During that time, we have maintained positive relationships with the store's employees. However, during my recent visit, I was treated disrespectfully by the new store supervisor in front of several customers. While I was trying to understand why I was being charged sales tax on an item when my coupon had not been applied, she told me to "shut my mouth." During the interaction, she also behaved in a manner I found threatening and inappropriate, including repeatedly opening her mouth and displaying her gum after I asked her to stop. I felt humiliated and intimidated by her conduct. One of the customer I believe she talked to came and threatened to beat me up out side the store. She also followed me to the parking lot to take a picture of my car license plate. I am filing a formal complaint and asking CVS to review the store's surveillance footage before I consult with my attorney.

Long's at Sequoia Station in RWC and Walgreens on El Camino are both open 24 hours most of the time and this one is not, but this IS the closest pharmacy to where I live, so when my cat's oncologist called up to say he was prescribing some medication for her ear infection and that it could be filled at a regular pharmacy, this was the place I had him fax the prescription in to. When I called them up to see if the prescription was ready, they sounded rather amused, which seemed odd but I thought perhaps it's just a very jolly work environment. Queuing up here is an interesting experience. There is a line on the floor that shows you where to stand in order to respect the privacy of others having their prescription filled. This means you are standing in the aisles where the depends, enemas, vaginal yeast infection itch relief creams, bunion removers and condoms are located. Those items are not private, so don't be embarrassed by all the bored people waiting to fill their prescriptions who have nothing to do but watch you when you go to buy your super strength ex-lax or your jock itch powder. Whatever prescription they are having filled is private and embarrassing, but you should be PROUD you are removing your own warts or know how to use a rectal thermometer or are finally getting that Beano your friends are always recommending. When I got to the counter, the woman there started smirking. "Awww, was kitty being naughty?" she said suggestively. What? She looked uncomfortable when I seemed confused...like she expected me to laugh and now thought perhaps I was going to get upset. I saw her go talk to the pharmacist and she then came back and told me the pharmacist wanted to talk to me about how to prepare the medication and to see if I had any questions. The pharmacist was mostly concerned with explaining how to mix up this liquid which couldn't be mixed up too far ahead of time and had to be done in a few batches. When he asked me if I had any questions, I asked him "so, I put the syringe in her ear, right?", "What? No." he says, "it is administered orally!" He looked at me like I was an idiot. When I got home, I found out the liquid was a cherry flavored syrup. Oh great! Cats love cherry flavored syrup! I also looked up the medication online and found out it is an alternative to Penicillin, most often used for STDs. OH...OKAY...the laughing, the "was kitty being naughty"...no it doesn't go in the ear....now I get it. Hardy har har.

12/04/23 Terrible terrible terrible store…read more.. Prices are higher...Shelves are pretty bare... this is a drug store, no hydrogen peroxide on the shelf. Floor person tells u which aisle but the shelves are empty. The pharmacy says to check with the front desk the lady in the front says she doesn't have any and no point in asking about back stock. Final straw was when my purchase was $13.49...I gave Josephine $13.50. She hands me my receipt. I asked her for my change... she says, "You gave me $13.50." "Yes, I know, it was $13.49" She then pulls a penny from a tray and hands it to me. I don't think I'd return to that awful store.

It took just a few minutes, was administered onsite with no side affects or pain, and it really was free. I'll be back with a new prescription or to buy some cards soon to show my appreciation.

I visited Target to make a return and had a disappointing experience at Guest Services…read more As I entered the store, I turned the corner with my items in my arms and saw that no one was waiting in line. Two associates at the counter saw me approaching but continued their conversation with each other. When I reached the counter, I opened my Target app and displayed the Wallet barcode for my return. One associate looked at me and sarcastically asked, "What's this for?" I replied, "For my return." She completed the transaction, but immediately began talking to the other associate, saying, "People just put their phone up and don't know what they want--pickup, return, purchase?" I was standing right there and felt she was criticizing me in front of both employees. The comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made me feel embarrassed as a customer. I had done nothing more than present the barcode required for my return. What upset me most was the lack of courtesy and respect. Rather than feeling helped, I felt mocked. I believe customers deserve to be treated professionally, especially when they are standing at the counter within earshot of the conversation. I left the store feeling disappointed and would have appreciated a sincere apology for the associate's behavior.

Because my local Targets are based on the Targets (Daly City, South City and San Francisco). I'm used to a certain level of product availability, coordination between staff members and Customers and finally, the parking lot are is a nice sizable space that should fit a large amounts of cars but to be honest it doesn't. This location doesn't necessarily meet all of this key points but as a Target store. They still meet the basic requirements and needs. The produce is great and fresh. The isles are fully stocked, even if it's lacking some key products that I can find closer to the Peninsula. The bathrooms are clean the isles are clearly visible and marked by signs for customers to navigate easier. These are basic necessities that are so very important as a customer. Now, for the things that can really use some improvements. Before you even get into the store. The parking is rough, to say the least. Because this Target is located in a strip mall and not in its own private lot. Parking can be a free-for-all. My personal recommendation, the earlier you can shop the easier it is to find a space. Let's put it this way to be nice. Some of the staff aren't the most comfortable in their roles. Their body language and attitude, can really use some adjusting. Not all but some do need better training. Whether it's because they're not having a good day or they're just not happy. Staff need to do better. Especially when dealing with the public. The value is always great at Target but pointless if you can't stand being in the store. There's always room for improvement, and improvement is needed in key places. The drive-up/ order pickup is also an issue. I made an online order with products that were shown to be fully in-stock. An hour later, I was sent a notification that half my order was ready but the other half was not available. How? if everything online was shown to be in-stock. Although, I was bothered I went to pickup the order anyway. Parking sucked because customers used the order pick-up spaces as regular vehicle parking. When I finally found parking, I got my order and drove off. A few of the items were completely wrong. Causing me to go back and fix the error myself. The staff have to-do better, they just need to find it. Please make sure that all drive up and go orders are accurate before releasing items to the customers. and not giving someone else's order out. You can easily kill an hour or two here just window shopping or actual shopping. Imagine the kinda fun you can have with kids in tow. Just make sure yo have an idea of what you want and not rely on staff for help. It's hit or miss on how it will affect your experience.
