Terrible cashier and is horrible to deal with. Then they lie saying that they have had issues with me in the past????

WOW. This CVS is cool! They have tons more inventory than any other CVS store I have been to. They have a very nice selection of hair clips here . I got some very cute clips for holiday up-do's. They also have the entire line of GAIAM yoga/Pilates products here yay!!! I have to stretch! Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, doctor recommended since I injured my back a few years ago. I have to stretch daily or I'm in bad shape! And since we moved I have not been able to find my dual resistance strap so I am glad to find another one here. Bomb. :)) The ladies that work the front are very sweet. When the self check out froze up they came & restarted the computer for me & helped me get out of the matrix so I could return to my life of chaos peacefully. Great inventory & Service! Worst service of any pharmacy I have used! They will let the phone ring for and be standing chatting about nothing! I have been using this CVS for a while because it's convenient to where I live. I am looking for a pharmacy that actually cares for their patients and as soon as I find one by O will transfer all my meds there. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes and it just hung up on me!! Literally the worst pharmacy I've been to. Had to come back 3 different times to finally be able to pick up my prescriptions because "everything is being push back". Made me wait 15' everytime just to turn me away. You can get quicker service anywhere else. Don't come here!! read more

For some reason every time I need to pick up an Rx from this pharmacy location.... The staff are rude, stretched thin, and lack customer service. If my insurance would allow me to got elsewhere, I would in a heartbeat. For such a busy pharmacy, more staff (and customer service training) is needed. I wrote this as I have sat on hold on the phone for 20 min so far and have been placed on hold twice now without interaction in the same call. read more

We moved to this area about seven months ago so we transferred all our prescriptions to this pharmacy. What a big mistake! My daughter is a cancer patient so we have to pick up prescriptions often, every single time there is some sort of problem. I am not exaggerating I come here about once a week and Every time they mess something up. These people are beyond incompetent. read more

Literally the least organized pharmacy I've ever used. Poorly staffed and poorly managed. Prescriptions often filled incorrectly, have to ask multiple times for refill requests to be sent to prescribers, and the line simply to pick up a filled prescription is almost always long, even during non-peak hours (I'm currently waiting to pick up and have been in line over 15 minutes). read more

I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years and by far this is the worst location I have ever dealt with. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Wait times for services even when traffic is slow are very long. read more

Worst place ever says prescription is ready & when I go to pick it up it says it's not ready. Then they try & make me pay full price when I have the insurance to cover it & proof where it says the amount I owe is 0.00. Transferred my prescription never coming back here again. read more

Pharmacy is a joke. Was told prescription would be ready within an hour but when I came to pick it up, they asked if I was at the right location even though I had given them the prescription in person. The absolute worst! read more

The reason I give this 4 out of 5 stars is because they're always a little understaffed and that can be a little inconvenient when you're in a hurry. However, the store is always clean cert the service is always nice and I'm able to find what I need quickly. I do spend a lot of my time in the Cosmetics area and they have everything, everything! My husband gets all of his pharmaceutical needs from this location it's super easy they never give us any problems they usually have all of his medications and at good prices. I recently downloaded the CVS app so I'm excited to be able to use it and get all the latest coupons & products. I know this review is a little shorter than my normal reviews but it's a CVS what can you say it's either good or bad in this one is good. read more

Usually messes up my simple prescription. Have been getting the same monthly prescription for 1.5 years from them, have had to pay out of pocket because of pharmacy mistakes for three months; they consistently give me the wrong medication as well (a generic substitute). Update: now that I signed up for text alerts, three months of meds have been easy to pick up and the correct brand. I highly recommend going for text alerts! Great photo center if you're looking for that. They have a USB that plugs into your phone. read more

Had to wait a month for a prescription, they text you that the prescription is ready and still make you wait an hour at the pharmacy. Horrible service recommend moving to Walgreens a mile away from this location. read more

Went to go take my passport photos with my husband and the lady that assisted us was rude, and just plain nasty. Not coming back again

Had a wonderful time at this cvs. I went in and got some drugs which were pretty good. The technicians were very nice and I bought some crackers which were very delicious. The technicians and the pharmacist were very nice. 10/10 would go again. When I brought in my prescription they filled it pretty quickly and even though I was very very sick I felt pretty good about my whole experience. In the future I would bring my prescriptions here. The Mexican girl and the Asian girl were very nice and seemed to be working very diligently. What is life without cvs? read more

This is regarding the pharmacy only. I had to transfer a prescription to this CVS since it was close to where I was staying while I was away from home. It was around 10:30am. The pharm tech was negative and passive aggressive right from the get go. First she says the transfer may take up to 2 hours and then they would take another hour or so to fill it here. I said fine. It turns out that prescription was not in stock. She said she have to order it and it would be there the next day. I said fine again. I asked her if any of the other CVS pharmacies nearby had it. She says I have to call and find out myself. I say fine again. All of this was was not really a big deal. Only The next day I call to find out that the transfer was NEVER done and the prescription was never ordered. They/she wasted two days of my time. Totally unacceptable. read more

If I could give them zero stars i would. I just got back and so upset that I'm writing a review right away. I went in to a return a sunscreen that I bought June 5th- and the expiry date on it says 8/2016. Since when does a sunscreen expire in two months? Are you guys stocking almost expired things? NOT OK! I also had a receipt so It shouldn't have been a problem returning. the manager (lady) accused of me of using it and returning it!!! Excuse me?! First off, it BROKE ME OUT- why the hell would I continue using it? Second- half of it is filled with air AND becomes liquid-y in the 100 degree dallas weather. So....why would I use something half and return it? The fact that she accused me got me upset. I would understand if she ASKED if I used it instead off jumping to that conclusion. So effing rude. I had to bite my tongue. My dad has had a terrible experience here before too but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and this was the last straw for me. The fact that this location is super close by is great but if I get treated like this...I'm never coming back. Good luck with this shitty place. read more
