Convenient place to get food for my car and a nice big gulp and slurpee for myself. Inside the…read morestore it's well organized and staff greets you as you enter. The slurpee section was not so good. Quite sticky and there were issues in finding straws. I had to ask the staff for a refill on the straws with the scooper on the end. Easy checkout while I went to get food for my car. The gas nozzles were quite dirty and sticky. Luckily I had some extra disposal gloves so it wasn't a problem. The windshield wiper container only had water and no soap so I didn't get a good clean on my windshield. Overall OK experience. It does have one of the cheaper rates for gas so it's worth a stop here.

Unlawful Harassment and Disability Discrimination--Owner Needs to Address This Immediately…read more I was subjected to blatant discrimination and harassment at this 7-Eleven location (8693 Irvine Center Dr, Irvine, CA). After purchasing items inside, I sat in my truck to eat. Despite the parking lot being completely dead and no delivery trucks present, a staff member approached and harassed me twice, claiming the owner instructed him to make me move. This is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. I am a person with a disability, and I was denied reasonable accommodations to simply enjoy the food I paid for. There are absolutely no posted time limits for patrons in this lot. To make matters worse, another vehicle was parked right next to me for just as long--if not longer--and the staff completely ignored them. I was singled out, targeted, and forced to leave without any legitimate reason. When I questioned the employee, he arrogantly claimed he "knows the laws." When I asked if he was disabled or actually knew disability law, he admitted he did not. He then explicitly told me that delivery vehicles regularly park in the handicapped zone. Parking delivery vehicles in a designated blue grid or handicap space is completely illegal under California Vehicle Code 22507.8. I have personally witnessed other delivery trucks parked in spaces on the opposite side of the building before, so there is plenty of space for deliveries. To the Owner of this Franchise: Your staff's behavior and your alleged corporate policies are exposing you to severe legal and financial ramifications. * ADA Title III Violations: Under federal law, failing to provide reasonable modifications to policies for individuals with disabilities is illegal. * California Unruh Civil Rights Act: In California, an ADA violation automatically triggers a violation of the Unruh Act. This carries a mandatory minimum statutory damage of $4,000 per incident plus attorney's fees. Because your employee harassed me twice, you are looking at multiple stacking violations. * Illegal Handicap Parking Enforcement: Allowing or instructing delivery vehicles to utilize handicap spaces carries steep local law enforcement fines and towing liabilities. Your employee's actions were discriminatory, exclusionary, and highly illegal. You need to immediately retrain your staff on ADA compliance and public accommodation laws before your business faces a formal lawsuit and investigation. I will not be returning, and I will be looking into further legal options

5-2-2026…read more Coincidentally, I ran into a coworker of mine here before work, and it turns out we were both there for coffee. I thought it was because I added ice to my hot coffee (burned my tongue on it earlier this week). But, it tasted sour and as if the container wasn't rinsed out well after being cleaned. She said it was giving her a stomachache, and it tasted bad, that it was a waste of money. It's a shame because the one near my house doesn't have hazelnut, and instead only puts out spicy flavors. Also, my Gold Pass wouldn't work, even though I used it here before. It's been more than 24 hours as well, so not sure if it's an issue having to do with the fact that it's a weekend.

There's a…read moremale employee (looks to be in his late 20s to early 30s) who seems to be there no matter what time I visit, and his behavior is consistently unprofessional. On my last visit, he completely ignored me at the counter, wouldn't respond when I spoke, and refused to remove an item I no longer wanted--even though the store was empty. He spent most of the time on his phone instead of helping customers. I also witnessed him being rude to another customer, especially when she was paying with EBT, which was uncomfortable to watch. Overall, the service here feels dismissive and disrespectful. On top of that, the beverages taste like the machines haven't been cleaned in a long time. I would not recommend this location.

Many other pharmacies in Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart, etc. all close at around 5 PM and some aren't even open on the weekend (Sunday), but this one was. Not sure if this is just a change in CVS that I haven't paid attention to, or if it was always like that. There's self check out and the staff working was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the cashier girl who talked Calico Critters with me, you a real one. Stock is fairly decent for seasonal items and it didn't look super disorganized. Lots of World Cup merchandise randomly and it's always so funny that the souvenirs for Irvine are ocean and beach themed when you're not even THAT close to the water but I guess it works in a pinch for those unfamiliar with California geography. Plenty of parking since it's in a super big plaza and the time where we went wasn't that busy (as many things have already closed).

Call in with a manufacturers discount coupon I was given, told it doesn't work. I call doctor and manufacture, told coupon is valid and instructions to ensure it goes through. Received another "ready for pick up" text Thursday 4/23, go in to pick it up on 4/24, spend an hour troubleshooting the coupon, told it still doesn't work. I tell them "I'll be back with my HSA card to pick up on Sunday" - return Sunday 4/26, told "medication is on hold"...sent to consultation window, told "the coupon does work" and the total is now $500...and it's not filled, in fact, it was never filled... I explain everything, they say "I don't know who worked with you, but the coupon works, but the item was never filled" - provide text showing it was filled, proceed to identify by name the 2 people who helped me troubleshoot on Friday, one of those identified claims "I never helped you"...after some pushback says "you declined the medication"...and the kicker, "the item is out of stock"... tl;dr First, they said it was $400, then they said coupon didn't work, then said they never helped me, then they say it was never filled. Then I prove it was filled, now they say they DID help me, but claim I declined it. Suddenly now the coupon works, it's $500, but it's out of stock? This place is a joke. Other things to note: The nearby hospitals send everyone here because it's 24 hours, so there's almost always a line. There are a few kind and patient staff members, but otherwise the rest are unhelpful and some will lie straight to your face.

Long enough that this place has seen me through at least five cars, which honestly feels personal. This isn't just where I get gas it's where entire chapters of my life have pulled up to pump 3. Different cars, same routine. The employees have watched my taste in vehicles evolve (and occasionally regress) and never once judged me. I've talked to every employee here. Not small talk real conversations. Life updates. "How's everything?" energy. This is the kind of place where, if I didn't show up for a few days, someone would absolutely notice and quietly wonder if I was okay or just cheating on them with another gas station. I get gas here. I wash my car here. Five stars because this place hasn't just fueled my cars it's quietly tracked my entire automotive journey. Cars came and went. Some broke down dramatically. This gas station stayed consistent. Highly recommend if you like familiarity, conversation, and being known enough that your absence would raise mild concern
