I've been here 4-5 times now the last couple months for my mom's prescriptions. I was hoping someone would stand out so I could comment "wow!" .. hasn't happened I haven't had rude or terrible service, but it could be better. Transition from Rite Aide - not great, have to call on everything, won't refill and issues with getting insurance to work again. Service, not rude, not happy to serve me, just always somewhere in between, probably because the line is always about 6-8 people deep.. The app is horrible if you come from Rite Aide, you see nothing, after getting that resolved, adding as a family member took about 3 weeks to straighten out too.. much of this is CVS in general and not particular to this store as I personally use the one on the other end of town too. I wish it would be less busy so I could acutally tell if the people here care about us at all.. though, phone calls have been very short too, considering the prompts and hoops we jump through for a human, we should matter more!

And as half of the beauty supplies and cosmetics are on quarantine, this can be quite an issue. Also the most recent time their system was done, I was rather curtly informed of this by a stressed employee as I tried to make a return. I don't quite know how to describe it, but it's a place a come to with a full shopping list and end up leaving with a heavy heart and the harbinger of a migraine. On the retail side, the shelves are literally half empty, and have been for almost a year. And last week I had my doc send a prescription there, only to find out after driving over, that they did not have it in stock. Poor communication. Between the Front of house and back of house failures, this location, and possibly the entire corporation, will not survive. I suggest mark Cuban's Cost Plus drugs, which will literally save you 50% - 90% on most prescriptions.

I can shop at 6 AM and return home before anybody is awake. I have been to Walmart during the day and anytime that is later than the early morning is not my favorite time to go because of the other customers. Other than that this morning I was able to find the perfect hair bands that hold my super thick hair for a pretty good price there was Apple parking and none of the other customers were bothering me. This Walmart like all the others had the same issues that never seemed to be resolved no matter how many years have passed. A smelly and filthy parking lot that always reeked of sewage and trash. Poor customer service from employees which is not a shocker as that is a common trend at Walmart. Always messy and dirty aisles that are clobbered with trash and products out of place. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

The staff is…read morefriendly, helpful and efficient, and they have all of the necessary vaccinations I need - include the egg-free flu vaccine that nobody around here has (I used to have to drive to a compounding pharmacy in Fremont to get it). They also have a nice private waiting room just for pharmacy customers awaiting their vaccinations, and another private room where they give the vaccinations. I have never had to wait long either. They are also great at getting ahold of my doctor if a prescription runs out, and prescriptions can also be filled automatically should you opt for that. They also give you a coupon for a discount on your grocerys when you have your vaccination. I notice that most of the bad reviews here are quite old, so maybe they have had a change of staff. I have been very happy there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a better pharmacy and vaccination experience.

The cashiers are young employees who consistently provide great customer service, and it's disappointing to see them treated this way. I hope this situation is addressed so employees can work in a respectful and supportive environment.
