This is my go to CVS. Today was even better because of the pharmacist working. I made the mistake thinking they opened at 9 when it was 10. So I waited around with my newborn wrapped around me and toddler wanting everything in the store (errands with a newborn and toddler is NOT easy alone). When they opened right on time the pharmacist was so pleasant and helpful and hurried to get me on my way. She was so kind to my toddler and offered her stickers and a popcorn sample that helped keep her busy while we figured out my husbands prescription. I am so upset I didn't get her name, but she made my experience one that keeps me coming around. I appreciated her service so much. Thank you!!!! read more

Melody was a great help this afternoon. Quick and easy visit at this CVS that sits in a bit of a dead zone from 17th street in between Yorba and Prospect. I like that CVS unlike it's competitors, still sells liquor. Dimly lit signage at night makes it hard to grab your attention from the street. We usually find ourselves here for quick drug store runs, or Modelo pairings with our favorite Taqueria, Taco Chico which is also in the same shopping center. Todays visit was the latter. The Raiders were on at 1:30p and I had just finished ordering up $40 of the finest Birria only a short stroll away. 12 pack and Trident in hand, Melody had me checked out in a breeze. very terrible service if I could give a zero star review I would. I went to the pharmacy after work waited in line for about 30minutes and then was told my order couldn't be filled because they needed to go to lunch. Why have we wait waste my time and tell me to come back after lunch and make it seem like it's my fault for having your company and its employees do there job. That's crazy someone picking up medicine after patiently waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, You should let people waiting know or full full ordered until it is a reasonable time to break. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. Lately it's very hard almost impossible to talk to a person. All handled by phone and by pressing this and that. What I hate about it is why is a refilled or ordered by Physician according to the phone recording will be ready in few days but in reality when I went there it's already there. I am writing this review exclusively about the guy at the checkout who had no idea what he was doing. He totally wasted my time. It was as if he was placed in the role of checkout guy without having had any training whatsoever. He was completely flustered and incapable of checking out my minimal amount of product: Just one sympathy card. Honestly, where do they get these people from? I've never had such a rude experience. I'm at the self checkout when I try to pay and the machine says help is on the way. It keeps going off and an older employee is right behind me. As it keeps going off she decides to help other costumers. She finally turns around and asks if I need help with an attitude. I state "It won't tell me what's wrong." She proceeds to pick up my items and SLAM them on the bagging area. She tries to get a reaction out of me by saying "you are supposed to move them here." Okay... did it say that? Really slow customer service have a self check out yet the cashier scans for each person takes forever

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE. I purchased $500 in gift cards for Lululemon, Nordstrom, and Michaels. They were activated at this store and by the time the recipients went to use them they had a 0 balance. All 3 cards? Too much of a coincidence to occur on 3 different gift cards. The store will not research this past activation and will not give me my money back. I will never shop at CVS again. An employee told me this happens all of the time. Why do they sell gift cards if they know their customers will be robbed of their hard-earned money. So disgusted with this store and CVS. read more

This CVS's cashiers is trained to be racist. We come here as a family of 4, Asian, buying 700 dollars worth of products in there for travel and gift. We have over 50 items and the lady cashier just stand there and point us to the self-check out. The machine is not very smart and ask for assistance almost every 2-3 items and we have over to 50 items. As soon as we moved to the self-check out, she started to checking out a line of Caucasian people. Bagging area is full every 9-10 items, which make me to pay 4-5 times consecutively. Very clean, new CVS. Went looking for a small humidifier to help combat the dry air in our house from the winds. The lady at the front of the store was helpful and friendly. Located in the new Tustin Legacy shopping center, she said they have only been open for two months. Ample parking and the parking lot was happily devoid of speed bumps which my mother and her back appreciated. Overall a good experience and within walking distance from the nearby townhomes which would be so convenient! We were headed to the Tustin District and happy to be able to do some of our shopping here since the parking lot was less crowded. There are so many places to eat in this same parking lot that we plan to return to this CVS in the future and stay afterwards to eat lunch. WHAT DEPLORABLE SERVICE AND CONTINUITY OF CARE!!!!!! My son lives out of state and was in urgent need of prescribed medication. To ensure this timeline request was acceptable, my wife spoke with the pharmacy tech. She paid for the Rx, paid the additional delivery charge (for same-day delivery), and confirmed that the delivery was scheduled. This was done prior to 1:00 p.m. By 5:50 p.m., the delivery had not been made. I called the pharmacy and sat on hold. But to not lose my place in the line of the calls being answered, my wife called the general store (not the pharmacy) and was told the Pharmacy Department was closed. Now, he is still without his medication. Payment has been made. There was no call from CVS indicating a delay in the delivery nor status update. The continuity of care was dropped by CVS and its pharmacy team. Maybe if the service requested was along the lines of aspirin, Band-Aids, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, I would be less disturbed by the series of events. We are talking about prescribed medicine for an acute health issue. read more

Horrible, I'm am a provider and have to wait more than 20 minutes to call in for a prescription with multiple failed attempts.

I get all my prescriptions filled at this CVS. It drives me nuts when a particular female counter employee at the pharmacy pick-up counter starts yelling at me or any other customer once it is their turn to step forward from a distance away. She seems unable to allow the customer to approach the counter without demanding their identification information for all to hear. It is not primarily a question of privacy for me but of civility. Once at the counter, she is very impatient throughout the transaction, intolerant of the customer reading the things on the display screen the customer needs to agree to. All other counter employees at this location are civil. read more

I've been coming to this CVS since it's been opened for I live right around the corner I used to shop here regularly due to its convenience but ever since vons closed next door the surroundings being parking lot looks like skid row trash and debris are strewn everywhere! Obviously the CVS management doesn't care nor it's employees shame on you CVS for creating this eyesore in an otherwise beautiful North Tustin. I will be contacting the city manager to file a complaint Update 5Oct18 Looks like the property manager finally hired a crew to come in and clean up parking lot and surrounding area thank you for that. I come here for the pharmacy because it is close to my house. The prescriptions are ready when they say they will be and they are the right drug. What more can I say? The prices are the same as any other pharmacy because of my health plan. The pharmacy staff is courteous if not effusively friendly. My wife likes to collect the rewards tickets that they print on the receipts. As I discovered, the rewards do not work on prescriptions - bummer. They also do not work for alcohol or lottery. There is not much else that interests me at CVS, so I guess my wife can keep the rewards. read more

I came to get NyQuil for my spawn. It was marked on sale for $7.49 for the 2-pack, normally $17.49. I asked the cashier why it was half price (less than) and he said it must be due to a lot of stock. When he rang it up it showed $17.49. I took him to the sale tag and I was right and he gave me the $7.49 price. I was happy because if I were gonna be a drug addict, NyQuil would be my thing. I bought two of those 2-packs. Will last about 18 months!
