    Absolutely slowest staff EVER!!! 12 people in line and they never look up. I'll never go back.

    Why all the low reviews? Why the awkward 3 stars? This pharmacy is SEVERELY understaffed…read more S E V E R E L Y. We've filled prescriptions 3 times here. Overall, the people are trying really hard. That second and third star are for the staff who are doing their best and are truly trying despite getting frustrated customers (like me) and yelling customers (I've seen) The first time, I thought it was a fluke. We waited 45 mins (started off at 4th in line). They had challenges finding our script because they were so many baskets for scripts backed up and not put away. The second time, I pulled in 30 mins before closing to the drive thru and I was in second place. And I waited for almost 20 minutes. And I ran inside. And I was 4th in line in there but thinking "hey, at least I'll get helped eventually." That was the night I discovered that their system auto logs them out shortly after closing. The pharmacist was having her first day and it was just her and a tech. And on my third visit, I arrived over an hour prior to closing. I started at the second in line in the drive thru. 25 mins later I pulled up and they said "there's no script for that name." Funny because I was there at 11am and they said it would be ready at 4pm--that pharmacist was working alone. In the end I was told that my insurance wouldn't pay until the next day. The guy I talked to told me it would work the next day and that he would be there. I waited for a total of 45 mins this visit. I arrived the next morning and he answered the drive thru window and had just filled the script (my husband texted as I pulled in to confirm it). He noted as he handed me the script that "it was the last of their supply" of a fairly common medication. The store manager(?) has been there on all FOUR of my visits. He's been stocking AND manning the cash register himself and not complaining about it, just racing around. I'm not sure if it's just general understaffing issues that so many are experiencing or what, but lack of staff is what is holding this place from being the gem the people would make it into.

    Came by here this morning to grab a Neutrogena face mask pack that I need for work purposes. The…read moreCVS website stated that it was in stock hence me coming to this specific location. Walking in, I didn't see any employee but proceeded to try and find what I needed. I kept looking but no luck so I figured I'd look for the employee and ask for help. Couldn't find anyone so I stood at the register for a minute - then I clicked a customer service button. An older male employee came out and asked if I needed something. I let him know that I was looking for an item (showed him the exact product on my phone) and that it shows it's in stock at this location. He pointed at the Neutrogena makeup department signage and asked if I looked there. I said no (it's a skincare product not makeup) but I'll go check it out. Again, I didn't see it so I went back to the front to find the employee. He was standing behind the register and I stood there watching him on his phone. I won't assume its personal vs work related - I get that he could have been corresponding with other employees or something like that. He acknowledged me about 90 seconds later and asked if I found it. I told him no and his response was "oh well then we don't have it." He put no effort into actually helping me and honestly just acted like I was bothering him. I walked out - will continue to use the CVS on Stacy Rd instead.\

    I visited this location specifically to purchase a money order because the website clearly states…read morethat this store is partnered with MoneyGram and offers those services. When I spoke to the store manager, Hadi, and requested a money order, he informed me that I would need to create a MoneyGram account and have it printed at the CVS location. I've never heard of this process before, and it did not align with the information listed online. I attempted to follow his instructions and created a MoneyGram account while in the store, but there was no option to digitally create or print a money order. When I asked Hadi for assistance walking me through the process on my phone, he refused to help. As a result, I had to leave without being able to obtain the money order. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. If the service is not available at this location, the website should be updated to reflect that. Additionally, customers should not be turned away without proper guidance or assistance. I hope management addresses both the misinformation and the lack of customer support.
