Not sure why they have a low star rating. Yes, the layout is a bit odd and you can't use the front door during certain hours, but the staff are some of the nicest people. Very helpful and informative. I used the photo department and she was very helpful with my project. read more

I went to CVS today to print out a few copies of one photo from my iPhone device today. When I first sat down, there were two women at the cash register next to the kiosk who clearly saw what I was doing. After loading my image and getting ready to print I get a notification saying the printer was out of ribbon. I let one of the women know who told me 5 minutes later to just use the other kiosk since they were completely out of ribbon. No problem. I try the kiosk next to me, but the usb cable is broken. I try to connect over WiFi, but it can not load any images. Now I find someone else, let her know the cable doesn't work, so she walks me over to the kiosk, asks me to plug in my phone, and presses "brows images " 3 times, even though I just told her and showed her that the cable clearly wasn't reading my phone. Even an error message popped up every time stating the kiosk could not read the device. After 35 minutes of struggling she asked her colleague about the kiosk who informs us that they are not working. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews, but will write one when it comes to bad service. Went in today to purchase a few items. This place is stocked pretty good compared to the more convenient CVS on Foxworthy. The cashier today (didn't catch her name), was a little smart a**. Elder lady asked me if I wanted a bag or not, and I said, "It's ok." Then she says is a smart tone..."uhh its ok yes, or its ok no." LOL. It's ok means NO. Hello?!? where on earth are you from. The SLOWEST store I've ever seen. It never changes, everyone in there is working so slow like they are not working at all. My bus station is in front of this store and Almost every day for four years I visited this store, and still there was absolutely no change in providing any faster service. I like the convenience of a local drug store, but it would be nice to have a little better selection of items. Also, there never seems to be anyone at the front check out. You have to ring the bell, but no one comes for the longest time. When you can find them, the checkers are friendly, though. read more

I've had to work late for deadlines at work but was able to break away tonight to get an important prescription filled. I raced over as fast as I could to get it, got there at 8:55 PM, just in time right? No. They refused to fill it because I didn't get there 15 minutes prior to closing. This is technically my fault, but there were two of them there and I was the only one in the store. Now I have no prescription and will have to wait a few more days because they had no grace for me at all. read more

Thanks to the great pharmacy staff for calling to my attention that I had an allergy to the new rx from my doctor. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and never to busy to busy to answer questions. And a big plus is the co-pay for my rx prescriptions are the same or even less than the big box stores. read more

Absolutely APPALLED by the Pharmacy.... Here's how the clown parade evolved. My wife had a full Thyroidectomy on Monday the 25th, and was discharged from (Good Samaritan) hospital on Friday the 29th - with four prescriptions (all critical). I go into the store within 45 min. of leaving the hospital and drop the scripts off with Ivonne, I ask her: "Do you have these in stock right now, or do I need to go to a different Pharmacy" ? She checks, we're good to go, and says the meds will be filled by / before 3PM and to please leave my mobile number so they can contact me when they are ready. Ok, here that number is. Thanks and leave. Here's where things go sideways.... Sitting at home, tending to our 7 week old and 3 year old, the wife comes stumbling out of the bedroom (post hospital narcotic haze) and says there is a missed call on HER phone and to go to the Pharmacy to pick up her meds., that was 4PM. Ok, weird, I go back to the store to be told that 3 out of the 4 meds are ready, but the 4th one hasn't been filled yet b/c they weren't sure what they should do.... Really ? What's the problem ? The tech. behind the counter says, well we don't have enough to fill that script right now. Interesting. I just confirmed that with Ivonne at 1PM and she said: No Problem. Ok, so where do we go from here ? Do you do a partial fill and do I come back ? Do you transfer meds from another CVS to this CVS and I pick up the script later ? Do you transfer the script to another CVS and I go pick this up there ? Do I go to another Pharmacy altogether, because you can't think through ANY of these scenarios yourselves ? What's the plan, Stan ? So after some creative discussion (with whomever the night Pharmacy techs. were), they partially fill this last med and state: "We're going to give you EVERYTHING we have in stock, please come back on Tuesday for the remainder of the script". Ok... thanks, at least this gets me through the next 2 to 3 days-ish ? I leave and go back home, deliver the meds to the sick wife - this is all Fri. the 29th. Sunday morning the wife wakes up and starts violently vomiting, has tremors, almost completely blacks out, hot/cold flashes, etc. We freak out and call the Dr. (from the surgery, who is also managing her med schedule). He diagnosis that she's low on Calcium and he ups her meds by 2x right there on the spot and says to start taking 2x the quantity right now, call him if she doesn't improve. She downs 2x the meds right then, and rapidly improves and stabilizes.... an hour later she does the math on the 'short med' and says: we're going to run out before Tue. and I need to go source the remainder of the prescription. No problem, I get back in the car with the original bottle and head back to CVS... Why ? Because I know they have the original script on hand, but NO meds, so my plan was to request them to either a) source the inventory from another CVS immediately or b) transfer that script to another CVS that had the inventory in stock right now. Interestingly enough, here's where we sh1t the bed completely... I go in and talk to low and behold, the original staff that were in the Pharmacy on Friday: Ivonne and Fanny. I explain the situation that happened that morning and that I need them to source additional qty. of meds at another CVS and tell me how I go about getting the remainder of the script filled (go there or the meds come to me, whatever, I just need to make sure my wife doesn't go into full blown shock and die before Tue.). Fanny looks up the med I hand her, as Ivonne is busy, and says: "We can only fill partial OF THE REMAINDER of the script right now".... Huh ? Can you clarify that please ? "Yes, we only have 39 total pills left of that med. right now and we can't give you all of it". WHAT ?? When did you get the additional 39 pills ? "We had them when you filled the script on Friday". DOUBLE WHAT ?? What do you mean you've had them since Friday ? Ivonne told me SPECIFICALLY that she gave me 100% of your inventory on Friday and you would not be getting ANY more until Tuesday... this is Sunday and you've had an additional 39 pills all along ? "Yes". Why ? and Why wasn't I told this on Friday ? Exact answer: "We needed to protect our inventory IN CASE someone else came in with a prescription to fill". ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? My response: "So let me see if I've got this correct, you're holding my wife's prescription hostage, after lying to me, to protect your inventory on the off chance someone might come into this particular CVS and ask for this same medication" ? "So my wife violently threw up, almost went into shock, is out of meds, and might have had to go to the Emergency Room (or worse), because you wanted to protect your inventory" ? "You couldn't have sourced this med from another CVS or referred us to another CVS that had it in (total) stock, you needed to lie to me on Friday, but now you have enough once you understand the severity" ? This is the best CVS store. The pharmacists and employees all care a lot for their customers. They always try their best to help and are always positive. They always try to work as fast as possible to get my medications ready. They are super nice and very helpful. They are always happy even when they are super busy. You should definitely come to this store because they will help you a lot more than other places. read more

