Unlike Walgreens, they don't play cute pharmacist games like letting you sit on hold to bad music, then it rings, then pick it up and set it back to hold music 5 times (without saying a word, by the way) until they just drop your call. When they haven't filled your prescription for 7 days. They like to do this every month, just randomly not fill your prescription with no way to chat online, email, or call. Fun times messing with patients who need their meds! The Albertson's pharmacist was actually helpful. I would give 10 stars for just picking up the phone.

Getting a simple rx filled is always difficult. It's a common one and when we had an issue (took 5…read moredays to "find" it once sent by physician), the customer service from Jerry was atrocious. Accused my doctor of lying to me (that they didn't really send it), that I was lying or calling wrong pharmacy, and then incredibly, told me there were customers in front of him and he had to go. It was all so bizarre! I expected someone to just say sorry, let's figure this out and get the rx done. I called back and spoke to manager Cody who was very nice and apologetic. Eventually we got it filled. I assumed it was one time problem. Getting a re-fill should be so simple, but again, delayed, rude on phone, no explanation or apology for delay, and just a pain in the neck. Definitely switching to a different compounding pharmacy for next fill. There are others to choose from and if Jerry doesn't want my business, I'm happy to go elsewhere.

I used to be with CVS, but due to job change and insurance change, I had to change pharmacy. I've…read moreonly been with this pharmacy about 3 mos. I usually get a text, at least 1 week prior before I start running out of my medication, when my recurring RX is ready to be picked up. On 1/5 I noticed I still have not received a notification. I called the pharmacy to check. The woman who answered the phone said it's usually filled externally and that they're expecting it to arrive at the pharmacy on 1/7. I said I only have two tablets left and need it sooner. She advised they will fill it in the pharmacy and it will be ready that night. I was sick and didn't have the energy to pick it up on 1/5 so I came the next day, 1/6. I came up to the counter and the cashier said it's not ready and that I have to wait. I was confused. And I really didn't want to wait as I'm still not feeling well from a cold. I just wanted to be home resting, but I needed my BP med. It wasn't a very long wait, about 15 mins, but I was disappointed of the service.

When I finally had an iota of early inspiration & organization, I took a striking picture of our family and then actually created Christmas cards at Walgreens. Later, when I picked them up, with great anticipation, I was confused. Is it bah humbug Scrooge or was I Punk'ed? I looked at them in the car and had a different families's Christmas card (see pic below) that also had an "S" last name....!!! I was dashing around & came to a screeching standstill! I really hated waiting behind 10 people in line just to tell them that my card got switched with this other families'. So of course, I can make another card. I think I'll just put 2026 on it and get it ready way early for 11 months from now.... I dejectedly didn't dispatch any Yuletide Greetings this year but send me your address cuz these are going out early next year !!!!

Month after month I get…read morenumerous amounts of perceptions and other store things needed for my home & for my family from the pharmacy employees and their nasty attitudes towards myself and I have seen it first hand with another customer and another time with my spouse, absolutely disgraceful and they should maybe work at another location or something because your supposed to be professionals, Right??? Didn't you attend any form of college of any kind to get to where your at ? The pharmacy has too be better within and especially towards your guests that help keep the lights on. Seriously.
