I drove all the way out there, then the kiosk made me fill out a bunch of personal info just to tell me they aren't taking any more patients today. I'm sure there's a reason she's working in a walk-in clinic, and I would recommend that you don't go here if you can avoid it. I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to steer others away. They call me 7 days after I've been unable to speak or eat to correct their misdiagnosis. Advise me that I do in fact have strep. I return their call to be placed on hold until after they close by a woman named Katie. Only so that she did not have to put in my script today. It's 4 days until my wedding. I went into CVS the other night people asked me if I needed help they were very helpful they help me find what I needed I was very appreciative it was easy to check out I think a lot of the other reviews don't realize how difficult it is for any business to keep good staff this is not the days where there were tons of people always ready to help you all businesses are suffering and doing the best they can to staff their businesses for us the customers if we gave a little more kindness maybe that would help but they're there to help us and we should be very appreciative and let them know we appreciate it it's tough to work in today's environment and the fact they have people there trying deserves congratulations and just think about the fact that in many other countries they have to wait hours for the same conveniences that we complain about having to wait a few minutes for everybody's going through a lot today before you slam somebody asked what you did for somebody today read more

We brought our son here while we were on vacation over the summer. He was diagnosed with an ear infection and sent home on Antibiotics. The woman working was very nice, however, completely misdiagnosed him. An hour later we were at Urgent Care with respiratory problems. They transferred us to Children's Hospital where he was diagnosed with croup. Both Urgent Care and Children's Hospital said there were NO signs of an ear infection. $20 copay while there wasn't too bad, even for a misdiagnoses, however the $55 bill we received 3 weeks after getting home made me very upset! read more

I specifically called in advance to make sure they accepted my insurance as well as the reason I needed to be seen and if I needed an appointment. I was told it was walk in only and they weren't very busy plus they did take my insurance. After driving twenty minutes to get there and signing all the new patient information I was told "sorry" they do not accept my insurance. I was quite annoyed, I told them all of my information had been previously confirmed..they suggested I go to urgent care. Seriously it was for a tetanus shot. After I left I tried calling the number again and this time was told that they do not verify any insurance coverage....looks like someone needs to get their information right. Close to work and staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I had to swing in to the Minute Clinic and waited only a few minutes. Steph saw me and was incredible, very personable and so knowledgeable. She was helpful in answering all of my questions about a variety of health related inquiries. When I dropped off my prescriptions and told them I wanted generic on both, I never thought it would be an issue... So when I went in today to get them a found that my more expensive of the two was name brand and WAY expensive, I had the refill & rebill it... Then I got home and realized they'd given me name brand on my birth control as well & the money I'd spent hadn't been for the 3 months I usually pick up but was only for one!!! I know, I should have checked... But what really clinched the 1 star rating was the fact that i got home and looked at it to see that they'd put the wrong doctor's name on my birthcontrol pills (they had my PCP and NOT my gyno who actually prescribed them)... Great place if you need some snacks and/or drinks late at night since this place is open 24 hours a day. If you don't have the Extra Care card, it's their in-store discount card, make sure you get one. You don't have to carry the card with you all the time, put your phone number as an alternative account number and just provide your number when checking-out. They also will take manufecture coupons, so get those in there to increase your savings. Sign-up with your e-mails as well as they will periodically sent you e-mails with discounts and promotional items. I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying at a hotel near-by and don't want to pay for the high price gift shop products. read more

(regarding the minute clinic) AVOID NURSE PRACTITIONER ASHLEY KARCHER AT ALL COSTS. My experience with Ashley Karcher, left me feeling extremely frustrated and distressed. I had to get a TB test for work. When I first came to the minute clinic, during the administration of my Tb test, I had a WONDERFUL experience with Vara Ivezaj. However, when I returned for the reading of the test, I found Ashley Kracher to be exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I have had over 10 TB test over the years and my skin has alway reacted the same way... it always shows signs of reaction, but never causing concern. This time was the same situation, however when it was read by Ashley Kracher, she deemed it positive for TB and told me I had to get a chest X-ray. I politely explained to her that this same reaction happens every time I get a TB test but she was set on the idea that I needed to be further examined. I fully understand she felt it be necessary for a chest X-ray and I was not going to change her mind, but the way she went about it left me feeling concerned and anxiety ridden. She poorly explained to me why I needed to get the X-ray, and rushed me out of the office. I understand that there were others waiting, but I felt pushed aside, and felt she didn't take proper time examining me or trying to asses my situation. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the minute clinic. I have always come to the minute clinic for convenience/cost, but it is not worth it for me anymore. I was inconvenienced by having to get a chest X-ray and had to spend an extra $176 to tell me that I did not have TB, SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY KNEW. On top of that, Ashley Kracher let me leave the office feeling worried and stressed that something was seriously wrong with me, with little explanation. I have contacted CVA and am hoping that my concerns will be taken seriously and that they are addressed with Ashley Kracher.. I wouldn't want any other patient to feel the way I felt. read more

$79 dollars down the drain and not even worth the drive. The on staff nurse practitioner couldn't help me with my symptoms. I got my blood pressure checked, was told that I didn't have strep throat and to go see a real doctor if my conditions did not improve within a week. She even printed me out a paper with the local family clinics in the area. Talk about buyer's remorse. Not helpful at all. Waste of money. Not recommended. read more

I've been going to cvs in another state for 15 years filling the same exact rx (common medicine) and went to this location to fill and the pharmacist refused to fill despite having verified with my doctor and taking all day to do this and inform me after hours and the pharmacist then provided no explanation as to why other than she wasn't comfortable filling... I told her look at my file just bc I'm from out of state they have 15 years of the same rx history on file... most ridiculous and inconvenient experience @ cvs I've had so far and I've had more than enough horrible experiences with cvs and their pathetic customer service and worse the incompetence of their pharmacy staff over the years. I'm still pissed and plan to make a formal complaint to corporate. read more

By far this is their best Pharmacy. The staff is very nice, very professional and they take a large chain drugstore and make you feel like they are a small community pharmacy where they care about their customers.Never a bad experience. This location is a 24/7 operation. The third shift, 10pm-7am is always amazing! I ventured out tonight because I was sleepless and I wanted to use their in store coupons from the card scanning machine. Everytime I enter CVS I scan my loyalty card and out pop various offers. Sometimes it's a $10 off $50, some denomination off of beauty products, or even accumulated Extra Bucks (EB) from quarterly purchases or from their Beauty Club purchases. I always save these until the expiration listed. The coupons can be stacked with manufacturers coupons for additional savings! I am all about the savings! I had saved all their Valentines coupons such as $1.00 off Mars candy and $2 off 3 bags of Hershey's candy. The tags had not yet been changed on the shelves so I checked the prices with the scan machine. The 50% discount was in effect for ALL Valentines candy. This works out perfectly as my manufacturer coupons for candy expired on the 14th. The CVS in store coupons worked like a charm. So the mini Hershey bar candies, Hershey Kiss bags and M&M bags were a steal, 24 bags for $23. Very nice considering each bag was $3-$4 EACH 2 hours earlier. Once again this CVS is fabulous: clean organized environment, friendly smiling employees (even at 1am) and great with couponers. I will continue to call this location my favorite!!
