Not the best CVS Pharmacy I've ever used, but it has all the staples - some food and drinks, health and beauty stuff, and seasonal odds and ends. There's a drive through window for pick-up, but it's kind of hidden around the side of the building. The service is typically terrible. There are a couple Pharmacy techs who are friendly, but if those who staff the registers and answer the phones are typically gruff, hard to understand, and uninterested in helping customers. I continue to use this location because its convenient to work and all I'm doing is picking up refills. If you have complicated prescription needs, I recommend you go to the CVS Pharmacy located in the Target on Lincoln Highway. And bonus: the employees there are pleasant and helpful. read more

The terrible reviews here for CVS are not out of line. This store has the worst customer experience of any local store I have visited. There is always some glitch in refilling prescriptions, necessitating long waits, automated telephone refills don't work, no-one answers the phone. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy, except one for my cat. I tried refilling that prescription yesterday, only to find the pharmacy windows shuttered "for lunch." Today when I tried again I was asked for my cat's birthday! I believe the problems are twofold - their electronic systems are not very good, and their staff are not well trained or unable to work them correctly. No more CVS for me! read more

I can't ever get the pharmacy to answer the phone. They also don't let you know when your meds are on back order expecting a system to provide all messages and don't follow up to see if there are any issues with that process. I have been trying to get a med for two weeks and they never let me know or called me to let me know if any issues. Wouldn't got here a d am moving my scripts elsewhere read more

As noted by most on this link, this CVS is close to my home. When everything goes smooth, I have little to no issues. But their drive through is the worst. And as I type this, I have been on hold for over 38 minutes because a recurring prescription (over 5 years now) suddenly doesn't recognize the RX number when I tried to refill it over the phone. And now that there's a problem, the wheels are falling off this clown car! And to add to everyone's review, most employees there seem cold and curt and not very helpful. It's a breath of fresh air when I get the rare nice person. There is a Weis market right across the street that has a pharmacy. I think I'll give them a try. read more

Easily the WORST cvs I have ever been to with the worst customer service known to man. Disrespectful staff at the pharmacy who couldn't care if you lived or died. It's really unfortunate that getting medicine that keeps me alive is such a chore for them. Slamming my meds down on the counter while looking me up because god forbid someone asks you to do your job! If you're so overworked, then literally quit. No one wants you or your bad attitude here. Wow! What an experience I had. This is closest pharmacy to my home. Literally 4 minutes from my house. Used to drive over 20 minutes to go to Walgreens. Thought I will try CVS again. Met the absolute worst staff imaginable. First of all they make you feel your interrupting them, to wait on you. I was getting rung up for diabetic supplies. Some supplies are covered under medications and some under medical supplies. So I questioned why a meter which was to be free cost $19.99. She kept running it same way getting same results.She insisted I was wrong. I tried to explain that I was a nurse and understood billing. At that point pharmacist says send her down to me. He had an attitude the whole time. When I tried to explain my billing issue he acted very dismissively. He said I heard your a nurse, mocking me. If I would have ever been allowed to finish my sentence, they would know that I am a nurse who had advance training to specifically help people with submitting claims. I had offered to come back the next day and speak with someone else. That I realized they were closing. He then said I will stay an extra hour if you would just listen to me. This is easy do you want it or not?! He continued to be rude and belittle me. He ran the meter and it came up as only $4. He actually said I don't know why it came up at that price. Could it be because it had finally been submitted properly? I wanted each item to be checked to make sure that they had been run under correct insurance. He actually said again this is easy to do you want it or not ?Kept repeating this each time I asked question. I had already been overcharged over 75% for one item. Of course I wanted things checked before I paid for them. The one script I did not pick up, he finally said near end of conservation, it is not covered if it is transferred script. That is why they arent covering it.Why didn't he just tell me in first place? The person that I brought the transferred script into in the first place could have mentioned it too. Icing on the cake I was sent to original cashier to ring me out. She loudly complained that now she had to do it all over again. There were only three items. I am 54 years old. Worked in health care since I was 16. I have never been treated as rudely by some one in the health care field as I was tonight. This is someone who is to help and support customers. Can't imagine him giving advice to anyone. How many people has this store ripped off by overcharging them? If you are going to shop there take someone who will stand up for your rights. Could you imagine seniors being overcharged like that on every prescription? I plan on switching to another pharmacy. Which will be a real inconvenience. The pharmacy here has to be one of the worst I've ever encountered. Some of the most careless workers I've ever seen. I've had multiple "glitches" with my insurance even when there is nothing wrong with it. One of the pharmacy heads actually hung up on the pharmacy rep from my insurance and then forced me to pay out of pocket for my meds. I went threw the service car for my medicine I had a mask on due to I just came from the hospital and I have been put in quarantine due to I have all the symptoms of cov19, and test are pending I let the lady threw the service know as well with a paper that said (IM IN QUARANTINE PENDING RESULTS) but a employee that was behind her male inside look at me and started laughing At me I told the employee that was attending me, SHERRY to tell her coworker that this is no joke to be laughing at, he kept laughing I ask for the store number and defently kept my receipt. this process is a difficult process for every body as for me too, and this gentlemen takes this process like a joke, this gesture of this employee is not positive it's SAD that CVS employee treat there costumer like this know the state of emergency And the lives that are being lost in our country and the world is going threw. Just stay away. Terrible pharmacy and customer service. My script isn't filled and it was sent to them 3 days ago. Excuse after excuse. If I could choose no stars I would i went to pick up medication for my daughter I was in line for 45 mins with 3 cars in front of me after about 45 mind a very rude women comes out & tells me we were in the wrong line. No I was stuck there because of covid testing so I finally make my way to the middle lane & proceeded to wait another 15 mins because the person at the window was with the people getting covid tested so then I proceed to go around into the store & told to wait again rather rudely by a bald man in the pharmacy mind you this has been going on since 10am by now its after 11 so now I ask the man for a manager & he proceeds to tell me she's outside so I said oh the rude one & I asked for her name he tells me Michelle finally a very nice lady got my medicine they acted like I had all day to wait for the prescription read more

This is the closest pharmacy to our house, but they have consistently charged us wrong for prescriptions that we have insurance for. It is extremely frustrating and the lack of customer service makes the situation very difficult to pay the correct price for my families prescriptions. read more

During COVID or not this is the closest but by far my least favorite CVS. Rarely have the stuff you call in done in time, auto refill all your meds without asking TWO weeks before you need them. I was told that high price for one med was due to my insurance not them, yet I could get it for 2/3 the price at Walmart...sure, not your markup. I've gotten bottles of controlled substances with the wrong doctor's name on it which can create all kinds of problems these days. Also, I get all my meds at this location and yet they often don't have my meds in stock so I guess they don't take regular customers into consideration when ordering. read more

I like CVS in general. They have all the stuff a typical drugstore would have. The store is fairly clean. The front of the store staff is friendly. The pharmacy though could use some work. I have had multiple issues there with them not knowing what's going on even though I tell them. Some of them are friendly some are not. The inconsistency drives me nuts. Always have problems with the pharmacy. Pharmacists are consistently rude, cold, and snarky. They are more hindering than helpful.
