I was able to fill it online, then when I went in the following day, they acted like I was crazy and said it never existed. When I pushed them, they agreed it actually did exist, but apparently it expired a few days before. They accidentally used a more recent prescription to refill a few months ago and let the older prescription run out and expire (6 months). Then when I paid $200 to have a telehealth appointment to have a new prescription sent in, that day, they then told me they would not accept the good RX card on a controlled substance. That's not a law in California or with CVS just "their location." I've called around to every other pharmacy and they said of course they take good RX card for any prescription. Just go to Ralph's, Walgreens, Costco literally anywhere else but this place. They are incompetent liars fabricating stories and discriminate.

This happened to be conveniently located nearest where I was at the time. So I came through. found what I needed immediately, went to the self-checkout and scanned my items. And even a nicer surprise: the items I got had an additional discount simply by adding a phone number (being a CVS shopper and all.) TIP: expect a really long receipt if you opt to have it printed. But take a few seconds to look through it - you can avail even more discounts for future purchases. It was a convenient and good first run. Will come through again should I find myself in this neighborhood with a pharmacy need in the future.

She has ZERO people skills, no customer service abilities and has no business being a manager of any sort. I have been coming here for almost 30 years and their management in their pharmacy has left a lot to be desired. Their prior manager, Paul had absolutely zero people skills as well. Looks like they went from bad to worse with Lee. Not only did she hang up in my face, prior to that she refused to listen to what I needed before putting me on hold and coming back with a holier than thou attitude in every word coming out of her mouth. Details: I ordered a prescription to be delivered yesterday and paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered before close of business yesterday. This morning I get a text asking if I'm still picking up my RX. I replied no since it was supposed to be delivered as I paid for it already. Immediately I received another text saying ok we cancelled your order, let us know when you want it refilled. Naturally I called because I need my prescription and I had ordered and paid for it yesterday. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lee. Instead of listening to my question, she kept saying things that had nothing to do with my problem. I got frustrated and raised my voice a little to try to get her to listen to me and she then WENT OFF on me. I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager" and hung up on me. This was a very simple error on their part that could've been easily handled and should not have ruined anyone's day. People who go to a pharmacy for prescriptions should not be treated the way Lee treats people. I have cancer (in remission), coronary heart disease, anemia, and a plethora of other ailments that I need medicine for. I don't need the stress of having to listen to someone like Lee tell me to check with my credit card company to see if a payment has gone through when it had nothing to do with what I needed. Of course my credit card went through, I'm on express pay with the pharmacy! Not only are her customer service skills, and people skills waning, her thinking process apparently wasn't working today either. This is my last straw with this pharmacy. I have gotten many different solicitations to have my prescriptions delivered by mail free of charge by various different companies. I am definitely going to look into those because I am not ever going to deal with Lee again. I have way too many health problems to have to be verbally abused and berated by my pharmacist. These prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy on 7/17/26 at 9:30 am. The pharmacy took it upon themselves to lie & tell me that the dr never emailed them in. The DR had sent them in 3 x & the pharmacy continued to still lie that the pain medication was not sent over. Four hours later I dragged myself back to the pharmacy ( being in sever pain & barely able to walk) & I accused them of lying to me & as well as to the Drs. office & suggested that I might have to get my atty involved since they were trying to override my Orthopedic Surgeon prescribed medications. Suddenly the pain medication ordered by my Surgeon mysteriously just arrived (how convenient & complete BS). Again my orthopedic surgeon sent it over 3 x from 9:30 am on!!! I am seriously considering having my atty get involved for their blatant attempt to not deliver exactly the meds that my Orthopedic Surgeon prescribed. Having to deal for 4 additional hours w/ the severe pain, potentially causing more damage to my back /spine by forcing me to walk around when I was supposed to be in bed prone in order to come back to the pharmacy was an deliberate & outrageous act of malpractice on CVS part by these particular pharmacists on this day / time. Came here yesterday just to pick up an item I forgot to bring from home. I found it easily although…read moreit was way way more expensive than I would have paid it home. But since I needed it I had no choice. I didn't see any staff members in the store at all and then I went to self checkout which made life easy on getting what I needed, paying for it and being out the door. The store itself seem clean and seemed easy to find what I was looking for. The pharmacy itself wasn't open but it was after 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday so that could have been why. It was nice that this was adjacent to the hotel I was staying at.
