I wish I could put 0, but you can't. Me and my friend were trying on perfumes and she spayed a bottle 4 times to smell it, cause it wasn't strong at all. The worker used bad language, got mad at us and called the manager. Saying foul words like the f word is just immature. She didn't see that I had my son behind me. Really great customer service here. I was looking for freedent gum for my great grandmother and they was out. The employee saw me looking around and asked me did I need help. I told her what. She told me a lady just brought the entire case of gum and she recommended alternatives. And told me to try the cvs down the street as well. I love customer service like this. read more

We come in to get shots and there is ONE person ahead of us. Then a mass of people come and 30 min later CVS pharmacy asks us to fill out forms and get back into pickup line. Completely clueless and incompetent. Do not use this location for prescriptions or shots they are terrible. read more

They have cars wait in line for the Covid test instead of pulling over so I've been stuck trying to pick up a prescription for over an hour because of the cars being behind and in front of me. They have no signs indicating cars are waiting for Covid tests and only have one line available for both Covid and prescription pick up. It's ridiculous. read more

We typically use this CVS and are there a few times a month, at least. Overall, I'm satisfied with the pharmacy service and pleased with OTC and other items inside. One lane of the drive through wasn't open for months and it can be excruciatingly slow during rush hour. Several prescriptions have been wrong in the past, although I have noticed steps being taken to prevent that more recently. Most of the frustrations have been due to laws, insurance, and the doctor's illegible scribbles. I did witness a less than professional exchange with a customer, but to be fair, she WAS obnoxious and I was about to go off on her, myself. It is not their fault when a drug is not covered the way you think it should be, especially when it comes to government programs. I've always been civil when there were issues and never had a problem with anyone there. And we're there a LOT. read more

Tried to use CVS's Kodak app to print my pictures and It charged me full price. CVS website says .09 prints- well be aware- CVS will NOT honor this discount and just a "sorry bout ya" when you call to see if they'll honor the price. Like I want to spend TWO more hours uploading pics to ANOTHER app or site. The girl in photo could not CARE LESS. Well me either, honey. Worst pharmacy ever. Cant read prescriptions, give wrong meds and dosages. Cant even handle payments or refunds when they make a mistake. AWFUL. Oh, and almost everyone there has a thick accent, making it hard to understand them in the drivethru. read more

Have been to this CVS location before. The service was always fine. The problem this time was not service, but an apparent mix-up in the hours of operation posted online. It said 8a-10p today (Tuesday), but the pharmacy was closed when I got there a little after 9p. Would have been helpful if the time posted were correct. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I took a simple prescription and dropped it off. They said they would fill it in a couple of hours. I came back 5 hours later and they said I would have to go to a specialty pharmacy because insurance did not cover it. I told them I had real money and I'm used to paying for it with real money, but said since insurance didn't cover it they could not fill it. What a joke.
