This is my 2nd time with a bad experience with the cashier up front. Last time and today I used the self checkout. The machine wasn't accepting my Apple Pay, so I then used my actual debit card. The computer just kept saying unable to process. The cashier came from the other side and said what's going on. I said I think it's frozen. She's said, no it's not, you have to press the back button on the screen, but with annoyance in her voice. Umm excuse me, I don't work at CVS and had no training at the register. No need to get an attitude when I'm not sure what the steps are. Last time a small lady with brown hair and glasses capped an attitude too. I'll just keep going to Walgreens where at least the employees are helpful. read more

Joella was so kind, courteous and patient. She helped me with a return that I tried to figure out with customer service over the phone. Gloria on the other had did not want to assist me at all, she was very rude and aggressively called for a manager when I told her I spoke to customer service. I'm glad joella was able to assist me. Long story short, there were some issues regarding CVS Specialty delivering my prescription to the regular CVS store here, and a couple of the pharmacy workers looked through the computer system and shared that it just hasn't arrived yet. After another day with no delivery and going back for more questions on why it hasn't arrived yet, Victoria, a CVS pharmacy worker, went to extra step to be able to make some phone calls and find out on why the prescription has not came in yet in which the very next day she had called me in the morning and shared that it was at a different CVS on Clinton Keith Road. I was pleased that they were able to crack down and figure out where the problem was at! Nice and kind people as well! read more

I think the employees here are fantastic but if I go to the store I want somebody to ring me up. If I wanted to ring myself up I would get a job at CVS. The fact that there are no discounts for ringing ourselves up while you are enjoying discounts for not paying employees is ridiculous. Not to mentiona literal 4 foot long receipt! It's a slap in the face to the people in this area that are in need of jobs and not wanting to ring ourselves up and not get paid or discount for it! We do not want self check out. We do not want 4 foot long receipts. We do not want wasteful companies in our area. craziest attitude from a worker there. short lady with brown hair and glasses. she needs an hr intervention or something honestly. walked in a couple mins before they closed to grab a gift card, she comes running from the back yelling "WERE CLOSED IM CLOSING SOON." lady those are two different statements. then she says I'm able to still use self checkout and that she wouldn't be helping me. So I said OK where are the gift cards located? I am a HUGE ADVOCATE AND SUPPORTER for great customer service. Well, guys, I gotta tell ya. This location has a group of the sweetest employees that provide such a warm attitude as soon as you walk in the store. I've recently moved back from Orange County, and as soon as I walked in, the girls greeted me with such joy. They even remembered me after years of being on hiatus. It may not be a big deal to some. In need of better customer service. The two pharmacists at this location have no desire to help out to customer's needs. Very rude and no sense of time. Very incompetent in dealing with customers. One of the male reps was eating and drinking very sloppy for a pharmacy completely disgusting. In ending I would never visit this location ever again and would warn future customers do so as well. I think this CVS location is just ok. I have been here few times, sometimes they have what I need other times they dont. Its a smaller store compared to other CVS stores. One time in particular, there was a female employee that was trying to help me with a return and she said she couldnt do it and she doesnt know the reason. Items were not used, they were purchased the day before from a different CVS location, and I had the receipt and she said she couldnt return them.she advised me to go to the location i purchased them from and I wanted to test and go elsewhere and when I went to a different store, they returned them without any problem. Too bad you can't give 0 stars. My daughter is traveling 1,200 miles away from Southern California in Montana on family business. The CVS pharmacy in Montana told her they could not transfer a prescription for her from her pharmacy in Southern California where the prescription was called in by her doctor. No reason was given. They just "couldn't do it." I have not known a modern pharmacy where they could not transfer or fill a prescription in another pharmacy that is part of the same chain, and am outraged (she is my daughter). It cost me twice the cost of the prescription to get it up there fast by UPS. Her life is in at risk if she misses more than a few doses. Conclusion: Drop CVS as your pharmacy like a hot rock, unless you will never leave the area of your current CVS. Even then, I wish you good luck. read more

I understand that this location is conveniently located next to a major intersection, close to the freeway and a main street. However, even if its busy, there should be a look at the lack of customer service. Especially when it comes to the phone, I'm unsure of who attends out of the Pharmacy Techs, but the please hold and not waiting for a response is unacceptable. You're basically hung up on and not sure if you'll be helped or not. Once you're finally reached, I can't say they're any better and sound jaded and sick of their job. Retail pharmacy is exhausting I'm sure and busy with everything going on. But that shouldn't be an excuse if you're still there to help people feel better and educate them how to properly use their prescription. read more

Bad Service. Drive thru COVID testing is a joke they don't have it together. I was helped by Jazmin. Arrived here at 10:50 after leaving an ER and the doors were locked even though the posted closing time is 11. There were employees standing at the register laughing and talking. One of them saw me at the door and ignored me. As a healthcare professional that needed to grab quick supplies in my time of need, I was upset not only for myself but for other people in our community that rely on this store in their time of need. If the time of close is stated to be 11, then that is when your doors should close. read more

I like this CVS a lot. All the people that work in the store are nice. What's important to me is how the employees in the pharmacy treat me and they're always helpful. My son has medical issues and we've had a few situations with authorizations for prescriptions with my insurance that were completed with their help. They're respectful and kind and in a few cases they've gone out of their way to help us. Last week the CVS in Target didn't bother to keep a medication in stock after my son had been on it for a year. I got sick of their poor attitude and laziness, so I had my doctor send it to this CVS. They filled it fast and when I went to pick it up, they were very nice. When I had called them to have it transferred, they were nice and didn't act like I was bugging them. They are always busy but they manage to fill my prescriptions on time and I've called before and asked them to fill it earlier than the scheduled time, and they've done that too. 5 stars for them! I stopped in a few weeks ago. My phone had gone dead and I needed to purchase a charger for my car and a cord for my phone. The manager and the cashier were extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed. Best CVS in Murrieta. I've been coming less then a year, they're bathrooms are always clean as well as the store. And the staff always says hello and have a good day entering and exiting the building.... We come in quite often they're very accommodating. Today I brought in some apple cider we didnt agree with. They immediately refunded the purchase and made sure next purchase was without error. Not only that we always buy cases a few times we've had the staff to carry to the car without asking.
