Since Rite Aid closed we tried this pharmacy as a replacement. I took my mom to go pick up her prescription she was given today. The drive thru window was closed with no posted hours. Just showing what time they are closed for lunch. We go inside and they are helping a customer so we are waiting. We are the only other people in line. The people in front of us walk away and the lady helping them just turn away. We walked up and this man in a blue shirt and ponytail braid just looked at us and spoke to his coworkers and just said why are there people here when we are closed. No one said anything to him. So then he said we are closed at 8. Mind you it's literally 8pm at this time. My mom asked can I just pick up my prescription and he said tomorrow when we are open. He was just rude didn't say sorry I can't was just rude. Now we have to wait till the morning to get her medicine. We just got to r alert the prescription was ready a little before that too. Also she caught attitude when I asked her for information on another medication. This location is not kept because of the dirty floor. Also staff not nice. The other CVS location is not far but the pharmacy is always crowded and the wait is at least 30 minutes or longer at the pharmacy. read more

This location is not clear about their lunch times on the weekends. They have a sign that says lunch is from 12:30 to 1pm. I arrived at 1:30 and they had "just" gone to lunch. I waited in the drive thru line till 2:08 and they did not open the window. I came here on my lunch break to get my medications even called to check their hours. Now I'm late returning to work. The least they can do is give accurate hours to avoid this inconvenience. read more

DO NOT GO INTO HEALTHCARE IF YOU HAVE NO CARE! Went through the drive thru to pick up my meter (I am 30 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes). I had received a text from them stating they were waiting on approval from my Dr. No problem, gave it 2 hours then decided to call to find out which Dr they needed approval from. Was told it'd be ready in 2 more hours. When i went to pick up the meter (it's Friday and I have my appointment Monday so I needed it ASAP or risk having to reschedule my appointment on how to use the meter and calculate my blood sugar) I was told by a woman with a think Indian accent (this is the only way to identify her as she did not come to the window and did not provide a name) that they were still waiting on approval. When I asked why would I be instructed to pick up the meter her attitude became irritable and rude. I even asked how much the meter and strips would be, as it is my first child and my first time using the meter so I was unaware, she told me "expensive" implying I couldn't pay for it. Again, I asked for a price range to which she told me to "come inside and check." From there I became upset and replied "I'm not going inside during a pandemic, I'm pregnant." Then she asked if this was my first time getting a meter and I said yes. Then she offered to check prices..... which is what I asked before, so I told her no she was already unhelpful and left. I called the pharmacy, hoping to be connected to someone helpful, nope it was her again. I remained calm and gave my information as if it wasn't her on the other line. I asked her which doctor she needed the approval from, my primary, OBGYN, or my new dietary doctor so that I could call them to hopefully speed up the process as it was getting late. Her attitude was in full swing as this was the "conversation" that transpired: Her: "well like I was trying to tell you, we need your doctors approval for the meter." Me: "What is the name of the doctor?" Her: "You don't know your doctors name?" Me: *very upset and fed tf up by the attitude now* "I AM PREGNANT AND HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOCTOR!" Her: "Well yelling at me isn't going to help." Me: "YOU HAVEN'T BEEN HELPFUL! WHAT DOCTOR ARE YOU WAITING ON?" Her: "Well what are your doctors-" Me: "WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE DOCTOR YOU ARE WAITING ON?! I AM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT AND HAVE GESTATIONAL DIABETES! I NEED THIS METER TO HELP MANAGE MY FUCKEN BLOOD SUGAR! NOW WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE DOCTOR!?" Her: "...... *Dr name*." Me: *click* Do NOT try and scold me. I used to always come here and always had great customer service, but today a lady named Linda gave me so much attitude for something she assumed I did. When she scanned the lashes she said that I should have gotten someone to help me get them instead of ripping them off and getting them myself(you could clearly see the box is damaged but not ripped like how someone would have to get them off the rack). Gave me so much attitude for no reason. I actually had an employee that was by the make up section to get them for me, since they always have a lock on them. After I Informed her that someone did help me, her tone of voice changed and she asked me if I preferred ones with a box that was better but the box doesn't matter to me as long as the lashes are still good. What made things worse was that I also had some scratchers that needed to be cashed out (which I had told her needed to be cashed out) but all she did was charge me for my lashes and then walked away to help other people that were behind me in line and then went over to help people that were getting photos. Had to wait like 5 more minutes standing there by the register until another employee came over to ask me if I needed help with anything. This is just bad customer service over all from Linda. The other girl that helped me was nice. I DONT NEED YOUR ATTITUDE, next time ask instead of assuming things. Needed an insulin to be transferred from a different CVS to here, but denied me and told me to go to a different CVS because they were closing in 15 mins. They told me to go to the nearby CVS that was 5 miles away. The pharmacist even heard of our need and refused to assist us. I work in the pharmacy at a different CVS, it doesn't take that long to transfer and fill the medication since it's the same system! read more

