Staff is friendly in front end pharmacy staff is friendly however new staff don't really follow their own rules to express pick line some you have wait longer than regular line. Store is more empty than before so you will not be able to find everything you need at this location. Y'all have an Asian staff member in the pharmacy department who's a complete asshole and was very rude. My aunt who isn't a fluent English speaker was talking to him and he was making faces completely cutting her off as she was talking to attend other people. Came back to my aunt and that's when I spoke, his English wasn't any better than my aunts and I tried to understand what he was saying until he got upset and walked away as I was talking to him throwing his hand out in that "talk to the hand" way. You think an Asian would be a little more understanding of someone who isn't fluent in English but the guy was a real asshole. Wow!!!! So I walked in to CVS to pick up some meds and the pharmacy was closed for lunch which I understand HOWEVER why in the world would the bathrooms be unavailable during the pharmacy hours?? Photo service was VERY disappointing. The printing machine was broken and the sales associates working there just canceled my order in their computer without notifying me. These people discriminate!!! I have lived in this town for over 5 years now. The dark red haired lady has always been in the front and is usually very nice. I do not have a car so I walked in with my electric scooter and was told to leave just because of it. They thought that I was a homeless person trying to steal things, despite my clean clothes the money I was willing to spend. I was not able to get my vitamins or my prescription. read more

The pharmacy personnel (except 1 one lady who has been there at least 15years) are rude and condescending. They want no contact with the customer. They prefer you use your phone for all contact. Today I called, and was treated as a major interruption in her day. If you need them to contact your doctor for an authorization, do you think they let you know that the doctor didn't call back so you can follow up? I went to the pharmacy at 12pm. Waited in line forever. When I tried to get needles for my husbands diabetes they said they couldn't get them ready because it takes at least 10 minutes to prep and they have lunch at 1230. Well I was here with enough time to do it , but I waited so long in line they wouldn't get them for me and told me to come back after 1. Pretty ridiculous. This Pharmacy had nothing right today for me. First off I got here and the medication amount that I have is wrong I typically have gotten 90 tablets and today suddenly I get 30 after 1 year of getting 90. They looked at me crazy when I brought this up apart from that they had my Name Wrong on the medicine. They also had an address on my file that I haven't lived at in almost 10 years. When I asked them if they can make a request to my doctor they claimed they don't do that because there is little to no success in getting a hold of them. And apart from that they've been sending me all my information in Spanish yes I speak it but this information is geared towards solely Spanish speakers. I don't even know how that happened. Point is why should your customers have to jump through several hoops to get the right treatment they need to live a healthy life? Im only writing this review for the PHARMACY!!!! I had the worse experience today 10/20 and I felt discriminated by ZULY . From the begging to the end she give an attitude. I was trying to pick up my meds after having surgery. Which I couldn't speak much. ZULY asked me for my ID and I didn't have a problem giving it to her. At the moment I didn't have my driver's license since I had order a new one. So I decided to give her my Mexican ID which legal here in the USA. She stared questioning me about my ID when no one at the pharmacy has done it before. I have been coming here for awhile and I have never been treated like I did today. She asked me for my ID number " I told her I didn't know" and she said " but you're MEXICAN" I was so upset that I couldn't say anything after having surgery. When I though she was talking to me since that's all she did was question me like if I was in court. she said;"I'm not talking to you " RUDE!!! The manager of the pharmacy help me out since she dint know what to do. In no time I was out of there. I do not understand why she has to give a hard time if i was just trying to pick up my medication . If you don't like your job then find another job that makes you happy clearly this one doesn't make you happy. It's seems like costumers have complain about ZULY before. Very frustrated with this location... bought a $50 Amazon gift card from here while I was in town as a gift for someone. When they went to use it, the code is invalid. I called the store for assistance and was told I would have to come back in the store with the gift card, receipt, and debit card I used to pay. I can't stress enough that we are just not a patient population anymore and people get restless because they can't even stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes. This is about the photo printing department only. Many of my pictures were cut and there were shreds of them in the envelope. Some pictures also had white streaks through my family's and friends' faces as if someone took a key and scratched the picture, taking the pigment off. I'm a photographer. Had a large picture printed here. They cut it a hair more then half inch short so it wouldn't fit correctly in frame. Upon informing them, the manager agreed to reprint it but refused to cut it to the correct measurement I originally ordered and was instantly mad with me like I did the bad job. Gave me a nasty attitude. All I asked was if they could cut it to the correct ordered size and they made me take it home and cut it myself. The picture was rolled up the wrong way when first given and had some scratches and few dents. She didn't want to hear it. Upon getting the newly printed one, there was some major smudges and fingerprints (seen in 3 photos) as well as horizontal banding lines across the photo. Poorly handled and poorly executed job. Angry Karen manager who takes it out on the customer who only wants what they paid for. I didn't want to leave this review but after seeing the gunky smudges on the new photo, I had to. Will try a different company next time. Don't bother with this place. I planned on getting many more prints done but they are not professional and obviously have no quality control. There's no excuse for not cutting the right size and having scratches/ smudges looking like boogers. read more

So I overheard the pharmacist Zuly talking to my dentist's office on the phone and asked them a bunch of questions because my prescription. She said it is a controlled substance and I as out of the area. I was in Riverside and my dentist was in Cerritos. I asked her a simple question as to what her definition of "out of the area" would be and she got visibly upset and said she doesn't know. I told her how could she not know? she walked out and another pharmacist took over the computer to complete my order. I asked the other pharmacist Shyanne what her definition would be and she said that it's "out of Riverside". When I got to me dentist's office, they said that they have never had a pharmacy call them about this kind of ibuprofen. NEVER. is it really so unusual to have a dentist in Cerritos and live in Riverside?? I would've put in a zero starbecause every time I go there I wait they only have two staff when is taking the phone order and the other one is taking the ground order they always have Lane waiting and on top of that they talk too much they even they even remodeled the CVS pharmacy counter and they still don't have enough staff to help out the patients they have to wait more than 30 minutes just to get to the counter. I came out of the hospital I did a surgery I went in to pick up pain medication they had my wife waiting for us almost 25 minutes and then I called they put me on hold for another 10 minutes they told my wife that I exceeded the medication that I never took how is that the pharmacist call to say that I exceeded that medication if the doctor give them the prescription they should follow doctor's order again I never had that medication before and I'm waiting in car in pain while this is going so please go get your meds someplace else to get your medication fast. there is a Ralph's that has a pharmacy and there's a Walgreen. If I could reach the people die works at the pharmacy I would also give them a zero rating end it follows Shannon and her Mercedes the worst customer service ever.
