We had to spend an hour here while the car was being worked on, if you're going to kill an hour or two with kids, this is the target to do it in. The produce is great compared to back home and the bathrooms are clean. So important

Side doors now closed and locked. Exit only. Had what I needed inside but everything is locked up now. It's easier, faster and cheaper to buy from the O'Rileys on the other side of the parking lot.

the service is always slow and a sir they don't see you. they don't Value their customers when asking question or guidance. today 2/10/25 I was at isle N6 where theres baby formula locked up, I touched the alarm sensor to notify an employee and as I did that there girl employees were just chatting it up and I asked one of them if they have anyone with a key and she arrogantly said someone will come! calm down! as she was walking away in a mean laughter way writhe the other two employee I was able to get the employee name that spoke to me rudely, her name is Tere. this incident was around 1:15-1:30pm. Thai has happened twice already and I feel like they need retraining on how to stop what their doing and give guest excellence to those who are shopping.

November 14th 2024 I was followed around by one of the associates partners (Victoria Stout's Girlfriend) because she was ordered to by Victoria (Via) to make sure I "left the store" ?!?! I'm not sure why it matters if I'm in the store or not when I'm with a friend looking at hair products, she had passed our isle 4-5 times because we were comparing prices and quality (can be checked on cameras) it's made us COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE and it's completely unreasonable why *I* have to be followed around the store when I'm minding my own business not hurting anybody, she continues to follow me and my friend to the self checkout until I stop and stare and confront her and she walks away with a different associate (Cole), please do something about this Via person she's making not only me but other people feel uncomfortable and unsafe in a store where I'm trying to spend money.

NOT Customer-friendly I used to like coming here, no more. In the past 1-2 years the customer service has been pitiful, the employees don't care or try. Inventory system - don't rely on the online inventory system on their website, it is INACCURATE and unreliable. You go to the store and expect to find the product but there's none. Even when you ask a worker to use their handheld scanner it's a joke, they admittedly tell you it's inaccurate. Wtf it's the 21st century! Location - sketch neighborhood and the parking lot has homeless people living in the lot and on the street right by the store. Security guard by the door but doubt he deters any thieves. They boarded up the store when they were worried about rioters. Self-service: pray you don't need help cause the workers who are stationed there just want you to get outta there. Don't expect to hear any politeness or a "thank you", it's not in their vocabulary. Customer service counter - more of the same. I returned an item 2 months ago and the lazy girl worker gave me a gift card instead of credit to my credit card. Well, yesterday I tried to use the gift card and it has ZERO DOLLARS on it. Scammed me, may karma bite them. It's a wonder that Target is profitable.

Nice store the employees are sometimes rude but they're all teenagers. Everything else is amazing

They never answer the phone for the simplest things. When they do answer they just dont respond and hang up after a few seconds.

We ran into an unexpected issue with our scheduled delivery on 4/4 when we discovered--at the last minute--that our street was going to be closed for an event. Despite the late notice, Winnie was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us reschedule for the following Tuesday without any hassle. When the furniture arrived, we realized the couch delivered was not the color we had selected. I contacted Winnie, and she responded right away with professionalism and care. She confirmed the mistake and promptly arranged for the delivery team to return the sofa and organize a replacement in the correct color within just a few days. Then, after giving it some thought overnight, we realized the sofa we originally chose was actually too large for our space. Once again, Winnie went above and beyond. She patiently listened to our concerns, sent us photos of alternative options, and encouraged us to visit the showroom to try them in person before making a decision. That extra step made all the difference--we ended up finding a sofa we loved even more, and it fit our condo perfectly. Throughout the entire process, Winnie was gracious, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. Her level of care, patience, and attention to detail is truly rare these days. She didn't just help us purchase furniture--she made sure we found the *right* furniture for our home, and she stood by us every step of the way. This is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Winnie turned what could have been a stressful situation into something seamless and even enjoyable. If you're looking for furniture and want a truly exceptional, stress-free experience, I cannot recommend Ana Furniture enough--especially Winnie Huang. She is an absolute gem, and you will be in the best hands possible.

The only complaint I have is for some of the stains, the stain will rub off when you rub a cleaning cloth on it (or worse - a wet napkin). So if you're in the process of picking out a stain, you should check to make sure the color you pick won't rub off easily OR accept the fact that the stain will easily rub off. The staff here is very friendly, not pushy and definitely easy to work with. I still love Harvest for the same reasons: high quality, recycled wood, friendly service and the ability to customize pieces to fit my space. I have spaces where I'm looking for furniture with a very specific dimensions and searching high and low over for something pre-built was very difficult and/or the quality I saw was very poor. I want pieces that will last that I can enjoy for years to come! This week I placed an order for a custom made media cabinet/stand. Mary helped me bring my design to life. My husband had very specific requests to the width, height, number of holes, shelf sizes, compartments, etc. for all of the electronic equipment and we had no issues working with her nailing down the details via email as well as in person. FYI on payment for custom pieces - half of the amount is due when you place the order. The remainder of the payment is when the piece arrives (usually around 4 weeks).
