She is awesome, she helped me throughout the process, from taking my picture and my dad's picture, and making sure that all criteria was approved using the biometrics category. If I could give this store a lower rating I would! I just received the worse customer service ever! I went to return my local store 5 minutes from my home to return an item that I purchased two days ago. I had the receipt, the item was in its original packaging and the sales associate told me she couldn't figure out how to do the return on this item and that I'd have to travel back to the store I purchased it from to get a refund! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! CVS is a national chain. They are able to fill prescriptions at any location why can't they figure out how to work the register to do a return?! This is not the first time I received horrible customer service from this location but I can tell you it will be the last time I shop there. Train your employees!!!!! read more

Was in the pharmacy on 12/29/20 when they refused to accept a goodrx coupon. I'm pretty sure CVS pharmacies have a contractual obligation to accept these coupons. Beyond that, any decent person would accept such a coupon before making life harder for a patient seeking their prescribed medication that they need to stay healthy. Well, instead the pharmacist insisted they would not take the coupon and said that they had run the medication through their own discount program or it would have been $500. No one is paying $500 for this generic medication. They were just trying to pressure me into buying it at twice the price I should have to pay. Incredibly, they allowed me to leave their pharmacy empty handed - without the medication I need - rather than just doing their job or extending any level of care. Disheartening that they would do this, forcing people to make more trips and take on more risk during COVID, both as paying customers and as patients seeking prescribed treatment. Evidently these guys just don't care. I transferred my prescription and paid a higher price elsewhere rather than trying to get this location to do their jobs and uphold their end of the deal. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience here and encouraging them to find a pharmacy that tries to help their customers. This is our main pharmacy and the reason why we like it is because it is well organized. Today Craig L the pharmacist really helped us out and that's why we're giving it five stars today. Because of our occupations we need it to get the Covid booster and a flu shot.We had to get these prior to a weekend, because we can't miss a day of work of patient care. We had unfortunately gone to another pharmacy where we had an appointment to get the vaccinations but even though we had an appointment they ran out and told us to come back another day. Waited for 1/2 hour to get to the window, then pharmacy clerk checked us in and walked away for another 20 minutes. Test was easy but the whole ordeal was more like the "one hour" clinic. read more

Wow I should have read the reviews before choosing this pharmacy. This review is for covid testing. I brought my sick little one for a drive thru PCR test. The pharmacist at the drive up was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I tried to ignore it - after all, who doesn't have a bad day? But when I pressed the buzzer to let her know that I completed my child's nasal swab (for anyone with a little kid, you know how stressful that is), she felt the need to condescendingly say to me over the intercom, "you have to DRIVE up to the white box to put your test in. It's NOT that hard." Wow, just wow. It's tough enough to be worried about your sick child. The last thing a parent needs to deal with is being spoken to in that way. Save the headache and stress -- go somewhere else. There's a pharmacy at almost every street corner in this town. It is worth driving a few extra minutes in the hope of receiving professional and compassionate care. read more

Over the years, I have dealt with this pharmacy and have ALWAYS encountered issues. I will go out of my way to go to another pharmacy just to avoid this one, unless my prescription insurance makes me go here, like when I had CAREMARK for 2 years. I have begged family members to switch pharmacies and they don't, so I still get to hear about the awful issues they have. Today I had a prescription that couldn't be filled by 4 other pharmacies so I begrudgingly came to this one. I had to call several times to get a oddball issue fixed, with each person telling me something different and inaccurate about my prescription. Finally I could pick it up. The actual store is just as bad, I've come here and there will be little to no line but the cashiers take forever checking people out, as they are often joking amongst themselves or being distracted by their phones. Waited 15 minutes being the next person in line as I watched them goof around. I tried the self check out after getting frustrated but then needed assistance (which I knew would take forever) so I just left without my item. Yelp says they're permanently closed but that's inaccurate, although sometimes it feels like they might as well be. read more

First, the website is useless when it comes to getting information about a prescription. You get an error message and a phone number to call. When I placed the order over the phone, the robot voice said to pick it up at noon. I went in and was told they didn't have it and should check 3 days later to see if they have it. Next time I called, the robot voice said to pick it up at 8:55 p.m., which would be closing time. I got hold of a live person and was told to try after 5, more than 3 days after I was told to come in and pick it up. It's a very common prescription that I refill every few months. As I am not so educated on the details of certain medications, I think it is fair for me to ask that a professional give me proper advice. Needed a couple prescriptions filled for myself. Used the drive through and was greeted by a man who argued with me about the card I gave him - normal health insurance card. What's weird is my wife and I had been here a few times over the course of the past month getting prescriptions filled for our family and never needed this "prescription card" he spoke of. I confirmed we were never even sent one on the phone IN the drive through! He treated me like I was doing something illegal for a cough suppressant and some eye drops I needed. I will be moving our family to a different pharmacy that doesn't make me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I drive up. Not a good customer service experience. read more

