Really wanted this place to be a great pharmacy, but they are just so unorganized. I waited in line to drop off my prescription for 25 minutes, they seemed very short staffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt especially when they said that if I wanted to wait for my prescription it would be over an hour. When I went to pick it up today, it still was not ready. It took 5 minutes of standing at the counter to even be acknowledged before they informed me that they would do it right now. It took 20 minutes, even though my insurance company had already approved the medication. They are very nice but extremely scattered. read more

Normally don't have any issues here, hence the 3 stars rather than 1 but today I had a really strange and uncomfortable experience. I was picking up medication and said that I only wanted to pick up one of them and not both. After saying this 4-5 times (literally) and still being pestered, I finally cracked and said why and he was like "ohhhhh that's why" I know it wasn't out of a place of harm or rudeness, but still made me super uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to explain myself and why I'm doing what I'm doing, because it doesn't affect the pharmacy at all. The medication I needed to pick up wasn't ready, while the one I didn't need was. It almost seemed as if he thought I didn't understand this even though I clearly stated "I know, I don't want the *blank* today". Very patronizing. read more

Helpful team only CVS I've been to that goes out of their way to help customers. I love their selection of wine and beer and the pharmacy staff is helpful. There is a woman on the night staff at the pharmacy who isn't extremely helpful. I've only encountered her once and had a similar experience as the 1 star review below where the night pharmacist advised she is unable to transfer and process a prescription from another store. I was able to get the CVS on Santa Rita to do it for me without hesitation. The pharmacist they have on during the day shift and her daytime pharm tech are awesome and are the reason for the 5 stars read more

CVS has the BEST employees working in their store & pharmacy. I want to focus my review on the pharmacy staff because they are the best!! When I'm not feeling well or in a hurry...I use the drive-through window. How convenient! Recently, I came in to pick up a prescription (I have excellent insurance) however this one prescription was extremely expensive, even with insurance. I asked the pharmacist "Are there any online coupons to help offset the cost?" She said "Let me look ." The pharmacists found one!!! She had me download the coupon on my phone, give her the "Promo Code" and My price went from over $100 to $15!! I'm so happy I asked. Adriana called me yesterday to let me know a particular prescription wouldn't be ready until next Wednesday. I need it before then so she told me exactly what to do. I had my Dr. call CVS and today it was ready. Relief! When your not feeling well it's nice to know that the Staff at CVS will fill your prescriptions promptly, answer questions and make sure your medicines don't have any conflict with one another. I go into this specific CVS for all my and my families medication needs at least once a week. I never have any problems getting the correct medication, helpful and get all my questions answered. I try my best to go pick up my medication from Adrianna as she is super friendly, very helpful, sweet caring and kind to not only me but my kids as well which is super important to me. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I've. Even through two major back surgeries in a two-week timeframe and this CVS was my closest resource for prescriptions and supplies. The pharmacy clerks are rude and unsympathetic to any customers, even those in obvious discomfort with walkers and canes. I waited at the drop off window with my walking aid to drop off a prescription for over 20 minutes while nobody else was in line or in the drive through. The clerk just sat on her computer and texting on her phone 'just a few more minutes please' as I obviously lost patience. Then I had to return THREE times to pick up the prescription because they didn't fill it! They had problems passing it through my insurance and didn't bother to contact me to get it resolved before I hobbled back in to try to pick it up. On the third attempt they told me they couldn't fill it by state law (norco a controlled substance) and that I need to call my doctor and have him call them to approve it....isn't that their job? And to not contact me at all about it! The rest of the store is a mess. Aisles mis-labeled so you wander up and down looking in all the wrong places for things. Very irritating for someone with a walker and in severe pain. I will never step foot in this establishment again. read more

This Pharmacy is the WORST. The staff is friendly, but they are either way understaffed or have some other issues! I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is common. It does not seem to matter what day it is or time, the only thing that is a given is that the service will be slow! I will be looking for a better company to fill my needs. I was looking for a specific type of Carmex lip treatment that my daughter had purchased in VA so I stopped in this new CVS. A sales clerk (Tarez) happened to be right near the door so I asked him where I might find the Carmex lip treatment and he was very helpful. I was very impressed with Tarez's professional, friendly customer service and I would definitely return to this store. read more

Horrific systems and support. I have been using this CVS location for more than a year. I went on home delivery in summer. All was working well. Starting September, text communication was faulty and I had to call to confirm message were prepared and had to pick them up. They blamed their system and some glitch. Long story short...this has gone on since then. Various excuses... system...credit card not a file 2 months in a row when my card has not changed in years. Final straw ...this month I get 3 identical quasi English texts saying message too early...I finally realize I'm out of meds. They tell me they don't know why the system is sending the messages, no effort or plan to look into it and the capper..." we have no responsibility for our system...there is nothing we can do". Enough Is enough...I'm without meds for a few days but pulled out. No accountability... lots of smiling faces when you go there... terrible support with no plan to fix it. I'm sure I'm not alone. This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have EVER had the misfortune of using. You can wait in line for 10-20 minutes only to be told, gee, sorry your Rx isn't here. I don't know why the robot called you! I was told the Rx would be ordered Mon. And then told it would be be ordered Tues. Then on Thurs. they said it somehow NEVER got ordered. Now we might have it next Mon. They don't have enough worker bees to wait on everyone. I was next in line, but oh gee, a car pulled up to the drive-in and was helped immediately. This is a tough transition from Custom Care. You are a poor excuse for a pharmacy. read more

Great pharmacy and staff! No matter how busy they are they always greet me with a smile and by my name. I don't feel like I'm just a number here. The Pharmacist, Hasti, is very knowledgeable and polite. The pharmacy tech, Adriana, is always very friendly and efficient.
