ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I think maybe 2 of the girls are kinda hospitable. When you call, you're always put on hold when they pick up without asking if it's ok, they just never actually pick the phone back up. Out of common meds often. Lines are always crazy long, and if you're short staffed, I get it. But at least acknowledge those just standing there that you'll be right with them. This was the last thing that have made my decision to take my medication prescriptions elsewhere. I was standing in the line 10-15mins prior to opening because again, the lines. After about 8mins after open times, gate still not opened, but helping drive-thru. I see a person see me through the glass window and zero acknowledgement. Then I hear an employee behind the gates say, it's going to be a day. A couple minutes go by and a lady comes out with a sign, again, zero acknowledgement. Sticks a sign on the gate, looks at me and goes back in the door!! No sorry, no words, nothing! Never again! And the store itself is always out of products and shelves always look empty and seems to always be in shambles as everyone is confused. Even in the photo department. Couldn't even find wife's prints for over 20mins. Save the time, go to CVS up the street.

I don't mind waiting but give customers a BETTER time to return to pick up medications. Nice customer service but pharmacy needs to do a better job with providing accurate information. Overall, Walgreens is still my go to.

Anywho, I know this place gets a pretty bad rap for the pharmacy end of things... maybe well deserved, I mean I've had my share of less than wonderful experiences here mostly with their vaccination clinic though. But today I was really impressed on how well the process worked. I had previously made an appointment for a vaccination, filled out the questionnaires on line etc. showed up early and was actually checked in within less than 2-3 minutes. (On previous visits I was told I couldn't even check in till my appointment time). Sat in the waiting area for less than 5 minutes and was called in by Mary Ann, she apparently is the pharmacy manager and she verified my info then swabbed the injection site and verified the vaccination I was getting . She performed the vaccination injection flawlessly, actually the only thing I felt was the pressure from the obligatory band-aid application. Out the door in about 15 minutes total.... Great job Mary Ann et al.

I was then told that the wait would be about 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that the customer immediately before me received chocolate ice cream. Since I had been told there was no chocolate available, I asked why that customer was able to receive chocolate ice cream. I then requested to change 5 of my vanilla ice creams back to chocolate. The manager on duty came over and told me that I would have to wait another hour if I wanted chocolate. This was very frustrating because the customer right before me had just received chocolate ice cream. I did not understand why the same product was suddenly available for another customer but not for me. To avoid waiting another hour, I agreed to keep my order as vanilla. However, after receiving the order, I found that only the first two vanilla ice creams had the proper texture. The remaining ice creams were extremely watery and melted, and they did not resemble properly prepared ice cream. I informed the staff that the product quality was unacceptable and that I did not want them. I was told that I could receive a refund. What concerned me even more was that I overheard the manager telling another employee to take the returned ice creams back and that they could be given to someone else for free. If that is what happened, I believe it raises serious food quality and food safety concerns. Products that have already been handed to one customer and then returned should not be redistributed to other customers. I have been a Sam's Club member and expect better customer service and higher food quality standards than what I experienced.

I'll use that app as a grocery list and visit the store if I'm close by. Sometimes the product on the app isn't available at the store locations. In any case, there's usually another brand of the same product. This gives me the opp to price shop. Often their products are discounted with a Smith's rewards card. Please get one! The great thing too, is Smith's carries Kroger brand's label and I trust their brand name. The label has everything I've needed from taco and sandwich ingredients, ice cream, baking necessities, breakfast stuff, and even fish, chicken, or meat items. I discovered a small international section as well. Inside the store, they have a limited section of booze, but I was still able to find something for the parties I've attended. It looks like some of the more popular names can be found though. Some other pluses include a bakery, meat and deli service, and last minute flowers, balloons or gift ideas. Only once had I experienced snubby customer service at this location from a cashier. All other times were great anyway. It's a grocery store and convenience store all in one.
