If I could give zero Stars I would..... God help you if you're caught outside of your home CVS (or anybother pharmacy) and end up here! The reviews don't lie! I was in need of some temp meds and figured that since I was already with CVS it wouldn't be a big deal for this particular location to look up my information and give me what I need it since I was literally right in front of him. After going back and forth with a manager for over 15 minutes, I knew it wasn't going to happen. She totally misunderstood my particular situation, and tried to get me to completely transfer my prescriptions to this location, back and forth, just a big mess and aggravation. Unless you're about to die for whatever reason, you will want to avoid this place. The level of incompetence was only surpassed by the lack of cleanliness. As you approach the pharmacy section specifically, you'll know trash and all sorts of debris all over the place. A sad sight to behold indeed.

She is always super helpful, efficient and professional. This cvs constantly has a line but she always rings things up in a timely manner without being rude. I have also had interactions with two young males I think they might be supervisors and they are always very professional and helpful as well. There are several Cvs around the area but I always feel more welcomed at this one so I always come back to this one. This CVS is lucky to have these wonderful associates working at this location. Sometimes it takes a little long for someone to come open one of the locks but this is more of a staffing issue and not a customer service issue because I always see the employees busy helping someone else out or they are assisting customers in line because the line does get long sometimes. My mother is an elderly women and has been going to Vernon Main Pharmacy for years. She feels comfortable and they speak fluently in Spanish. Without hesitation she can call whenever she has any questions or concerns. She can always call them and be treated with care and respect. Just yesterday after visiting her doctor and explaining her symptoms, sadly she was not helped and most of all her symptoms/diagnose were overlooked. Not to mentioned my mother is diabetic. When arriving to the pharmacy she spoke with Laura and she immediately had the pharmacist Stephanie consult and talk to my mother. She listened and ask questions that help narrow what my mother was doing wrong. This pharmacy had the professionalism and empathy to meet my mother's needs. They saved her life and could of unintentionally overdosed herself without knowing with insulin. I'm relief knowing I can rely on caring staff. I came today to pick up my mothers medication and gave me suggestions how to help her too. Thank you so much!! This not only made the gift cards useless but also caused me embarrassment as the giver. Instead of being a quick and easy gift, here I am again having to spend time calling and now I'm waiting for CVS to "investigate" the issue, even though the problem is clearly due to how the cards were handled or sold.
