There's a drive through window for pick-up, but it's kind of hidden around the side of the building. The service is typically terrible. There are a couple Pharmacy techs who are friendly, but if those who staff the registers and answer the phones are typically gruff, hard to understand, and uninterested in helping customers. I continue to use this location because its convenient to work and all I'm doing is picking up refills. If you have complicated prescription needs, I recommend you go to the CVS Pharmacy located in the Target on Lincoln Highway. And bonus: the employees there are pleasant and helpful.

There's a particular woman who works here who consistently, for YEARS, has treated me like crap. I…read morethought last year was the final straw: I was next in line, actually the only person in line, when a hurried "business" man came rushing in needing a pack of smokes. She dropped everything she was doing to open up the register closest to him, leading me to say, "I was next." She called somebody over from the photo area to ring me up. I said, "You know what, forget it." An entire year goes by and I think to myself, since she thought she was too good for that place, maybe she left. No such luck. I have nothing in my hands as she very slowly approaches me. I clearly need something from behind the registers. She refuses eye contact or a simple greeting. I wait a full 30 seconds to tell her what I need. She hautily scans them up without a word. She likes to wear acrylic nails and her brown hair pulled up in a twist. Her glasses prove she had better times, but she's still ringing people up at Rite Aid, and needs to get over herself. I'm calling corporate now to file a formal complaint b/c she put me in such a sour mood. If I go back next year, and she's still there, I'm going to absolutely pitch a fit and tell her how vile and disgusting her customer service is.

Chris: 4.5/5 Super nice, very apologetic and I could tell he felt bad, even offered to pull cams and make this a learning moment for others. He couldn't do anything but that's the law (had it not been law, he was definitely willing to help) and he really didn't have to make it a training moment but I'm glad he offered for it to be! Man who gave me the formula: 0/5 The cans are COMPLETELY different colours and different animals on the front!! While my son isn't going to die, cow milk is extremely upsetting to his stomach and causes him really bad gas, Colic and bloating. Again, my son won't die but some babies HAVE to be on a specific formula due to health reasons more severe than CMPA. Please make sure you give people the right formula! Our baby's physical health and the parent's mental health can depend on it. Honestly Chris and Cheyanne are the only reasons this rating is so high bc they're both EXTREMELY nice and helpful and (Chris) was apologetic. Having PPD someone being that nice and helpful can be a big change in how the day was/is/will go.

Where do I even start!, About 2 years ago I did an online pre-order at Lancaster PA Verilife, I…read moresigned in and stood in line even tho' I have to support my body by walking cane, finally I was called to the sales counter, the guy at the counter had such a quiet tone about him that I had a hard time hearing what he said, so He has my information on the screen in front of him and my I.D., he goes to pull the order and rings it up, yes I ordered 3 items I confirmed, I pay and leave to the parking lot, I climbed in my truck and something told me to check the order, so I looked and thought to myself I didn't order this or this or this, so I look at the label and it has someone else's name on the label!!, so I go back to the door to be buzzed in and tell the staff about getting someone else's order, by that time there was w very long line of people, I was told that they would correct the problem after everybody was taken care of, and again I'm standing by support of my walking cane, they let me stand there for almost 20 minutes until I was about to collapse until a staff member offered a chair, then after another very long wait they finally sent me into the back, so I got refunded and my correct order was then rang up, now because I was in extreme pain by then plus they had me over a barrel before that point because they had my payment and I hadn't yet received the correct order, I remained polite and didn't say much... so I finally made it out to my truck and collapsed into the seat to rest before leaving, I checked the time and it was 1 hour and 40 minutes between the time that I arrived at the door until I was finally back in my truck to leave!! in my opinion this entire staff should be fired... their lack of care while all this was happening was noted.. needless to say that was my last trip to the Lancaster PA Verilife, I now shop 50 yards away from there at their competition right across the parking lot at Apotocarium!!
