Oh, nooo. I hadn't been here since they completely gutted out any remnants of Bartells, but damn, it's tragic. The lady at the counter kept telling me, "it's not too bad and is basically the same!" I was like.....listen lady, I'm FROM Lake Stevens and, we both know that's a lie! I walked around and checked out their mech. They have stuff. There's a trashy element to the place now and it just doesn't feel as welcoming, as it used to. They also got rid of most of their postal services! Bygone are the days of sweet local pharmacy stores. I've been going here for years and the service just keeps declining. Today the pharmacist allowed me to type all my information into one of the tablets while she helped the person behind me and got her checked out before ever greeting me. I reminded her that I was there first and she just looked at me like a dear in the headlights. Then she made me repeat everything I had just typed in to the tablet so she could type it in to the computer. If you don't want us to use the tablets, don't have them. It was rude not to help me first as I had been waiting longer. Is there any customer service training here because each time I go in the interactions get stranger and stranger. This CVS pharmacy in the Lk. Stevens Target store was very helpful in giving me the vaccines I wanted. I had no appointment here, but had one at the Snohomish CVS. However, Snohomish CVS lost my vaccine and wanted me to reschedule. Nope, Lk. Stevens CVS came through for me, although I had to wait until after their lunch break 1:30-2:15pm. read more

Not sure what happened here, but the place has gone to hell. Terrible service. The place wouldn't even open and had all my prescriptions. It's too bad because they used to be great. Seems most people who work there now and unhelpful and mean. No longer recommended. :( read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, I had been going there for 16 years then recently I could not get my script filled because of new patients, so the doctor sent the script to a different CVS now I cannot go back because they say they are full, why did they let these new people in then kick out the oldest customers, these are your typical idiots, I hope they go out of business, what losers! What a horrible way to run a business kick out your best longest customers they will regret it, the place has went downhill for years. Horrible management. read more

The pharmacy assistant is the rudest person you'll ever talk to. She talks down to you and if you call for pain meds she treats you like a drug addiction. She's condensending, no help, and refuses to fill your prescriptions if you "argue with her" read more

This isn't my normal pharmacy in fact CVS is not one of my first choices as my pharmacy but my pharmacy could not order in the medication that I take so I was forced to use CVS in a pinch. The First time I used them I wasn't aware that you had to show ID for prescription pick up and I had just had my license renewed during a pandemic and it was taking forever to get my license in this group of people working in this pharmacy refused to take my expired ID as that was the only ID that I had. I told them that I was waiting for the department of licensing to send it to me and their suggestion was that I ask a neighbor to come pick up my prescription for me. Despite the fact that I was the one that dropped off the prescription and I was waiting to pick it up I was toldThat I should have my neighbor come pick it up for me and they could show their ID so that I can get my prescription. And they were fast they were courteous everything went great until we got to the pick up part of the transaction and my ID had expired and that was not going to suffice for them. So my husband who has agoraphobia and can't leave the house suggested that I come home and get his ID since it's not expired and take it back so that I had a piece of ID that was not expired. after much debate with the pharmacist I was finally able to take my prescription home. But not before I wasted nearly 3 hours. Needless to say I transferred to a different CVS for my next refill. read more

Not sure what's going on with this pharmacy but I have been trying to reach them by phone for literally a week now and they are not answering at all. Tried different times the day, doesn't matter. Simply no answer. Time to switch again? Trying to get an answer about an incomplete prescription. Hope they improve. read more

The pharmacy is horrible! They treat you disrespectfully and like you're an imposition and they give you the worst cheapest medications! They recently gave me a cheap version of my medication that absolutely doesn't work and since I didn't realize it until it was too late I'm stuck with it for a month! In 4 years of coming here, they have not had what I have needed on 2 separate occasions but have let me know which store they did have it at and when they themselves would be restocked. I have been very pleased with extremely pleased with there customer service. They are nice and respectful. read more
