    Pharmacy review! Please read fully. To be honest 9/10 times when anyone in my family goes to to…read morep/u meds there is always an issue. OH, we don't have anything for you or we get an It's not filled yet. 1. why send a text saying meds are filled when they aren't? 2. why have 10 people working there at the window to ask your name & DOB when when you give it to them 9/10 x they enter it incorrectly & they say we don't have anything for you. I always give my name SPELL IT OUT FIRST & LAST & they still get it wrong. I give my DOB by numbers so there is NO confusion they still get it wrong. The drive thru is the most aggravating highlight of my day when I have to p/u meds. They never have anything ready and then they put you out by saying we can get that ready BUT you have to come back or you have to come in. Which you then have to wait in a LINE again after waiting in the drive thru LINE for what most times over a half hour. How well are they getting meds out and drive thru customers taken care of when at any given time the line has 8-10 ?! ALSO inside you wait in a line put info in a kiosk you're asked to wait if not ready then when ready you have to wait in the line for a 2ND TIME to ring out?!?!?! WHO SET up this system?! Now for the good part?!?! Can you believe there is more?! I went to p/u a med that I have p/u with no problem for the past 5 months. I know it's self pay insurance doesn't cover. For some reason the last 2 times I've gone to p/u when a certain pharmacist was there I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! So I tell my pcp I need a med called in they said will do. The next day cvs text's saying we need an updated script. I call my PCP they say was called in the day before at 5pm. I said maybe this text is from yesterday and not updated. I go to CVS. I'm ecstatic the drive-thru is empty it's approx 1:10pm. My first thought are they closed for lunch? No I looked at window lunch 1:30-2pm. I go around still just me. Man at window asks my info I give to him. He says we don't have anything (SHOCKER) to which I reply. My pcp office said they called in yesterday at 5pm. He steps away & the pharmacist comes to window. It's the one I had an issue with the following month. Now she says we don't have anything. I tell her my pcp says they sent over yesterday @5pm. She says & I quote. " I was here yesterday at 5pm and nothing came in either for you she said or from your dr I don't remember which one. I said we'll they said they did. She says they sent the pre- auth? I said what are you talking about? She says your insurance doesn't cover this. I said I KNOW IT NEVER DOES. She says well did you call and tell us? I said what? Why would I do that? I have been on this med for months and have NEVER had an issue picking this up. The dr calls it in, they fill it, I go to same CVS. I have issues at said drive thru with looking me up correctly as always. They find it then tell me it's self pay, I say I know I pay & Ieave. This time I get asked a million questions am told we don't know it's self pay each time, you have to call & let us know everytime etc etc. I told her this has never happened. Nobody has ever. Told me this it's never been necessary. That the last time she gave me an issue with a coupon the pharmacy gave me like what is going on? She says we are about to go to lunch and it can't be filled now. I told her Ms. This should have been filled read her the cvs text. Needed an updated script which you received yesterday. She said we can fill but you can't pick up until 3pm. I told her Ms. I'm handicap and can't get back here & can't come & stand in line for a half our. We had some back & forth. I advised I didn't agree with what was happening. Mind you I was calm & was NOT yelling. I was however voicing my dismay & having to project as I'm down here and shes up there. She said I was rude & arguemtative. I said you call this argumentative & said I am not yelling either. She slammed the window on me said we aren't filling. I told her she was ignorant she opened & said we will never fill this medication here again. I did go in half crippled as I've stated I'm handicap and my back was horrible. I talked to the sweet woman who works in the pharmacy the register to ask if there was a way of getting the pharmacist on duties name. There was nothing posted or a plaque. The pharmacist came up to where I was I told her I'd like her name. She spelled it super fast. I asked if she could say again she did. (Merlin I believe it was.) I said thanks I'll be calling in to report you as you were so ignorant. As I stated to her at the window I've been in customer service for over 30 years and she gave the worst customer service ever. CVS do better.
