Today, September 16, 2025 I went to CVS to buy a bandage for my father. He is 89 years old, on blood thinners and his skin tears easily. He had blood drawn previously and was bleeding. He used gauze and surgical tape to stop the bleeding. Unfortunately when he tried to remove the tape more skin began to tear. I asked the Pharmacist for assistance on what product would help. It was very busy, regardless, the Pharmacist showed me the wound section. He pointed to the surgical tape for sensitive skin. Your employee was professional and kind. Blue Medicare RX of MA and CVS is a fraud. I've been Blue Medicare RX and CVS Caremark customer for many years. I didn't really pay much attention to this whole business until recently, when I noticed that Caremark keeps increasing prices for my 3 meds. It got to the point where it made no sense for me to use Blue RX and Caremark because I was getting meds via Goodrx for a lot less, while still paying for Blue Medicare RX. However, what happened recently completely changed my mind about these 2 institutions (BCBS Blue Medicare RX of MA and CVS). My wife recently had a prescription of the ear drops (for 1 week) called into CVS. When she came to pick it up, she was quoted $180, stating that price without insurance would be $240. Taken aback she refused to go with Blue Medicare RX card. She asked how much it would be with Good rx card. After waiting for a while the pharmacist came back with $48, saying this is a good deal. (really???) It still sounded too high. So, I did Good RX search for this prescription and had discovered that I can get at Big Y pharmacy for $18!!!. Now this sounds felonious on the part of Blue Medicare RX and CVS. When I called them to complain I had discovered that this Blue Medicare Rx program is now managed by CVS itself. Can you freaking believe this mindboggling conflict of interest? We are literally being robbed by CVS under the guise of Blue Medicare RX...in broad daylight. Absolutely disgusting... I dont know if this is their fault or not, but still a pain. I ordered photos via t-mobile Tuesdays and had all sorts of issues that weren't easily resolved, but they did finally get me the prints. I made 3 orders of prints that were supposed to be free. I had some issues with the app uploading the photos i wanted and had to save them from my computer to my phone to then upload them.. it took me quite a while to figure it all out...then,, When I got the email order receipt, I noticed there was a charge. I called the store and they said I had to call the national photo center...after a long time on hold and one transfer I finally got them to call the store and tell them I should be charged. They then were ok except one of the 3 orders (ironically the one that showed up on the original receipt as no charge) was missing...I had to reorder it. It was a lot of headaches. Normally I would be grateful for free stuff but this made it not worth it, but then I already sunk time it so I wanted my photos. read more

As you can see from many people's reviews that this Cvs Pharmacy has a very poor rating. They seem to find it an absolute inconvenience to answer the phone! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Yet if you contact the store the people at the store front counter checkout will answer. I am putting in this review because it is absolutely ridiculous. I was told I had to speak with the pharmacy prior to picking up my child's antibiotics but I am unable to get through to them because they refuse to answer the phone!!!! This Pgarmacy needs to have more respect for people. We should not have to go there in person just to speak with them for what they need to tell us, then have to sit and wait for them to finish the prescription I presume being I am meant to speak to them PRIOR to pickup! I put a script in 8 hours before checking on it. Someone over the phone told me I can go in 15 mins before and have my medicine "expedited" during that time. I gave them over 8 hours before I asked for u meds & one of the pharmacist attending me said "well we are 10 hours behind and I don't know what to do for you. You are going to have to wait another night." Even tho I'm out of meds. I asked for my scripts back to go to a different location and they didn't know where my scripts were! My mother in law tried to get medication from here and they never answered there phone and gave her the run around for hours. Being extremely rude to her and not even taking her cell phone to talk to the nurse directly from her cell phone. If I could give this rating a no star I would. Stopped to pick up a prescription at the drive through. What a mess! When you stop at the closest window there's a sign that says that lane is for COVID testing. I was told to back up and go to the other lane. Good thing no one was behind me! Actually, no other customers used either lane while I was there. Rules are rules though. Please be aware that you need to handle a clipboard and push buttons on the pneumatic device. They don't seem to have been cleaned in awhile. Imagine catching COVID at a pharmacy. This store is arbitrarily changing prescription duration information (how long a prescription is for) and ripping customers off. My partner has been getting the same prescription for 15 years for $20 and the last time he picked it up it cost him $60. It turns out CVS *****DECIDED FOR HIM**** that his 30-day prescription is actually for 75 days since he doesn't need to refill it more often than that. We'll be reporting this to local business authorities and to CVS's corporate head quarters. They messed with the wrong people this time. read more

Not once has my prescription been ready on time I used to always use this pharmacy until I sat there one day for 45+ mins waiting for a script just to have some bitchy lady come over & tell me that it was 1 day early so she's not gonna be able to fill it!!! What 1 day so you expect me to wake up and go to the pharmacy tomorrow (before taking my meds) & wait another 45 mins fuck that... The worst pharmacy I have had dealt with. Greg, calls himself a pharmacist! My license (and I used the CLIP in drive thru) got stuck in transport tube. Tech argued with me that they didn't have it. Finally they found it. Never apologized. Proceeded to school me on the proper way to use clip, for next time. There will never be a next time. Took almost 48 hours for them to retrieve my license. Unfortunately had to refill same RX there following month. Called in refill via automated line. Promised to me at 1:15 pm. Didn't even go in until 3:00 pm and was told sorry, not ready, we are behind. With at least 7 people working! Never again! read more

I come here to fill most of my prescriptions and there have been many times that I have ordered for my prescription to be ready for 2:00 pm and I arrive at 3:00pm and it's still not ready for me to pick it up. The staff are always kind and everything, but I feel like they need to better run their pharmacy so they aren't backed up like that so often. The store itself is pretty nice and always stocked of whatever I needed to grab while I was there. read more

Dirty, filthy store. The waiting area by the pharmacy was unbelievable. Trash, empty soda can, the counters look like they haven't been wiped down in months. This may be the worst pharmacy in America. We've been going there because it's convenient to have a drive-through. But after four years, we are done. We have had MANY problems with prescriptions: not being filled in a timely manner, losing orders called in by physicians, and filling prescriptions with generic alternatives even when the prescription said "no substitutions." Nobody cares or even apologizes when you complain. The management does not take their responsibility for people's health seriously. The place should be shut down. read more

Take your chances. After using this pharmacy for almost two years, they still mess up my prescriptions. They do not listen to what you say to them and, when you remind them of the conversation you had, you get this "deer in the headlights" look and a canned "I'm sorry." I have written to CVS and was promised that changes were coming - that was well over a year ago. They definitely need more staff, to handle the customers they have, but CVS corporate is more concerned about the bottom line than they are about customer service. PHARMACY REVIEW- There has been two different occasions now where I've gone to pick up my boyfriends prescriptions and gone through the drive thru to do so and gotten home and set the medication aside to later take it out of the bag to find its a medication other than what should be in the bottle! DANGEROUS?! Yes! The medication is different than the prior medication given for that prescription and there's no label stating there's been a change and the medication does not match the description on the bottle which is a great feature to have on the bottles I'll add. How is this even happening once never mind twice? What if I were one of those trusting people that assume my pharmacist is being cautious and accurate and never thought twice that the medication in the bottle looked totally different than what it usually does? What if I didn't know there is a place that gives a description of the med on the bottle? My boyfriend, having severe asthma, could have died depending on what that medication was that should never have been put in the bottle. Someone's dropping the ball somewhere. What happened to prescriptions being triple checked before leaving the pharmacist? I will never use CVS pharmacies and am encouraging anyone I care about to avoid this pharmacy as well. read more