The Pharmacy is a JOKE the girls are not organized and they seem like they hate their job one of them even slammed the lil door when she walked out! I called to make sure my prescription was ready and 100% covered by my insurance they said yes. I get there and they say Only GENERIC brand is what they have and whats covered 100% wtf. They made me drive here twice for nothing! Then i accepted to get the Generic brand and said i need a new prescription from my dr specifying its ok .. are you kidding me!? Beware. There are no self check out stands here. I went to this CVS on 6.28.20 to purchase Emergency Contraceptive, Plan B. I also purchased tampons and condoms. Side note: Plan B or Emergency contraceptive can now be purchased over the counter. You don need to go to an open pharmacy. They're usually right next the "adult needs" area in a place like this... When I paid at the counter, the women scanned my items. When she got to the condoms, she said "well, its a little too late for these isn't, it?". She offered a bag at ten cents perhaps in her misguided attempt at empathy to allow me to cover up my shameful purchase. I declined and proudly walked out with my items. I am shocked. Where did this women get off passing judgement on a paying customer? I am posting this because no women should be shamed on her sexuality or choices with her body. I am a 37 year old mother of 2 and I am not looking to welcome more kids to my home. I don't need to justify my purchases to a women who clearly has no tact and may most likely be replaced by a self check out machine. Seems like they never have enough staff for check-out, because there are always about 8 people waiting. There was a lady in the pharmacy who was rude and didn't take the time to help me transfer my Rx (even though I was a returning customer). And another time, my boyfriend, roommate and I were buying alcohol. We live across the street so I didn't have my ID, she wouldn't let him buy the beer (that's not the law unless you're in a liquor store). Anyways, I usually get annoyed and just go to 7/11 across the street because these people are trying to make my life harder than it needs to be. read more

Prices are fair, and on occasion below average.. Service has typically been good, but had a few hick-ups with some of the staff.. Example being accused of switching price tags when apparently their own work made an error.. Store tends to always be clean which I appreciate. Though sometimes the lines can get a tad long, but usually they get extra cashiers up to the front prompt. read more

Dont waste your time in this cvs. This location has a lot of roaming homeless people asking for money. Sometimes follow you as you enter your car. But the main reason i dislike this place is because of The latino manager who is rude as hell. He follows you where you are going as if u will steal something. And for couponers dont go here the manager is making up his own rules. Limiting one coupon only when there is no fine print on the coupon. Very bad experience. Im not suprised that this location is empty. Whoever the owner there this manager should be warned or re evaluated for his job. read more

Every time I come here as soon as I exit my car AND when I exit the store. I'm immediately approached by very aggressive panhandlers asking for money. Today it was two very rough looking (drugged out?) guys demanding.. Not asking for money at my drivers side window. Very scary. When i call cvs , they say store hours 9am- 10 pm. But when i went there they said their hours 9:30 -10 pm because they are serving 9:00-10:00 senior people but there is no senior people and they make people wait on the line for half an hour for nothing.. And you cannot get this information before you go to the cvs! They should give more cleaner information about store hours on the phone.So nobody has to wait on the line for nothing for 30 mints! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are so disorganized. There's an issue with my prescription literally EVERY time I have to pick one up. They've told me I don't have insurance coverage several times. I have to give them my card every other time I visit, even though my info is definitely on file. Then there's always a wait, even though I make sure my prescription is ready ahead of time. My last visit there, however, is what made me decide I'm never going back. I tried to pick up my prescription on Monday night. 1st they told me the prescription was delivered in a pack of 3, which isn't covered by my insurance (I can only get 1 pack at a time for free). Even though they had the damn prescription & it was 2 hours before closing time, they told me I'd have to come back the next morning for the prescription, because they had to "get it ready." What's so hard about putting 2 of the packs back?! I went back Tuesday morning after getting the text that my prescription was ready & they refused to give me the prescription again saying I had to provide my insurance info, which I didn't have on me at the moment. I went back a 3rd time Tuesday evening with my insurance info & they tried to tell me my prescription wasn't ready AGAIN even though they just had it ready that morning. They tried to make me come back on Wednesday morning (once again this was 2 hours before closing - plenty of time to prepare it that night) until I unhappily explained that I had been there 3 separate times trying to pick up this damn prescription! All of a sudden they said they could have it ready in 10 minutes. WTF?! The whole situation made them seem incompetent and unprofessional. read more

The worker Juan is an idiot. I purchased pictures online and picked them up the next day. I asked him if they came out blurry and if I can return them. He went on saying that there's a warning sign saying they will come out blurry on the pictures before you place the order. My first size option did have that warning sign so I changed the size so it didn't appear. I did all the editing on my phone so the photo review looked blurry. It turned out better than what it looked like on my phone but it's not the right quality I'm looking for. Juan said I ordered them so I have to pay for them so I did. I went home and saw that most of the background was blurry. I looked online and it says cvs return policy is if you're not 100% satisfied then you can return basically anything with your receipt and it also says that on the receipt. So I came back to the store to ask for a return and he turned me down saying it was my fault for ordering them like that and it's not theirs. I told them I was unsatisfied with it and he laughed and still told me "if it looked blurry on your phone then why did you order it?" And said no returns. I called another cvs store and asked them about the return policy and if they applied to pictures. They said to come into their store to return it no problem.
