They went out of their way to find an excuse to not fill my prescription all while lying to me about needing to know my diagnosis in order to fill it.My PCP called and told me the real reason they wouldn't fill it and I went elsewhere . If you want a pharmacy that judges you, doesn't want to fill your medications, lies to you for days that results in prolonging your care, then this is the pharmacy for you. I wanted to change to a less potent prescription and for that reason I discharged myself from a previous Dr that wanted to keep throwing a higher dosage of meds at me without helping my issue, this pharmacy called that Dr and without listening to my PCP on what actually happened , decided that they weren't going to do what they are there for , and fill my prescription. Never in my life , have I experienced this or such judgment from a pharmacist. I only had to attempt to use this old pharmacy, bc CVS was out and recommended them. I made sure to tell them to stop and never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I did nothing wrong and didn't deserve the treatment I got from here. Angelika didn't used to act this way , but she definitely shouldn't be in this profession if she is going to judge anyone that has chronic , life threatening illnesses that require certain treatments and medications to stay alive and have any quality of life . DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY, because the staff here surly has none. They should work somewhere that isn't with such sensitive information. They absolute disgust me as human beings and have 0 compassion. I hope none of them ever have to be in my position, or in any position to require certain medications that assist with disabling pain , and if they do, I hope someone humbles them and treats them as poorly as they treat their customers . I needed to get medication for my son -which had to be compounded (instead of pill form - it needed to be in a liquid) and after going around to a number of local pharmacies in the area, CVS, Giant, Safeway even Wegman's no one was able to help. I was told about Whitesells by a friend where I worked with Rebecca and Danielle. These two have been... in a word - Fantastic! Rebecca who does the compounding, is extremely knowledgable about the process, provided me with and excellent education and has been a joy to work with. Danielle is also tremendously nice and helpful which makes the entire experience less stressful. They handle the insurance issues, call you back when they say they are which is important, at least to me. They also have a great medical supply area and just as helpful and professional. Kathy Curran was so thorough helping me navigate through insurance issues and went the extra mile to help. Bottom-Line - I don't even live in the Frederick Area, however, I drive up there in rush-hour 270 traffic to use there services. Could I go somewhere else? Sure, but when you are dealing with prescriptions and medications and other sensitive things, trust and knowledge is important (which they have demonstrated) and at the end of the day just because of something may be more convenient, doesn't make it better.

Went back the end of March 2025 and they jumped the price at 33.73 and the President said you want to avoid tariffs buy American made.Phillips brand crab meat is from Baltimore. Walmart stated it came from India. I showed where Food Lion (same brand) was still under 20.00 the price they sold it for in Jan. I still have the cans and all three cans 2 from Walmart and 1 from Food Lion has the same barcode, they came from the same place in Baltimore. I will never buy food from Walmart. They lost thousands for what we would have spent at their store over our life time. Almost doubling the price of a can of their crab meat that came from the United States. I call this Greed and dishonest business practices. I wonder what else they got from here in the United States and stated it came from India. Google search crab meat Export from India and you will see it did not come from India. It is a way they can get more money from people. I reported them to the ATO in PA and they did nothing. Walmart told them the store Food Lion was a different kind and I showed the receipt stating it was in fact the same brand that I bought from Walmart. Weis Grocery Store was their own store brand and theirs was under 18.00.
