The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees.

But I am writing about a special pharmacist named Matt. He has been with the company for years and I highly trust him, my BP pills had been changed to another generic company. The pills were bigger and they were making me sick. I had other pharmacists not even try to get my original pills back but Matt made an effort and it worked And have been taking them and Now am feeling better. I hope Matt never leaves , he is very knowledgeable too. I never got to meet face to face but only through a couple phone calls. I was lucky to get him because he went out of his way and kept his promise he would know on the following Monday. I am happy to feel better thanks to him, he should get a raise. Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

She walked away muttering and said, "excuse me." She said, "All these coupons driving me crazy. Making things messy." OH!! Male manager walked out, super calm, and nice. Haven't seen him before. Apparently, he's here at this location to turn things around. I apologized for my confusion multiple times, and he said I didn't need to, and would talk to his muttering clerk. This location is closest to my house. 5 minutes away. I've stopped coming here due to their poor customer service. I walk into a store for service, and get it at the larger West Charleston location. I'll drive 15 minutes OUT OF MY WAY, so workers don't mutter under their breadth about me using my coupons or try to usher me to a self serve line, when I walk into a store. I'll give it another shot, because of this new manger!
