She answers the phone and when I tell her I can't come in, she gets an attitude all of a sudden and tells me she will try and just hangs the phone up on me. Not a 'Thank You For Call CVS Pharmacy, Have A Good Day' she just right out hangs up on me by slamming the phone. If you don't like your job, quit. So disappointed because there has been complaints about her before and they don't do anything. I am switching to another pharmacy this place is a joke. It only looks nice by appearance but the service inside is rotten!

They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. It is well worth a visit to this wonderful store. Special thanks to the Pharmacy ladies for helping me and my dog this week.

Deli doesn't know what thin slice means, and they close up at 7 pm. Ya, 7pm! Pretty bad for people who work for a living and dont get home till after 7 pm because of rush hour. I showed up once at 7:03pm, and they wouldn't take my order. So customer service sucks too. The meat section is alright as long as it doesn't expire in 3 days and they never have chicken. Below is a picture of the bread section on a Tuesday night. Do yourself a favor, shop at Shaws 7 minutes away in Whitinsville. It might be a little more expensive, but better options, better produce, and a much cleaner store. Plus, their deli is open till 9.

This place reminds me of the pharmacies I grew up with in both NYC and in Rhode Island...places where people honestly got to know who you were. The service here is certainly more attentive, personal and caring. We were able to chat with the staff...we were the only customers in when we arrived one late morning. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were in and out in about ten minutes. I have nothing against CVS and frankly have done a lot of business at one of the CVS pharmacies in my town, there are several. But we may be slowly shifting more of our business to this lovely pharmacy for more personalized care.

The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample. Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out.... One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer.
