When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.

I must say I was first very impressed by AAA PHARMACY solely on the fact that they deliver to my front door - what a great idea especially during our COVID times! Unfortunately, my experience quickly changed to a negative one. Today is day 6 of calling in the month of January (2021) to get a refill on my RX. 15 days into January and I have never had a person answer the phone and yes, I am calling during business hours. Their voicemail doesn't confirm that I've reached a business. It's the generic voice greeting that comes along with your phone service and when you haven't personalized your greeting. So I must question, who am I really leaving a message for? Doesn't seem ok so I am having my RX switched over to my regular CVS. Gave you a try and it's a simple ADIOS AAA PHARMACY!
