I called the pharmacy, while the nurses were getting my discharge papers together, to make sure they had my insurance. I spoke with Connie, the pharmacist on duty. She found me in their computer system and let me know my insurance info was there. As soon as I hung up with her, my husband went downstairs to wait for the prescriptions. While my husband was headed to the pharmacy. My nurse gave me my discharge instructions and I was ready to go. My husband arrive back to my room, just as the nurses finished up with me, with all of my prescriptions in hand. I couldn't believe how fast they filled my medicines. My husband was only gone for 10 minutes. He came back just in time to help me pack my belongings and check out. Thank you Pharmacist Connie for the speedy filling of my prescriptions and for your kindness you showed me on the phone. I really appreciate it. It's very nice and convenient that El Camino Hospital has a pharmacy that patients can use before going home. If my Dr. had sent my prescription a to Walgreens, they probably wouldn't have been ready until the next day. I highly recommend using the El Camino Health Outpatient Pharmacy for the convenience and excellent customer service.

To make things even better, they offer same day delivery! Today I needed a couple days worth of a medication due to another pharmacy (not Q-Bit) not being able to deliver my prescription on time. Q-Bit is my default pharmacy, so my doctor's office sent the prescription right to them. They weren't able to fill it as they had to close early because of a staff emergency. The person I spoke with was able to transfer the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy. She even went out of her way to text me 30 minutes later to make sure the pharmacy received the prescription! I have always had 10/10 service from Q-Bit. They can usually fill prescriptions quickly and always communicate promptly. I think, as a society, we need to get back to giving our hard-earned cash to businesses that treat us with dignity and value customer service. Q-Bit will always be my go to!

The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

So difficult to manage your prescriptions. We sadly moved from CVS to Costco pharmacy because prescription was slightly cheaper but now have to go back to CVS.