Great service from pharmacy. Very quick to fill prescriptions. Fanny was very professional, timely and friendly.

CVS is a horrible place to shop. The visual impact when walking in the door is one of overwhelming chaos - narrow aisles, too- high shelves, ugly carpeting, no order to the way the shelves are organized, no employees available to answer questions and few to work at the cash registers. In addition, many of the brands and items that I shopped at Long's for are gone, and asking the manager to order directly is met with a blank stare and then a "We don't do that." Oh, and the insanely loud, inane, elevator music with lyrics screaming at you as you try to find an item that probably won't be there anyway makes even going into the store a misery. Rite Aid and Walgreen's aren't great, but are far better than this sad takeover from a family run business that valued customer service and convenience. No stars from me, but the website forces you to choose or you can't post. read more

This CVS always seems to be understaffed. I don't know now many times I have come here (at different time periods of the day) and have been told "the pharmacist is on lunch so... we can't fill your RX for another 30 min or so until they return", and then of coarse "it will probably be another 30+ minutes to get it ready and out for you once the pharmacist returns". read more

Went here for my flu shot thinking we'd be in and out within minutes...it took over an hour...as they kept attending to others after I paid before getting around to giving me the shot. I'm not sure why they couldn't explain to other customers they'd need to wait a moment while they take the 60 seconds it took to actually inject me. read more

I went in there today, I was trying to switch from Walgreens (Wasnt happy with the one near me) to CVS, as the CVS is covered by my insurance and is close to where i live (good RX savings said that they took the discount card for medications that arent covered) I asked questions regarding my mental health medication prescriptions, one of them was a "controlled substances", in which i was told i wasn't able to use a discount/savings card on a certain medication (my insurance doesnt cover it and were going through the process of getting it covered as the preauthorization was declined). I was confused as I've been able to use it at walgreens with no problem. I felt judged when i mentioned that medication specifically, and i understand that most people abuse it, but there is people who actually use it to function and dont abuse it. I felt emberassed. I wanted to switch as I had an appt with my doctor in a few days and wanted to make sure everything went allright signing up and there wasnt any problems or having to contact the insurance. I guess I'm stuck with Walgreens, i'll just have to drive further into a different Walgreens, oh well. read more

The service at this Pharmacy is absolutely terrible last month I went to get a medication that I've been taking for over 2 years now relentlessly everyday to be without that medication means ovarian cyst for me they informed me my prescription was ready this month on Easter day so when I went to pick up my medication they were closed which I had figured because it was Easter but they should have contacted me maybe a day before to let me know or to pick up my medication a day before when I finally picked up my medication after being a day late of taking it I get home and open up the package to find out its generic the pharmacist neglected to tell me when she handed me the medication that she was giving me a generic brand this round so with no choice being out of this medication already a day I went ahead and took it got very sick all night and all morning all due to poor Pharmacy technicians when I called the lady to let her know she kept me on hold for 20 minutes saying it would only be one minute to figure out what happened and then when she finally answered she hung up on me this is absolutely frustrating this place needs professionals not people who don't speak any English and a girl who looks like she's old enough for high school who neglected to tell me that this round of medication would be generic and could possibly make me very sick which it did read more
