This review is for their shitty phone system. Impossible to order a refill without talking to a robot AI that is not helpful. Tried having my spouse call, they can't help him since he didn't call from my phone number. I called and the phone tree asks dumb unrelated questions, then you can never get to a person instead you get to a voicemail for the AI. You lost my business. It should not be this tough to get a refill on a medication. Poor replacement for Rite Aid. read more

Horrible experience, receipt did not print. The lady attendant had an attitude. I need the receipt and she had no idea how to print it out for me. CVS needs to get their issues together there. There's always a problem with their system. read more

I shopped at the Store 4/21/26 @ 8:19a and was greeted by Debbie. She is a shining star and is the right person to have in the morning as an opening Associate and Team Member. She explained the benefits of the Care pass and when I could expect to see my $10 coupon monthly. She also informed me about the no cost delivery for any prescriptions I may have with CVS. Pharmacy and store wise, it's good. Clean, nice area. I was waiting in the drive through line and saw three different elderly people trip on this. It needs to be painted for visibility, otherwise someone is going to hurt themselves and CVS will be liable, because it is an obvious hazard. read more

This location SUCKS ! I usually always love the customer service at CVS Pharmacies. The only reason I go to this one, is because it is 1 minute away from home. EVERY SINGLE TIME ! When you pull up to the drive thru window, you sit there for 10-15 minutes before anyone even comes over and acknowledges you at the window! It is disgusting ! At least put a dedicated person on at the window, and if she is busy, then she can at least acknowledge that you are there, and tell you she will be with you in a little bit! Last two/three times, there is this little old lady (only way I know how to describe her) that works the windows, and she must be working the desk also, because it takes her 10-15 minutes to come to the drive through window too ask if you need help. WTFreak! She is so dang CLUELESS ! Worst Customer Service at a pharmacy I have ever been too. Sad ! read more

My go to local pharmacy. I like them, it's descent, clean, and tons of coupons if you're a member. I even sign up for a $5 charge, they give you $10 monthly to spend. If you remember to, but you can pair on a bunch of other discounts. Just be careful, the prices are much higher than retail at target and other places but if you can pair the coupons correctly, you don't really pay anything. I hope the stay in business! During my visit, I was yelled at by one of their pretentious techs, misled by the pharmacist, and overcharged by the cashier. It's truly unbelievable how a group of adults entrusted with handling medications and patients can be so rude, dismissive, and careless. This CVS needs some serious help. Will never return to this location. The staff there do not know how to print a simple picture. Took me multiple attempts and trips to their store to get the correct print and size. Not only wasting my time, but gas as well. Manager stepped in to help and initially was kind but then ended up having a fat attitude. You're not gonna tell me when to come in at your convenience as well as demand the picture back YOU messed up on. read more

This CVS is located in the Old Ranch Town Center, amongst a bunch of other retail stores. It has good outside visibility, so my wife knew immediately there was one close by (we were going to a different store nearby when we saw it). Since she had yet another 40% off coupon expiring that day, we stopped by to see if we could find another 'never-goes-on-sale' item to use it for....and...we were successful. I know most people use CVS as a pharmacy (hence the name), BUT....CVS stands for 'Consumer Value Store', and they sell a lot more than drugs/medicine...including quite a bit of food....and the most complicated but beneficial loyalty rewards retail system we know (they actually use gamification to cajole you to constantly come into their stores). If you are the type that enjoys learning and correctly using coupons/codes/discounts to save a little bit of money (and don't mind spending time on it), make sure you are a member of the CVS rewards program. Oh..for this particular store, it was typical in that a lot of the personal hygiene products (e.g. stick deodorant) were behind lock and key. Crystal is the best! She always remembers customers and makes such a mundane task of picking up prescriptions, pleasant. Whenever I am there, whether it's to get a vaccine or pick up a prescription, crystal recognizes customers and talks with us. It is so nice to have someone, especially in such a busy environment, remember us. I will continue to come to this CVS, outside of the target, because of Crystal. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I've never seen her in a bad mood, which I know pharmacies get a lot of impatient customers. The staff here is so rude. Patty and the only male pharmacy technician would yell at whoever talks to on the phone. Also, they always do something that I don't think is correct. They always call another CVS to check stock for C2. Don't they know that they're not supposed to do that? They always argue with people on the phone. These people should be fired. read more

We brought my child here for a covid vaccination. We were able to get an appointment for the same day. Once we checked in, we had to wait a couple of minutes, there was one person ahead of us. my child gets very scared and cries and fusses about shots. Ronda was amazing with my child. She put my child at ease by carefully explaining every step - then, just like that - she was done. My child didn't even know that the shot was over until Ronda put on the bandaid. It can be very stressful to find a pharmacy with caring pharmacists and staff. We're happy to have had such a positive experience, considering how much my child hates getting shots. read more

Obviously people are going to the pharmacy to see a professional for health related reasons. Highly recommend keep on driving, there is another pharmacy across the street. First off, yes, this pharmacy is super busy but you can see they are trying their best. They recently started Covid testing through the drive thru. Looks like they can use some extra staff to help out with that but what can you do. I love this pharmacy and they Do help me with my questions or concerns. Gabriel the pharmacist is very helpful and patient but you can tell he's got a lot to deal with. Health care workers are doing their best to handle what is thrown at them and I think we just need to be a little more understanding and patient with them also. Great pharmacy read more

WHAT EVER IT TAKES, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. My wife picked up my prescription. They filled the wrong script. My doctor canceled it over 1 month ago. When I called the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me they fill 400 prescriptions a day and they can't check every one. Then he blamed my wife for not checking the prescription. This store treated us very poorly, we had just walked in went straight to the makeup section as that's what we went to get. The manager went straight to our section directly to us and rudely said do you need something? I said no and he proceeded to his original spot in the front not asking anyone else. The WORST pharmacy I have ever used...either as a patient OR a physician. This place needs to be shut down. The staff is rude and incompetent. I have had to drive through THREE times to pick up one simple prescription...telling me to come back "in 20-30 minutes". Inside the store, I overheard the "pharmacist/attendant" say THIS: "I just want to make sure you know how expensive the Cialis pills are...!" The man was absolutely mortified as everyone surrounding him, myself and four women, all looked away...embarrassed FOR him. These people need to be fired. Well, they gave her only 45 And get this.....they did it to another person we know too She went right back to the store. The pharmacist blamed it on his clerk....really? They don't use a machine to count pills. Its 2019 But buyer beware. I work in healthcare and this is the worst pharmacy. Poor customer service. I received a notice stating that my Rx was ready for pick up. I clicked on the link and found that I was being charged more than 10x what I paid when I filled it at the outpatient hospital pharmacy. I thought maybe there was an error so I called them and the person I spoke to impatiently told me to call my insurance( I brushed it off as if maybe she was really busy/having a bad day). I went ahead and called my insurance and they stated that I was misinformed by the pharmacy and the amount is significantly less, they instructed me to call the pharmacy back and have them call the insurance to verify etc. I proceeded to call the pharmacy back and finally got connected to the same woman I spoke to earlier. I translated the message to her and she said they do not call. She told me to tell the insurance to call them and they can not help me there. -- how absurd is that ?! Long story short, she's lazy. I am transferring all scripts elsewhere. I am never going to use this pharmacy again. They need to clean house with their pharmacy staff. read more
