Clean and organized - Drugstores Near Me - HIXSON, Tennessee

This is not going to be the best review of all times because it involves the pharmacy messing up, but in my opinion that is the part. I was discharged from a hospital in GA. Got home to Chattanooga at 9pm and needed my RX filled. I was told 2-4 hour way to get filled. I went and checked Walgreens down the road with similar answer. I went back to CVS since they already have my insurance and other info and upon handing the prescription they put all my discharge medicine on, I was told they couldn't fill it because it doesn't look like the RX's seen here. The head pharmacist wouldn't take it, I called the hospital back that night and had to 3-way call back to the head pharmacist. He told me to bring it back and it was a whole thing to find the right info. This is the important part to me... the head pharmacist apologized for not looking more into it and had the tech fill it immediately. The prescription was not only filled within 15 minutes, but the remaining part of the RX that insurance did not cover was presented to me at no cost. I don't know if CVS paid the $16 or if he did, regardless of that the whole less than ideal situation was handled the way it should have been. Which to me says a lot more about this location than just giving a 5 star and saying how wonderful start to finish they are. People mess up ALL the time, it's how they handle their mistake. So major props to this location. I used to use Publix and was only using CVS when I lived out of state for a bit, but after this I will stick to CVS simply because admitting fault and talking responsibility isn't easy. *note this is not to be taken the wrong so people can think they can get their prescriptions for free by trying to cause problems* UPDATE: have had 2 problems since with this CVS and while both have been handled properly you have to jump through hoops and once again have them call the prescribing office, must just be a badly run location and I would highly suggest using a different location or different company all in all. Save yourself the trouble especially if you need to take medication regularly and want it filled. And overheard 2 other people that had issues while I was here switching mine over to a different location. read more

I just went there yesterday. After being ripped off thousands from a previous clinic when I went there for bronchitis, it was so wonderful to be treated for an ear and sinus infection so respectfully, professionally and sweetly by this clinic for a cost of under $200. Understandably, there was a long wait, but they text you within 30 minutes of your appt coming up, so it was nice to wait at home until I was seen. For cash customers, this is terrific. Kudos to CVS for setting up these clinics, we really need them in Chattanooga. No wonder they're always busy. Thank you. You are a Godsend after the other ripoff clinics here. read more

Terrible service from the pharmacy! We dropped our prescription off around 5:00 PM and said we'd be back in one hour to pick up. The pharmacist said fine. We showed back up at drive-through at 6:30 to get our prescription. The tech cane to the window, then disappeared for 15 minutes. We hit the call button again and one minute later, she answered through the speaker and said she'd be right there. Three more minutes, the tech shows up at the window and says the prescription is still not ready and said that there are only two people working. We said we'd come back tomorrow and get it. This is some of the worst customer service we've experienced anywhere!! read more

Clean, well-lighted, full-service, and FRIENDLY! Reminds me of an old-time drug store, only much larger and with carpet rather than squeaky wood floors. Who said Modern Efficiency can't be nice? I do wish they had a soda fountain, though! read more

This busy fast paced 24 hour CVS is currently undergoing a Minute Clinic upgrade to better service the local area. Store Manager Laura and staff are fantastic and full of customer service. This is also a training location so be nice to the new cashiers, lol! read more

Waited forever for someone to come to the drive through window, when someone did come they were casually laughing and clearly goofing off with the other worker. The name on the receipt of the employee was Justin. My prescription was suppose to be ready at 8 pm, got there at 9 pm and they still hadn't filled it until I arrived, so I had to wait longer. After I paid in cash, he gave me mostly coins for my change when it was 3 dollars. No one asked to explain my prescription to me and it was my first time filling it. The manager should be embarrassed. read more

the pharmacy is staffed by woefully incompetent dolts. taking 5 hours to fill 1 of 2 prescriptions. apparently "i dont know what happened" is their go-to line. my second prescription got LOST! what?! yeah, took 5 days to "find" it and again "i dont know whats going on with that". awful, just awful read more

I was very unhappy with this minute clinic because I took my daughter in over the weekend because she was ill. It was the Flu and the symptoms are headache, stomach pains, fatigue, and so on. my daughter had vomited so the Nurse stated that I should take her to the ER for a better check for her appendicitis. I just sent money on this visit for her to just tell me that she has the flu and take over the counter medicine. I was going to monitor my daughter and see if she needed to go to the ER. The next day she was feel a little better and there was no school so she was able to get a lot of sleep. Tuesday she was still under the weather so she stayed home from school. I called to get a note for missing school and the Nurse asked if I had taken her to the ER to get checked out. I said no so she said that she cannot do anything for me unless I take her back in to pay for a new visit. really displeased with the nurse and how she would not get a note from school when she in deed know that she was ill with the Flu. It was only her third day of being sick. Very unprofessional in my opinion. read more
