So there's less drugstores now and they're not as abundantly staffed anymore. But this Walgreens in Belmont is one of the best. Less wait here at the pharmacy , especially compared to other very locations on El Camino in San Carlos or Mountain View. Very clean store too.

And yes, I've used Shutterfly which isn't all that amazing to be frank. I wanted to print out my parents' main wedding photo to replace the damaged in the last 50 years. It was done in an hour and it was as good as it could be. I did some more touch ups and reprinted another copy - it's just so convenient, versus having to wait for Shutterfly to mail and pay for shipping. I also printed out photos at a different Walgreens and the photo size was actually not correct. So I plan to reprint the photo at this location. One worker kind of didn't acknowledge me when I came in - it would have been appropriate for her to say, "Hello, someone will be with you in a minute" then yell out, "Harv! A customer is here for you!". Someone did come in about a minute regardless. A different person was working the next morning and she helped me out right away. So regarding the photo service - I recommend using services like this one at Walgreens to ensure that Shutterfly does not become a monopoly and to ensure in-person services stay a thing. Why print photos? Because photos are curated and placed with thought. Towards the end of my deadline, I found I could use a photo taken from an airplane above the clouds and I used it as a full spread. If I had only known, I would have done much more fancier things. Going through albums as a family is another way to get junkies off their screens. Talkin' to you, mom! EDIT: Came back here to print more photos. There's usually a sale, so make sure to check the website and enter the codes before purchasing. It's not the most advanced system, but it works. I'll have to reprint more photos, since the 4x6 is not always compatible with the size on my iphone. But the prices are definitely cheaper even with inflation than printing photos in the 1990s at Walmart.

I was just trying to complete the delivery, but the interaction felt hostile and unnecessary. I've reported the experience to Roadie as well so they're aware. I hope management provides better training, because this location clearly needs improvement in customer service. Based on this experience, I won't be picking up or shopping here again.

I visited again for a vaccine which wasn't as slow, but the vaccine room was literally under construction - missing ceiling tiles and ladder and all - which was quite odd and not very clean. They definitely need more people in order to provide decent service.

I believe customers deserve to be treated professionally, especially when they are standing at the counter within earshot of the conversation. Because my local Targets are based on the Targets (Daly City, South City and San Francisco). I'm used to a certain level of product availability, coordination between staff members and Customers and finally, the parking lot are is a nice sizable space that should fit a large amounts of cars but to be honest it doesn't. This location doesn't necessarily meet all of this key points but as a Target store. They still meet the basic requirements and needs. The produce is great and fresh. The isles are fully stocked, even if it's lacking some key products that I can find closer to the Peninsula. The bathrooms are clean the isles are clearly visible and marked by signs for customers to navigate easier. These are basic necessities that are so very important as a customer. Now, for the things that can really use some improvements. Before you even get into the store. The parking is rough, to say the least. Because this Target is located in a strip mall and not in its own private lot. Parking can be a free-for-all. My personal recommendation, the earlier you can shop the easier it is to find a space. Let's put it this way to be nice. Some of the staff aren't the most comfortable in their roles. Their body language and attitude, can really use some adjusting. Not all but some do need better training. Whether it's because they're not having a good day or they're just not happy. Staff need to do better. Especially when dealing with the public. The value is always great at Target but pointless if you can't stand being in the store. There's always room for improvement, and improvement is needed in key places. The drive-up/ order pickup is also an issue. I made an online order with products that were shown to be fully in-stock. An hour later, I was sent a notification that half my order was ready but the other half was not available. How? if everything online was shown to be in-stock. Although, I was bothered I went to pickup the order anyway. Parking sucked because customers used the order pick-up spaces as regular vehicle parking. When I finally found parking, I got my order and drove off. A few of the items were completely wrong. Causing me to go back and fix the error myself. The staff have to-do better, they just need to find it. Please make sure that all drive up and go orders are accurate before releasing items to the customers. and not giving someone else's order out. You can easily kill an hour or two here just window shopping or actual shopping. Imagine the kinda fun you can have with kids in tow. Just make sure yo have an idea of what you want and not rely on staff for help. It's hit or miss on how it will affect your experience.
