Worst pharmacy ever. If I could give it negative stars I would. The pharmacists are extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent with their service. Just now I went int to check on a rx that had been sent to them almost 2 weeks ago and they tell me they don't have it. The pharmacy worker (Shawn) after raising his voice at me to ask my name and tell me they can't help me or uncoils go wait in the drop off line. The drop off line was longer than the pick up line and before this jerk was yelling at me the people in the drop off line were asking why they haven't been helped yet and another pharmacy worker yelled back "we're busy we're all doing something." (They have time to be on their phones walking around the back) This CVS should close it would be better used as an official homeless shelter. The last thing Shawn told me was I could go to a different pharmacy so I will. I'll never give another dime to CVS again. If it was the last pharmacy on earth and I needed medication to live I'd rather die. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. Think you guys could have a better way to manage customers going through a drive-thru as well as people in-store for drop off / pick up, consultation, etc.. There was a guy name John who was working at the drive-thru when I went for pick-up and it is hard to describe how unpleasant that experience was. The way he just threw everything, does not tell me how much the total is going to be and saying only a word or showing a hand signal for me to even drop the card / ID, etc.. I do not expect to be treated nicely but at least do the minimal interaction rather than throwing everything where customers have to get out of the car to pick up stuff from your window. read more

Worst behavior from pharmacy staff, two boys lack professional training, the female is not professionally supported, the pharmacist who was an Asian male first lies, I waited 2 days for my prescriptions & received texts to pick up prescriptions, then they sent me to pick up a second prescription at another location and pulled it from their location on my insurance- which is illegal -wasted my time, the other pharmacist who was helpful waited on hold over 30 min to get ahold of the pharmacist beyond wasting time I never got my prescriptions, the male pharmacist continued to lie- this staff needs to be fired. read more

Visited this location many times, including for prescriptions: 1. All staff are very well trained & attentive. 2. Staff make an extra effort to get customers served and checked out quickly. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experiences have been quite positive, especially when compared to Walgreens & others. read more

Lost my prescriptions and instead of explaining to me what to do, what are the next steps, when will they be located, the woman in the lab coat whispers to just call up the next customer. I understand there is a line to attend to, but please don't lose my prescriptions, and then dismiss me without any information on what they plan to do, or what I should do. I go here weekly and love the location, and of course all the savings. EXCEPT this one guy who works there name KEVIN who was greeting people by the door... but was PICKING EAR WAX so aggressively it was disgusting. Then it turns out that he was the one who was checking me out. I have spent thousands $$$$ here and I have never returned anything. I wanted to do a simple exchange but he gave me so much attitude and when I asked him why are you so mean about it ... he pretty much CURSED me out. I have Never ever experienced anything like this so I asked to speak to a manager and he was just standing there staring me down and kept running his mouth. Of course the manager pulled him away and excused him and took care of the simple exchange he told me was not possible... I am also in retail and have been for 12 years... I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN ANYTHING like it. It gives CVS a horrible name!! I never take videos or photos but this was such as baffled situation I had to to shut his mouth. This is my nearest cvs and the worst I've ever been to. All the employees are cranky, the floors are absolutely disgusting, and all the drink coolers blast you with mold smell every time you open them. Sometimes during late night hours they lock the door and buzz people in when they come up. That would be fine except they don't let you in unless you're white or Asian. Multiple times I've been knocking on the door making eye contact with employees and have to wait for someone "non threatening" to come up at which point they open the door right away. Go to the Walgreens on Vermont and 6th it's way better. read more