It has been 2-3 months since I gave a rather sour-puss review of the staff at the pharmacy. I felt that they were unfriendly. Competent, but frowny-faces. Things are better. The front-line staff is MUCH nicer, noticeably friendly, and they try to be helpful. Even when my prescription didn't get called in by my doctor -- clearly not the pharmacy's fault -- they tried to help and were sympathetic. At CVS on behalf of my wife, not familiar with the process for picking up her meds and didn't have my insurance info on me, Laila in the Pharmacy was the epitome of helpfully patient, she took the time to answer my questions and even helped me use the GoodRX app because she knew my prescription was cheaper on there. My review is for the pharmacy as I do most of my drugstore stops at rite aid because I get a good discount there lol. Anyway so far they aiight. Just switched pharmacies so we'll see . Some staff is friendlier than others but that's to be expected . I like that they stay on top of prescription snafus doctors sometimes make in a rush. I also like that they have plenty of helpful staff at registers to get you in and out asap. This may be the honeymoon stage for me lol but so far so good . Also the drive thru doesn't hurt read more

I have had it, this pharmacy has gone down hill! My family and I have been using this CVS for yeaarrsss, but now it is time to go. The regular staffing the store are pretty good, but there is something up with the pharmacy. Every time I go a sense of dread comes over me as I anticipate something will have gone wrong, and unfortunately it usually does. The pace of the pharmacy is very slow even if you ordered a prescription a while ago, or they will text you telling you something is ready and it is not. The transactions themselves take forever, too long. The final straw for me was when the person ahead of me in line was having some sort of complicated issue. This is not unusual as I've come across this many times when visiting this pharmacy. The problem is that the rest of the pharmacist just sit there and stare while the situation is unfolding. Well I understand that dealing with prescriptions is obviously work you have to be careful at If you're just inputting something in a computer you would think there would come a point that you would stop and see where you can help out the people who are waiting. It really feels like they don't want to help you at all like you're just a bother. And while I sympathize with the fact they haven't probably been treated all that great due to COVID-19 people need their medications and they need them in a timely manner. If I was to stand around gawking at my job when something was going down and not kind of step forward the results would be disastrous. The The blank stares and less than customer-friendly attitudes are just way too much Not to mention you have to spend an hour at the register each time you get your pills, if you get your pills. I like this location cuz it was close to my home and I started to really know the pharmacist s by face for a period of time but I don't know if it's the management or what there's something very wrong these people do not seem to give a hoot about their customers in the least! They really cannot be bothered. If that is their attitude I fear for their future. In these very precarious days we are all stressed out and frustrated but we all have to do our jobs to the best of our abilities. No doubt these people are all very highly intelligent because it takes a lot of intelligence to be a pharmacist but the amount of miscommunications and problems within this pharmacy are just very troubling. So I'm looking into different options. Sadly at this point in time I cannot recommend this pharmacy. I hope they figure out what the problem is and remedy it quickly. I'm out. read more

Went in for some makeup, lithium 123 type battery and deodorant and found the shelves to be extremely poorly stocked and prices double what the manufacturer offers on Amazon. The lithium battery was $20 for 1 battery (!) The makeup was also $20 a piece. The deodorant was just completely out of stock. I might have paid the high price for the convenience, but the 2 normal shades were out, which is just like the lipstick section. Only the extreme shades are ever in stock. They rarely have the most popular shades. I came in for $30 worth of makeup supplies, ready to use my Beauty rewards membership - but those prices are cray cray! Not sure who is doing inventory and pricing at this place, but this is what it feels like right before they shut a location down. It's getting to be almost as bad as Walgreens. Watch out, CVS. Amazon took out Toys R Us and they will take you out too if you don't wise up. read more

I'm kind of shocked at these low reviews. I've been coming to this store for years. I get all my prescription here, refills and new. I've never had a problem with any of the pharmacy staff. They are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Online alerts all work properly and I never miss a refill. As for the regular store, they have everything I'm looking for. I've been to other cvs locations and many can be disorganized with empty shelves and low on staff. But this CVS seems different since they are consistently stocked and there seems to be a staff person floating around to assist. This is my go to store. read more

