I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. It was a great experience. No one was in line before me so that helped and I think I will do that more often when there's nothing I absolutely have to go inside for.

It had my annoyed and made me start thinking, I am forced to pay for my medication to stay alive at $63 a month, out of the $800 it is actually sold for, and after 8 months I only get $2 off? I'll never go back again…read more Today at the drive thru window an employee with "Ramon" written with sharpie on a sticker on his shirt argued with me regarding a long standing prescription that is on auto refill every 3 months since 2017. He tried every lie. They are not eligible for a refill until June. I don't see them in the system. Okay, I can get them in 2 hours. Oh, how about 20 minutes. Then, when I said to transfer them to a CVS that is less of a hell hole than the Brea one, he didn't verify the location by address so he was going to send it to the wrong location. Finally, after 20 minutes in the drive thru window, "If they are ready in 5 minutes will you keep the prescriptions here?" Hell no. It was like some psycho nightmare. Picking up a Prescription should not be an ordeal with the CVS clerk. I will never go back to this CVS and "Ramon" should be finding another job.

Then one day (maybe 10+ years ago) my doctor prescribed cholesterol Meds. One pill. I get the prescription and it's for rosuvastatin. The label says 1mg. The pill is no bigger than a grain of rice. For 10+ years I am taking this pill and thinking what is this little thing going to do but kept taking it. Fast forward new insurance in 2024 new pharmacy. I fill my rosuvastatin, it comes back with a normal size pill and it says 30mg. I argue with the new pharmacist but she explains this particular medication does not come in 1mg. Today I go to get my pneumonia shot, I need due to asthma. New pharmacist ask if I got shot last year I say yes. It's not in the system. I remember the day I got this shot because I got a total of 4 shots that day. They never entered it in the system. I have the paperwork and I am going to find it and see what can be done. I did not keep an old bottle of the rosuvastatin so can't prove anything there. Switch in insurance was a blessing in disguise. But I'm wondering what else did the fill incorrectly and/or other shots (Covid etc) did they not put in the system. If there was a way for 0 stars that's what I would use. So if you get your meds from them make sure it's correct. Double check with you physician. With everything sent in electronically there's no paperwork to read before giving it to the wacky pharmacy.

My recent visit, I needed some pain medicine, over the counter. I just had an outpatient surgery, and needed something to help minimize the pain. I grabbed some Advil that I can bring with me. Target had big bottles and the miniature bottles for travel. I got two small bottles to put in my purse. Perfect for what I needed. Value and service are always good at Target. They have decent prices.