This is worst pharmacy in the world. My doctor sent prescription to CVS. I called CVS 6 times. They told me it was out of stock. They told me to go other CVS. I waited 21 days for my medicine. When I called other CVS, they got my medicine in 24 hours. I found that they did not even order my medicine. They should close down this fake pharmacy. The employees are combative, unhelpful and do not make the process any easier. This location is miserable and should be closed down. Solid place that's there when you need it. Pretty good on ensuring everyone has masks on but social distancing is more of a for each their own situation. I can't really blame anyone that works here though - some customers just don't really care I guess. I have had good experiences with the pharmacy - they helped me look for a coupon a prescription that I had that wasn't covered by my insurance. Checkout lines can get long!! They usually have 1 cashier but the do have a few self check out registers at both exits. When you enter the store, they have a red coupon box center. Go there and grab your extra coupons!! I went intoday and got 2 bucks extrabucks, 5 bucks off 15 purchase on beauty, 20% off non-sale items, extra 25% total purchase, not to mention my extrabucks from previous purchases. I paid way less than 50% of what I was suppose to pay in the end. And... got 13 bucks extrabucks for future purchases. There is also a guy near the register that directs people standing in line to help with the self checkout machine and he's super nice and curteous. And free parking with an attendant present. So this is where my 3 stars went to. I docked 2 stars because of the ridiculous line that is almost always certain. And I feel like they shouldn't be selling beauty products that have been tampered with. If the seal is broken, do not put on shelves! read more

The manager was very rude to me. I went to ring up a roll of duct tape and it was ringing up for double the price it was listed. I asked someone who worked there to help me out, and they walked me back over to the area where the tape was. He saw it was marked incorrectly, and said he would go get his manager to approve the price change. The manager came over and already had an attitude. I understand we are in a pandemic, but her tone and attitude was very unprofessional. She told me she wouldn't approve the change because customers move things around and it's not the stores fault that the prices were printed incorrectly. Ok lady. read more

They always have what I'm looking for and I never had any problem when going into this store. Me and my girlfriend love coming here, even though there's a lot of transits in the area, security's does there job too keep them out if they were too do something. The people working at the pick-up counter were ridiculously slow. It took them over 40 minutes to handle five customers. There were over a half dozen people back there and both pickup windows were open, so it's not like they were understaffed. The actual pharmacists here are great. The pharmacy staff is not. read more

Horrible service... the person that assisted me in the pharmacy had not knowledge of anything that was going on around here. First she couldn't find my medication, then after she brought me up and said I have to pay X amount. I told her to check the insurance because I know it's covered, she took my insurance card and I saw her on the mirror, just doing nothing on the side when according to her, she was checking the insurance. I ended up paying because I needed the medication. Then I check on the prescription the insurance that was written down and it wasn't the one I gave her... it was one that I use for my pet's medication... Wth is wrong with you Josefina? If you need a pharmacy I would recommend a different location they are not the most helpful there is no quick pharmacy visit here. The cashiers are nice but the pharmacists are not so friendly and they're 24-hour service is really not 24-hour service pharmacy. read more

One star,only for PHARMACY. I didn't end up getting my RX filled because of some Insurance issue. Thanks to the tech, I think his name was Edgar? Who's customer service and attitude was real and beyond efficient, despite the mess of a line, phones being answered, drive thru etc. Not sure I can say the same about the rest of the staff, (seriously, who manages it?) But thank you young man for such outstanding help (even in my native language! ) So tired of obvious multilingual people in this industry acting like they don't know Spanish! I have used this pharmacy since the store opened. But something has gone terribly wrong with the way prescriptions are handled. I have been trying for two weeks to get two prescriptions refilled. I'm on hold for the third time right now on the pharmacy line. I've been on hold 32 minutes. Last two tries more than 20 minutes. Don't fill your prescriptions here if you can avoid it. Their pharmacy staff rarely picks up the phone, constantly messes up your prescriptions, doesn't follow up with your doctor when they're supposed to. Not to mention it always takes at least 35 minutes waiting in a line so long that it's backed up a full aisle's length whenever you go to pick up your meds. Every single time. Called the store late at night about 1am and a lady answered I asked her if they had a lottery vending machine she said yes so I drove there which is a 15 minute drive from where I live only to get there and parking is closed off and all the doors are closed off. I called them back and she said they are closed all though online it says 24 hours and on big light up words on the building it said 24 hours. Disappointing and a waste of my time and gas. read more