Artis, was curt and lacked the energy and friendliness one should have in a leadership role. CVS...you fail to know just how important good customer service is for the overall health of your business. It is absolutely vital. Why do I keep getting my prescriptions filled here? There are TONS of other pharmacies. My big beef is that it appears they do not start working on your prescription until you show up and ask for it. It doesn't matter if your doctor phoned it in an hour ago, you still have to wait. I was also told that if the doctor faxes in the prescription, it might as well be going by Pony Express. Ridiculous. (Waiting around for your Vicodin prescription while you're in the middle of horrific kidney stone agony is more than just a little aggravating, BTW.) Also, these guys almost always mix up my girlfriend's prescriptions with another woman who has a similarly unique first name. Why? The last names are nothing alike. Everyone has bad days. So for the pharmacist, H, on duty when I called with a quick question, I am sorry you were having such a bad day. Hopefully, next time you go to answer the phone full of hostility and confrontation, you decide instead to take a breather and let someone else take the call. Please don't respond to a quick question with belligerence saying, "I don't know. Look online. Why do you have a problem with just looking online?!" It does not help the customer, and it sure makes you out to seem like a really rude person. I have used this pharmacy for many years and have never had a problem before. It's been 3 years since I wrote a review regarding the pharmacy services at CVS. They have not improved much. Overall the staff in the pharmacy is short tempered in person and by phone. If I call in, and I am on hold waiting, someone picks up the line says "putting you on hold" very quickly, why even bother? I know I'm oh hold! I dropped a prescription off and the pharmacist asked that I hold onto it until I needed it filled. Knowing that the script can be entered into the computer and placed on "hold" I asked her to do this, she gave an exasperated look and took care of it while I stood there (by the way this was the second script I had to walk in as the first one was entered with the wrong dosage into their computer, so I had to go back to my doctor for another prescription). The only thing that makes this whole situation tolerable is that, due to Covid, I can get free mail delivery of all my meds so I don't have to go through the drive through or stand in a line. I still can not change pharmacies due to insurance coverage. It's a shame the the store portion does not have it's separate review process because the store staff is helpful, overall friendly, interested in helping customers, and the store itself is clean, organized and well stocked despite Covid. I would give the store 4 stars. Social distancing and retail health department regulations during Covid are implemented. read more

Out of 6 reviews... an average Yelp rating of 1 star. Wow. Now normally I'd say this place is okay. The interior is spacious and well organized. In a good neighborhood. Plenty of parking. They occasionally have deals on soda. Drive-thru pharmacy (though I've never used it before). The photo lab has both glossy and matte paper options (19¢ prints w/card). Today perhaps I should have felt the bad Friday the 13th omen. First off, the coupon machine wasn't working. Then I wanted to have 13 prints developed quickly using their Kodak-branded kiosks (the 1 hour service, not the instant "in-seconds" prints). To make a long story short, it took around 2 hours of waiting, with technical problems, a photo lab that doesn't look regularly manned, and non-communication. While being a former lab tech, I can understand the frustrations of technical problems, but there are ways to make the situation more bearable to the customer (call them, give a discount, etc). Wasn't offered any of those. Pharmacy employees are incompetent, especially those that answer the phone. They give incorrect and inconsistent information about delivery/shipping of medications, take no responsibility for repeatedly giving incorrect information, and cannot answer or clarify simple questions without being rude. This has caused numerous delays of essential medications for a very sick and elderly patient with dementia. Avoid this place and fill your prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I somehow managed to become severely dehydrated and had to pick up some Gatorade. It was on sale, which was nice. When I first walked in, I didn't understand why this place had a 1 star rating. Then I noticed their refrigerated drink section. More than half of it was empty. The store seemed very cramped and the aisles are way too narrow. I needed a diuretic to reduce some swelling, but couldn't find it. My mom and I stood in line at the pharmacy counter to ask one of the three women working there. One was loudly talking about how it's her break time and she just couldn't wait to leave. I left my mom in line to go browse around for the product myself. I felt really faint and wanted to hurry things up. By the time I found it, my mom was still standing at the counter waiting for someone to pay attention to her. For some reason, a pill to reduce water retention is in the womens PMS section. WTF? Then we head up to the registers to pay. There's no one else in line and one cashier. She kept turning her back to us as we stood there, until it finally dawned on her that we needed to pay. WTF? I've already dealt with rude pharmacists and female customers ignoring their crying newborns. I just want to leave, please. Won't be back. This place is too cramped and inattentive. read more

This whole company is literally garbage. I ordered an item that was almost $200. It came missing a vital piece. I tried returning it. I was sent back and forth from the store, where I had to deal with a terrible attitude from who seemed to be the manager/district manager, to customer service... I've emailed the company and they NEVER RESPONDED. Like, AT ALL. Weeks later, they finally just came to pick it up. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my refund. I just called their customer service line for the umteenth time and they told me they "just found it" and are sending it out or processing it now... AFTER A WHOLE MONTH. CVS is right across the street from my house, but this experience was more than enough to get me to walk a few blocks to Walgreens and keep me from shopping with CVS. read more

I've been here several times and I've always had a positive experience. They're always friendly and always offer to help me if I need anything. They're well stocked and always have some sort of deal or sale. I get money back rewards and coupons with most of my receipts and the place is always neat and clean.
